Bought Bosch dishwasher from Lowes w/5yr Lowes maintenance agreement at the Murphy Texas store. After 13 months of using this dishwasher the machine failed to work anymore. Lowes sent out two different local repair people who gave up trying to fix it. This took over two months to reach this point. Lowes finally sent out a BSH Appliance Corporation repairman/Victor who diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had the dishwasher working in one week. BSH Appliance Corporation specializes in Bosch and Thermador kitchen appliances. We should have turned down the Lowes maintenance agreement and bought the more expensive maintenance agreement from Bosch. At least now we know to request Lowes send out a BSH repair person if we need a fix on this machine in the future. Kudos to Victor @ BSH Appliance Repair.

OTR Driver here. These are nice people, its a gated entry with pushbutton intercom, you can stage park outside the gate, they open at like 8AM, their near the end of the building Suite 180 door. Good docking, I have only been here for unloading/del very efficient no nonsense checkin type people. You can stage for a bit before leaving if waiting for next load.

The lady that works the receiving department is very professional and polite.
