People were very nice, but what salesman isnt. I was told my hearing devices were old models on one of my first visits to have my brand new hearing aids ajusted. I had numerous problems until they finally died. They did find another older pair for me for free. I thought that was nice, but I paid $5000 and have never received a new pair of hearing aids. Now the last pair they gave me died. $5000 and 3 yrs later Im deaf again. I dont believe that what I received is what I paid for.

The doctors here are great but the wait both times have been 30 min past our appointment times.

Treated by very rude staff after testing was done, which was why lower review.Would recommend Pinnacle or AAA instead. Both been kind to retired ministers, my wife and I.

I (Joyce) went to the offices here to find out what was going on with my hearing, face, and neck. The people that did the hearing test was great but said that the doctor would discuss the results with me. When the doctor came into the office he said well I think that the swelling was caused by a saliva glad that was blocked. Until I continued to ask questions he didnt even feel my face, neck etc. He never did discuss my hearing results. I ended up having 2 of my six noddles being cancer. Told later by others that the nerve damage and TMJ was causing my hearing sounds etc. I asked my family doctor about the results of the hearing test and she said that they were suppose to discuss them with me.Now after a couple of years I still receive calls and letters wanting me to come in to be checked again. Sorry but I will never go back into the office even though I probably got the one bad doctor.
