Matt, one of the drivers for Ace, called me on my cell phone to verify that all the information the insurance company gave him was correct, and when I explained to him the special circumstances of my situation (I need a special lug key to change out my tires but did not have one) he offered to go get his own lug key out of his personal vehicle to see if it would fit. When his lug key did not fit, Matt was patient with me and even offered suggestions on how to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. He then proceeded to tow my vehicle to Discount Tire for me, where he left instructions for the people there so my car would be repaired first thing the next morning.I was thoroughly impressed with how prompt their service was, how friendly and helpful the driver was, and very happy with the way they treated my vehicle in the towing process. Very honest and reliable. Most the people that complain about paying a tow bill are those engaging in illegal activity and have their cars impounded. These guys are great and have been in business in the valley for over 30 years. Thats someone that knows how to run a business in my opinion. My family and m friends all use ace towing and we always will.

I recently had a car towed to ace towing, when I arrived to pick it up no one was in the office. When I asked about the price they threatened to keep my car for another day and charge me an extra $30.
