I like Ikea . Good furniture, clean place, perfect costumer service, very big parking lot,I like the cafeteria inside.

I got to say. The furniture is really well made. Prices are not bad. The food was good. As a husband, just be prepared to spend 2-3 hrs per furniture at home watching YouTube putting everything your wife bought together 🤣

There were hardly any employees in the store available to help. I drove 3 hours to get there with my 3 children because the site would not allow me to ship or get delivered. When I got to the warehouse, there was only one person helping a line of people. After I reached the counter, the employee printed out a long list of items for me to collect for my version of the BESTA. I asked was I able to just order it for pick up and was told no. I attempted to find all the pieces but they did not match the version I wanted. Also, the print out said $610 but the website quoted $295. I went back and waited in the line again. Then I was told there was no one who could help me get the correct pieces and that I could order it for pickup for the next day (6 hour drive for me). I gave up and checked out what I already had. The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is for the parking lot attendant, Mike. As I was pushing two carts to my truck, he noticed my three kids and I and came right over and offered to help me. He was so kind and would not take a tip. Thank you Mike!

Nice place to see how furniture will look at your home before buying..They have nice display setup and collection is also good.You look at product and if you like it take photo of lable on in and go to pickup center and take your product in your card and do the billing.Also they have 1year* or 6months return policy.

I have to admit.... for some odd reason I enjoy coming to ikea. It could be the meatballs or the carts with 4 free spinning wheels which great for cornering. After coming here for years i finally tried the chocolate cake which is pretty delicious. If you like chocolate cake try this one and for 1.99 a slice....have two. The coffee was a little bitter which is the only reason I give this rating a 3 star. Ill come back to taste again hopefully its better. The cinnamon rolls here are pretty good as well. They always have great ideas for remodeling your home too.. just saying. Check it out ladies and gents. Hopefully youll enjoy your Ikea visit!!

I found what I needed but GOSH do you have to zigzag around to get to where you need to . Especially if what you are looking for is from online. Other than that they have amazing display ideas and great items for your home. Will definitely be coming back with more time!

I love buying at IKEA!! They have beautifully designed, quality products, for very competitive prices. When the need for a new item comes up, I tend to first check their website to see what IKEA offers.

The prices were competitive, the store is huge, great selection and the organization and customer service are excellent. I will definitely go back.

As seems to be the rule for IKEA, its a huge store, laid out as an on rails maze like experience for the customer with a meatball pitstop roughly half way through. Be sure and plan on spending some time if you visit (unless you know the secret shortcuts).It is a nice store, though I had some quibbles with apparent stocking issues. Several empty bins in areas and more than a few mis-labelings that could spark confusion. Staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. And though it seems otherwise at times, you will eventually make it to check out registers and the exit.

It is a home museum full of great prices! Wear your walking shoes. Nice restaurant also.

IKEA is great because I love watching all their room inspirations. The only thing I don’t like is taking pictures of everything I want to pick up and getting to the warehouse part to pick up the items and some of the items being out of stock. Which was most of my wants. Other than that this ikea was clean and organized. Great place to kill time.

This place is awesome! It just keeps going on and on! I was bummed when the restaurant announced it was closed before we could find it but then at I found that I could buy the food frozen! I was so happy, then I saw that they had a mini restaurant open right by the door! 2 restaurants in one store? Amazing! I ate cheese pizza, a hot dog, meatballs and potatoes as well as lingon berries, and drank a Mango smoothie, which was a little small 😅 but still nice! I also sampled all of the drinks at the fountain and settled on Nordic Sparkling Pear 🍐 yummy! The hotdog was good but a little small, the Bun was awesome though! The pizza was different than the cheese pizza I am used to it had lots of little herbs and the sauce was sweet, the crust was awesome. I really liked the pizza just was different which was good! The meatballs and potatoes were yummy! The lingon berries may have been the inspiration for Cranberry sauce here! The lingon berries are not nearly as tart as cranberries (I love cranberries). This was yummy too! I still need to try the pretzels! The last pictures are of the juice I made at home from the concentrate (6 parts water-I at first did 4 parts haha) then I cooked the frozen foods. Yummy!

IKEA has a huge variety of just about everything you could ever need. The quality is okay… not great.. not terrible, and greatly depends on your attention to detail when constructing. My big complaint is the way the store is designed, I prefer aisles, so I can pick and choose what I need to see.

It’s nightmare for order Ikea kitchen! At beginning, I was so excited to see their showroom, and ordered all kitchen cabinets. It turned out they sent two delivery and 2 items out of stock which has taken 2 months, it hold my remodel whole project! I called and went in, they told me still out of stock! Yesterday I received FedEx delivery, was happy thought it was the missing cabinet! But it was wrong item which I already had! Sales told me there is nothing they can do, they said they will report to solution apartment, but I still have not got any call as I told. I still don’t know how Long I have to wait for the missing cabinet!!!!! Two month already!!!!! Not only the cabinets out of stock takes tooooo long time, but also, I need to pay contractor to put single scattered every pieces together, the price for the kitchen no more as it seemed! The the delivery to wrong place two times, even they have my right address! There is NOOOOO customer service at all! Never ever buy from IKEA again!

Nice to stroll n look at different displays for every room in ur home n patio. U will walk away inspired.. Variety of affordable live plants too. Delicious veggie hot dogs n giant cinnamon rolls with good coffee. Sadly the food station by the entrance which opens at 12 was not open for business. We had already passed the sit down restaurant inside n didnt want to make the trip back.

For a first time shopper at Ikea it was a little strange to try figure out how the shopping experience works as it is totally different from any other.The food was good, restrooms and store clean, friendly staff. Overall the shopping experience was great and will be back again in the future.

I bought cube box. When I opened I was disappointed because. Some boards wasn’t looking new and the screw part was messed up. I took pictures right away. But we decided to leave it as is . To go back and exchanged, we live far . I called customer service and let them now . I asked At least give me discount or send me that part to exchange. But they acting so not respectful and don’t care. So now because of there mistakes I have to drive back, waste my time and gas. Really disappointed. I knew that furniture is really low quality, I rather buy from bed bath beyond. At least over there for same quality price is cheaper .

Once again, I’m heading back home from IKEA Grand Prairie, 200 miles - and once again with nothing to show for it.I won’t be coming back.I have been waiting 3 months for parts to finish a project. At most places, you can order and pick up in-store easily, but not ikea. I can’t order anything unless it shows in-stock in the store. So I signed up for text alert, but even when it finally showed in-stock, the website wouldnt let me order for pick up, and won’t deliver to us.So, we drive the 200 miles up there (it’s still showing in stock when we arrive). However, we can’t find it anywhere, and the store personnel were quite unhelpful. They confirmed that it showed in-stock, so suggested we order it online for a click & collect. So we did. But - it showed it wouldn’t be available until 8:30pm. Since it’s a 4 hour drive, I asked one of the click and collect attendants if we could please expedite it.They looked up my order number- but then said it was put in for DELIVERY- but it clearly was click and collect on my email. She said it looked “strange” on their computers. But it didnt matter because THEY DIDN’T ACTUALLY HAVE ANY OF THEM ANYWAY!!!! Arghh!!!!When we left, inventory still showed 20 in stock. Just not in real life.This is the 2nd time we’ve had an experience like this trying to complete this project. Fooled me twice, shame on me. This is another 8 hours out of my life.Awhile back, there was a lady in kitchens named Ana who was super-great and helped us locate some odd cabinets. But since then, it’s been nothing but grief and frustration. Inventory issues, ordering hassles, etc.I’m done with IKEA. Luckily hubby is a decent woodworker and we can improve the rest.It shouldn’t be this hard.

Even though hubby and I couldnt agree on a kitchen table, we still spent $60 on cookies, chocolate, and a small variety of useful gadgets. Love Ikea, even if I do get lost....and ya gotta have a Swedish meatball meal!

Store is nice furniture is ok.. But customer service is horrible and of course IKEA is known for the hardest instructions ever made and some items are sold separately like the legs and support beams for the bed sets.. Like ??? What?? Just skip this store and get something with better quality somewhere else.

Finally got my new couch!!! I have been waiting three months for this couch to restock. It seems to be the most popular item of couches and the total IKEA inventory. The young man at the store help me load it and it was easy to put together as all you have to do is put the legs on. I love this couch. It is very firm and the seat is got depth. Really hope to find the Ottoman that matches it soon. I just think that unfortunately it was discontinued not long ago which makes me sad.

I saw online that the cabinet I had been wanting came I stock. I couldn’t find the cabinet in the West house. I asked the customer service girl, and she gave me a piece a paper with an order. She told me, and the cashier told me that they would meet me in the pick up zone and help me load. The workers just left the heavy cabinet in front of my car and left... I had to load by myself which is fine but I don’t think that’s acceptable for everyone who isn’t able to lift 100lbs....

Waste of time talking with the local team. Specifically asked a question on an order and was told that they would have everything available and ready to pick up the next day as long as I arrived between 10am to noon. Arrived at 10:20am and the order had been cancelled. (It’s a two hour drive from my house to this location…or it may not be such a big deal to someone more local.). Unless you find something in stock on a visit to a local store, I would avoid IKEA based on customer service alone.

The floors were easy to roll on using my manual wheelchair. This was the first time being in the store and it is different but I found several options for available for what I was looking for. The store personnel were very accommodating to my needs as a person living with a disability. Patrick and the gentleman who retired from a Ohio public school system both were very helpful to make my experience a good one. I will go back to shop.

Believe it or not this was first foray into an IKEA store. Ive read about their layout, looked at advertisements, and know people who have purchased furniture from them but .... What I was most impressed by was the staging of rooms. They make it so easy to decorate, accessorize, and illuminate your bedroom, dining room, living room, and even laundry space with flair & personality!I was captivated by the variety of patterns, shapes, color scheme, design possibility!

My first adventure started a bit rough with Ikea but I ended well pleased and willing to return. After making a purchase in-store, I decided to have my items delivered and the process of doing so was simple. However, the logistics company was not able to “locate” my items upon pickup for delivery day. I didn’t receive a call, text message or email stating that my items were not on the way so I was sitting at home awaiting a delivery that would not happen. After the delivery time passed I contacted the logistics company and they were very rude in informing me that my items were unavailable and that it was not their responsibility to contact me. Upset, I hung up and contacted IKEA immediately. They were unhappy with the service that I have been provided through the logistics company and offered to have my items delivered the next day, which I declined. I told him that I would come to the store and pick up my things and would expect a refund for the delivery fee. Upon working with the associate Lulu and her duty manager, I was quickly refunded and even compensated for my inconvenience. I truly appreciate that the management was able and willing to handle the issue with great customer service. They had a wonderful, understanding attitude and that is very much appreciated in such a weird situation. Mistakes happen and they did what they could to make it right as a company should. I will continue doing business with Ikea in the near future!

They are awful never buy from here!!!I ordered my daybed from here and the next day before the delivery date they canceled my order . Without calling me if I would like a replacement for the damaged item or a refund. They just went ahead and canceled it. I called customer service saying they couldnt help me that my card was declined which was not. Then they put me through to another person saying that it was damaged like um what?.That it was out of their reach and its their rules that they have to cancel a damaged order. But you couldnt call me to ask if I would like a replacement for the bed . They try to make me pay for it all over agian which I was still charged for the other one. What kind of company are you if an order is damaged you are supposed to call the customer and ask if they like a replacement or refund .unprofessional and rude never go here !!!!!

I like the floor models of actual rooms that Ikea has. It gives you a better idea of how to use floor space. Plus how furniture fits in those spaces.

Not as big or nice as the Frisco location but has everything you need! Right off the toll, 161, and easy to get to. I got a desk and a few office supplies from here.

Very nice place and clean. They have a nice show room and a place to buy everything. Cheapest place to buy nice looking stuff but you get a lot for the price you pay. I took my boyfriend there for the frist time on 7/23/21 and he liked everything but the walking.

I ordered a bed last weekend. I paid for and scheduled delivery for this coming weekend. Less than 48 hours before delivery, I got an email that the slats for the bed were unavailable. Two 30+ minute calls to the Customer Support line with a resolutionist and I have the assurance that Im getting a refund for the part, and a bed I cannot use without this essential part. I also have a case number that says someone from the local store where I made the purchase will reach out to me in 24 hours or more to POSSIBLY help me find the missing part and POSSIBLY waive the additional shipping fee should that part be located, nothing guaranteed. Now I will have a part of a bed that is not usable, a vague promise of someone contacting me and a VERY poor taste in my mouth for IKEA. I expected much better customer service from IKEA. They are great at the phrase Im so sorry for your inconvenience but I give ZERO stars for actual useful customer service and problem resolution.

I can always find storage solutions. The towels were always great selection. They seem to have chosen cheap, think thin ones. Bring the thick ones back.

As with any IKEA store this one is very well laid out, kept immaculately clean, well stocked and with associates willing to help you at any time to find whatever it is you might need. The prices here are comparable to other IKEA stores and being new it contains all the new amenities including a quick pickup area, a restaurant and a bistro. You easily could spend a full day here looking at things and coming up with ideas or you can know what you want zip in and zip right back out... Your choice! But either way you should be able to find whatever you need IKEA wise here.

Not hard to get around once you figure out the numbers map. Didnt run into any minotaurs.

Everything you’d expect from IKEA; but their electronics section was severely lacking. I am hoping it was under renovation or inactive restock because they didn’t even carry RGB bulbs…

I really enjoy this store and all that it has to offer. I will say it can take a bit of time to get through the store, but its well worth it. They have a wide arrangement of options and at an affordable price. If I could change one thing it would be to have more staff on the floor to help with questions and stock checks. Over all, I would highly recommend IKEA in Grande Prairie. The book cases went up fast and look great!

This IKEA has a nice chair in the family bathroom. I was able to nurse my baby in a private place.

My first visit. Only went half way through and got lost trying to find check out. If you go make sure you have plenty of time this place is very large! Loved all the variety of merchandise!

The restaurant is reopened! 🙌🏻 Theyve also got some new items out. We love coming to burn some energy walking through the warehouse, to dream and get ideas through their show spaces, and to nerd out over the ingeniously designs pieces that bring order to small spaces.

This store is one level. If you need a motorized cart the greeter can get you one that you check out like a library book. Seemed smaller than some Ikeas. Many empty shelves. Lots of check out lines so pretty fast to pay.

By the end of Feb 2021, ikea has definitely adapted well to covid-19.Last time I came, there was a 30 minute line to get in.Im in the process of buying a condo, and ikea studio ideas and general functionality make them a go to for ideas for small living spaces.The salmon and Swedish meatball dinner from the cafeteria was surprisingly good.

This was my first time in a IKEA store and I was blow away by the staging and set ups, it makes you wanna buy things you don’t even need

Im up in the air on Inea. The prices are cheap but hows the quality? Some of the chairs didnt seem built for a 62 250lb cowboy. I could be wrong.

Had to come to this store because the one in Frisco was sold out of must things we needed. Was well stocked.

First time out in public like this in well over a year. Todays weather forecast was 80% chance of rain and with 6 of the children stuck inside it was obviously an IKEA kinda day.Great location.Clean.99% people wearing masks.Staff created a seating system to enter the dining area and it looked like they were staying vigilant on their cleaning and disinfecting efforts throughout the store.I wish I had the name of the cashier that checked is out at the end of our trip. She was amazing; very polite and very quick.Overall it was a great experience and a great rainy day trip. IKEA is still taking this pandemic seriously and that made it more enjoyable.Very easy access location. On the southern side of Dallas in Grand Prairie, TX.

Nice collections of modern arts and household stuffs. I bought a drawer and the parts were broken but the replacement was much easier and staffs were friendly too to resolve your issues. Stores also have nice deals and lots of options to choose from. Its cleaner and. Easy to find the stuffs as well.

Great customer service, easy no-hassle shopping. Recommend stopping for a bite at their restaurant or cafe to try something different.

If your furniture shopping definitely make sure that you stop by the IKEA in Grand Prairie not only can you look up items online and find exactly what Ill get their own so you dont waste time going through the entire maze, when you go you can just go straight to the pick up part and check it out for yourself or if you ordered it you can pick it up, I had so much fun here just fantasizing about how I wanted to design my home I promise you I dropped my son off with his dad just so I could come in here and enjoy an hour to myself I felt like a kid in a candy store except I was in the best furniture store in the world, I love how they constantly are updating room so every time you go you see something new or get new ideas, nothing is too overpriced, items have a great durability great lasting life especially being around dogs and toddlers I would say most of my furniture has a little to none scratches on them which is an amazing statement to even type and all of the employees are super helpful and courteous

I have been to this ikea location 3 times and only bad experiences. Last time was the last chance Im giving it. Staff is extremely rude, they watch me constantly and hover over me as I am walking around with my family. There was a big spill in the middle of the floor in the kitchen section of the store and it was there for about 10 minutes before a staff member came and put a spill/wet sign. That is dangerous and some body could get hurt. The food was good but not good enough to justify the rest of the negatives.

I love walking around here... its so comforting & nice. It gives u many ideas & many things 2 choose from. Get away from ur kids during the week & go there. Youll have a great time alone !!

First time to be inside an Ikea. I knew what I was looking for but was definitely lost when I got inside. Walked around the showroom part and thankfully found Terry! She was able to help me go through the store and to the warehouse. She took me to the item was wanting to buy. If you have any questions, look for Terry! She is super friendly and super helpful!!!

Almost everything was out of stock, didnt get anything we went for, food was bad, drinks looked like a slush and didnt taste good.

If I could give it a zero I would. I placed an order and called about reschedule delivery and they made a not with their delivery carriers. Why am I now receiving calls about incomplete delivery and being charged for delivery. The worst service I have every received in my life. If I could give a zero I would.

I know most kids dont like tagging along in stores, as a kid myself I do enjoy coming with my mom to IKEA because of how you can experience the bedrooms as if it is your own, also with the kitchens and I somehow keep myself entertained with the food. Well I also think the prices are pretty low compared to other furniture places.Would come again out of boredom.

Wow, wow, wow. I love this store. So much effort has gone into the displays and the variety of household goods is unending. The quality of the furniture is great and I cant wait to go back to explore some more and start crossing items off my list.

Poor restocking maintenance. Tagged stock items don’t have location details in warehouse area - simply add where items are located in warehouse so customers don’t have to rely on store employees to locate the items. Computer stations in warehouse show items but also don’t list location in warehouse. Will not shop IKEA in the future - too frustrating.

Fun and exciting decorating superstore. It is arranged quite differently that the Frisco location. It took us 4 hours to walk through the entire facility and we ate at the cafe. Food was delicious. So much fun getting tons of decorating ideas.The staff was helpful and friendly.In definitely going back.

My visit to IKEA was great. Love the display setup of rooms and kitchen. The store was nice and clean. Finding your items are easy and quick. Make sure to sign up for the IKEA family. Its free and save you a few bucks and also have other perks. Employees was nice and friendly except for one lady working by the floor and outside display. As I was walking up to ask a question she put her head down. Other than that my visit was great.

Never been in my life. Tried to simply get a tv stand. Did not leave with one. Why did I have to go on a scavenger hunt to find the pieces I have to put together lol?

Was a nicely organized store and had all the stock on the floor show rooms. However almost all the furniture I wanted was out of stock once I was at the warehouse.

Love it! They thought of everything. I love the way their show rooms are set up and give you ideas. Its a big store, so they have sitting areas all over the store, they also have a food court, and clean bathrooms. All you need is comfy shoes, your shipping list and lots of time!!

I have only been to this location once but my experience was pleasant they have a great selection even some live plants at this location. Food is decent cafeteria style. Customer service is great also.
