Marc from Highline Auto Clinic.Joe is one the best engine builders around, professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable about building engines. The Shortblock EJ257 was assembled over 3 years ago. I have over 30K+ miles now on my built motor from them. Its still running strong at 24PSI of boost.Im recommending all my friends and everyone who needs work or tune done to you guys. Guys here are great at what they do. Son has taken his Subaru here twice for tuning, and both times they did a great job. Very knowledgeable and friendly and will take care of all your tuning needs.

Id say this is a very professional Subaru shop. A salesman at OReillys exchanged parts in an Outback in an attempt to convert it into a fast and loud WRX. He did enough funny things to the engine, exhaust, etc that it wasnt working properly; not starting, not running efficiently, not getting turbo boost, exhaust entering the cab; I regret buying the car. Fortunately Joe and his guy were able to fix it up and not charge an arm and a leg! Very grateful for these fine gentlemen getting me back on the road.

They fixed my problem child. Everyone was very helpful and after addressing some other issues with my bug eye WRX found the solution. Thank you all very much for your help with my headache!

They got me in really fast and they kept my car for a few days but they never fixed the issue. I called back a few days later as I was experiencing the same issues that they had supposed fixed and they never picked up or responded my voice messages that I left. Would not recommend AT ALL.

Guy i talked to on the phone was very professional and setting up an appointment for a tune was easy. Everyone that i know that has used them has been more than happy with their cars.

I took some parts down, to have them milled and a thermal cleaning. Joe, was very helpful and wanted the job to be done right, and also had good advise. Got a call back the same day around closing time and was told that my parts were finished . Picked up parts the next day and was very satisfied with the work done at a fair price. I will be bringing more parts to him in the future for machine work and thermal cleaning. Thank you Joe for your honesty, and good work !!

Brought my STI to ASF when the infamous cylinder 4 ringlands failed on me. They went above and beyond to not only rebuild and upgrade my engine, but identify and resolve numerous other issues with my car. Highly recommended!

VERY knowledgeable group of guys at this shop! I was on my way home to upstate NY from San diego and couldnt figure out where water was leaking causing it to start overheating 90 miles west of GJ. They found and fixed the problem the next day and made sure it was road worthy to make it home. I left with lots of info most other shops wouldnt have cared to give me. One of the many reasons Id come back to AND recommend this shop! Thanks guys!
