I purchased a washer and dryer from this place and they sold it to me as new and a year later the heater element broke and now its making a very loud noise and the people that sold it to me wont come out to see whats wrong with it.

Do not buy an oven here.I paid $785, and the heating element went out and the relay control board went out. Mendozas tell you, you have a year warranty,they are not an authorized dealer,LG will not honor the warranty! I have to pay $238. Now just to bake. CROOKS!!!!
