My old Hearing Aid that I was using had quit and I thought was probably not fixable, but it is now fixed and I am wearing it again. Also, the new pair that has some severe problems is being sent in for replacement and I fully expect that they will be back in usable condition after they are returned. I have always had good and respectful service here.

Dr. Adams is always great to see and fixes any issues I have with my hearing aids. Any issues with my hearing, he shows great concern and takes care to explain different options to me with different technologies to help me. Alyssa is always so pleasant to speak with as well when scheduling my appointment! Love this office!

Dr. Brett Adams has been working with my 92 year old mom and he has been fantastic. Some of the less positive reviews are not even about HIM, and some are ancient history. Dr. Adams is patient, empathetic, a good listener and answer-er of questions. He checked her current hearing aids that are 4+ years old and did not up-sell us on rechargables, as he felt that adjustment and replacement of a couple components would improve performance. He refit, re-tested, ensured she could hear the chimes and tell the difference for low-battery and shutting-down (as shes been mistakenly changing batteries too often), and provided excellent service. Mom can hear soft conversations and TV both better than yesterday and I highly recommend him!

They were very accommodating to get me in on a patient cancellation too since I only travel to Grand Junction when I have the time.

Ryan has always provided excellent service since I got my aids nearly a year ago. At first, I was a bit skeptical about how much they would help, but now I know it was worth it! The audiologist doesnt listen. He tried diagnosing me with something I dont have. He didnt show me all the brands of hearing aids they carry, only the Evoke. The receptionist is very rude and refuses to give a quote on what it would cost to program hearings aids through them. This place is a waste of time.

Was first introduced to the local Hearing Rehab Center through an invitation to attend a free luncheon and hearing seminar. The lunch was great and the information was valuable and well presented. I thought Ryan Crawford, the audiologist and his assistant Karra were friendly and very congenial. Dr. Crawford is humorous and very knowledgable. My first impression of this company has proven to be correct. It is the center where I purchased my hearing aids, even though I thought that I would get them from another business. So far, I have been satisfied with the initial service and look forward to additional appointments when I need them. I have been shown through my interactions with Dr. Crawford and Karra that I am a valued cutomer. Try this center, you too, will find them to be the BEST.
