Definitely had good customer service and they were very helpful. Reason for the 4 star is that many of the shoes I asked for only had 1 or 2 sizes left in stock. Most of the shoe styles had doubles on display (I think this is to make it look like they have a bigger selection). I asked for about 4 different styles of shoes only to be told each shoe only had a size 10 or a size 9 etc left. Give it a go mainly because theyre willing to help and WILL COME to you to ask if you do need help but just an FYI, if youre a size 11.5 to 12.5 its a gamble to see if they have your size.

Verry good selection of sneakers, there also very helpful, if theres a shoe you want but they dont have it in, they can order it, or they suggest the pair that are the closest thing to what your looking for

This store is one of the best shoe selling stores I have ever been in. The staff is so beyond respectful, helpful and just all around great. I’ve always had a hard time finding the perfect shoe and they helped me like it was nobody’s business!

The store inside is cool, the guys are friendly, helpful and don’t bug or annoy you. They are very helpful and don’t put a cheez sales vibe on you.The store runs out of sizes instantly... like there’s never size 12-13 in anything basketball related that people actually want... I wear a 15 so forget it .. but they usually carry my sons size so it’s cool.If you order online then you may be ok but you also may have a nightmare with headaches but that’s not our local stores problem.

Very nice and helpful staff. Selection is limited to basic shoes however and does not have many specialized athletic shoes. The shoes are also pretty expensive compared to Ross

Terriable customer service and we were the only ones in that bit h!! Why were you hiding behind the clothes rack with your chin resting on it like we were going to make you work... lol been an employee at Mesa mall for years...Finish line deffinatly showed you up...I know where to go now!!
