We love the Pump House! We are regulars at the Musical Fountain and get ice cream every time.

So many yummy choices its had to choose just 3! 😂 I love the fresh fruit options and my kids love the candy toppings. Always something for everyones palate.

Im a big peanut butter & chocolate fan but their hard ice cream did not satisfy. It had a strange after taste. My friend had frozen yogurt and said it was ok - Id suggest finding another spot...even if your only other option is Kilwins.

4 kids and 2 adults cost us $90 to eat out of paper cups and bags and we didnt get drinks and we were refused ketchup because condiments cost money so youll have to get back in line and pay for them. We didnt get dessert, only sandwiches, mac&cheese and cheese curds. The kids cheese curds was a big wadded up lump. I eventually got a manager to speak to and turns out ketchup IS free, just their specialty sauces (which I didnt ask for) were extra cost. Manager was very polite. My one star goes to her alone. My vegetarian burger would have been good, it had a lot of potential, except that it was still cold in the middle. The mac&cheese had some sort of spice in it. I liked it but the kids were NOT a fan! Dont mess with kids mac&cheese, people! Just dont. Kids hate that and parents hate paying for food their kids wont eat! I think this place has a lot of potential but also have some serious improvements to make.

Came here for the first time. It’s your typical FroYo joint that has a great selection of frozen yogurt and mix ins! The atmosphere is also pretty neat with swing benches inside!

Cool frozen yogurt place. The yogurt was great, a lot of toppings to choose from, clean place, the girls are working there were very nice, free photo booth with the kids loved, designed well. The optimal summer place.

The yogurt was delicious! Lots of Gluten free options. However, lots of little fingers and not a lot of cleaning going on, if you are not vaccinated or immune compromised.

Good Frozen Joghurt and Ice Cream, not cheap but quality is good.

I always love going to The Pumphouse but this time they didnt have enough variety...two peach flavors and several raspberry flavors of ice cream...why not have one of each so you can throw in some white chocolate or more common flavors? Can I suggest Cherry Amaretto?

Went in yesterday they where out of chocolate and twist and hardly any topings where left place was a mess and ran by teenagers had higher stars for the location but no yogurt place in downtown grand haven festival week should run out if ice cream

Most adorable and delicious desert place ever

We drove all the way from Sterling Heights and found the most perfect treats at The Pumphouse. My wife had the triple chocolate yogurt and I had the dairy-free birthday cake ice cream. We were delighted to see all the choices for toppings. I mad some hard choices and we ultimately had the best experience. It was worth the wait. Everything was clean inside and everyone wore a mask. Check it out if your in town, you won’t regret it!

It took a half hour to get 2 burgers and fries and what was supposed to be a hot dog. When we alerted them that they accidentally gave us a burger instead of a hot dog they wanted to charge us for a hot dog on top of what we already paid. The girl at the register kept going to her manager who told her to charge us for it. When I told the manager thats unfair she laughed at me. When I suggested they turn down their music so the young man at the register can better hear orders she laughed again. She never apologized for the mistake and was rude. I will never return to this restaurant again. The ice cream is over priced, service slow and the manager is rude to her employees and customers.

A really popular place in Grand Haven. They are selling these really fun chocolate bombs you put in coffee cup and add hot milk and watch the magic happen, it turns into hot cocoa.

This place has unique decor and a fun vibe. However, I think the food is very overpriced and it took an exceptionally long time to get the food. Burgers were mediocre. Their fries were exceptional. If you like fries, this is the place for you.... just bring a lot of money and patience.

Only reason i gave it any star the shake was good and the fries were good. hamburgers tasted horrible whether it was the burger or the seasoning. Everyone in group felt the same.

My family and I are from Indianapolis and we LOVED this place! Such a cute little fro-yo and ice cream shop. Little porch swings to sit at with a view of the Main Street and water. Fairly priced also. Would definitely recommend to families.

Costs really add up here. It would be nice if they had some standard flavors, like vanilla or chocolate rather than the huge assortment of other flavors. Plenty of toppings and flavors to choose from.

Crack bacon, disco fries and everything else I got today are all a joke! Dont know about the shakes or anything else but because of my experience so far has not been good, I definitely will not even give bother coming back!

Have heard nothing but good things about this place so I figured I would check it out! So my family and I loaded up and headed there. We were blown away by how many flavor choices there were! Oh and those topping choices let me tell you what were off the wall. I highly recommend this place! Its clean, its fun and is an amazing spot to get that sweet treat!

This is a very nice fro-yo place. It can be on the more spendy side, but they have many options and it is very clean. More topping than I have ever seen at one place. Wonderful place.

Large variety of yogurt and toppings

The pump house frozen yogurt bar in Grand Haven is a nice frozen yogurt & dessert shop. A must stop when you are in Grand Haven visiting, especially if you go to the dancing waters the pump house is right across the street, very convenient. The frozen yogurt is so yummy. The family will absolutely love it!

Always a favorite place to add a little of this and a little of that to flavorful yogurt. So many choices. I like straight-up full fat yogurt, but there are gluten-free dairy-free options. I especially like the fresh berries.

What a fun place! We did the frozen yogurt and topping bar. Lots of selections. Even had warm cookies and brownies as topping option. Kinda pricey but it was a good time with the family.

Great atmosphere. Love the swings to sit in facing the water. Would have liked to know there was hard scoop ice cream and not JUST the soft serve. It was on the other side of the building kind of like secluded... had no idea until after the fact we saw someone with some. Very very busy leaving you feeling rushed and in the way. Amazing selection and quality. However, if youve never been to a pay by weight Fro-Yo establishment, try to control the little kid in you (Ive yet to be able to). By far the best selection of toppings.

The view is the best part. Its s great location for a quick treat. The flavors are varied but often overly fancy. There is no chocolate or vanilla. Theres double chocolate fudge and vanilla custard. The toppings are equally varied with all sorts of choices. However the line set up is poorly thought up, you have to go to one cash register and work towards the other one as each side has different items, with the chocolate fudge and other liquid toppings in the middle.

Best ice cream in Grand Haven.

It was very good! Your selection is charged by weight. The toppings options were plentiful. The chocolate fudge flavor froyo was a bit of a let down - didnt taste at all like chocolate but luckily they had dividers and the cake batter flavor saved the day for me. They allow you to try 5 samples which was pretty cool.. would go again.

Decent burger, fries and shake...somewhat pricey...onion rings disappointing.

Tip for parents bringing kiddos: Pay close attention to em if they fill their soft serve cups & get toppings themselves. Mine dowsed her completely FULL cup with a ton of toppings, including ginormous gummy sharks and, being newbies, we found out only once she was done piling everything on that you pay by the oz (I did think well, duh after the fact, but by then, of course, it was too late). So, she ended up with a $9 ice cream that she could only eat a fraction of! It was really good though. Amazing ice cream and every topping you could seriously ever imagine. Very hip & comfortable environment as well. Kids loved the swings. Will return next 4th of July for sure!

What a unique experience! Its a DIY sundae bar with a plethora of choices of ice creams and unique toppings. And if you have special dietary needs, theyve got you covered. The non-dairy choices were yummy! And the atmosphere is adorable down to the indoor swings. Love it!

I usually get the cookies and cream and go crazy on the toppings. I love that you can customize your whole frozen yogurt experience. I go here all the time. If your in grand haven you must stop in.

Absolutely amazing

The amount of toppings pump house offers is truly awesome. I got a warm brownie at the bottom of my double chocolate low-fat yogurt with Reeses and peanut butter sauce on top.

My first time at a Yogurt bar. Fantastic. Price is based on weight. Get a bowl, fill it with your choice of frozen yogurt and toppings. This is my new favorite place! I got the triple chocolate fudge and it is delicious!!! I even added a little lava cake! Yum!

Great atmosphere with yummy Ive cream and a huge variety of toppings. Just be aware that they charge by weight... So going ham can be dangerous! The free photo booth is cute and fun and, overall, the pump house is well worth the visit after a day at the beach.

Love this place. The multitude of flavors and the wide array of options for high quality toppings make the flavors jump. With swinging benches and industrial Chic accents make the atmosphere one to explore. The only negative I can say is the raspberries are always smushed to half blobs, but they still taste great.

Ok so this is my first at pump house, was just out for a walk by the pier and this place was highly recommended. Sad to say I come here and I was like sweet, put your own toppings on and choose your flavor but it little did I realize they weigh your ice cream. My total came to $14.76 and I was very upset. But then to make it worse I sit down and the table is so sticky it was actually disgusting. If this place wasn’t so over priced I would have gave it a 5 start review because the ice cream itself was actually pretty DECENT but the prices were not..I will never ever ever come back here again and I will from now on stick with good ole Dairy Queen ps I’m not a fat a** by the way either

Lots to choose from! Becareful the heavier your cup is the lighter your wallet will be. So fun to pick out the toppings and find the right flavor your craving. Fun for the whole family.

This place was amazing. You have your choice of yogurt flavor and there are so many options on toppings that I couldnt keep my head on straight! My boyfriend excitedly commented that were coming back soon because there were so many options. Its pricey (about two for dinner at a fast food joint), but worth it once and a while.

Great icecream

I was quite surprised by the price, much less than I thought it would be. They have a great location with a perfect view of the sand dunes and river/channel. The frozen yogurt selection was great, along with the selection of toppings.

Vegan frozen yogurt!!!! They have all milk ice cream and wonderful milk filled yogurt as well. But finding a place with gluten free, dairy free and vegan options was priceless!!

This is such a fun place! Very clean and a huge selection of treats and toppings. The staff was courteous. The only drawbacks were that the hard scoop ice cream had a lot of ice crystals on top, looks like the temperature was not properly controlled with some flavors. The nitro coffee ran out so we werent able to get what we ordered. We still had a good visit and would recommend this shop. It was fun swinging on the indoor porch swings and looking out the window.

Lots of toppings and yogurt selections. Its a great place to come after a long day on the beach. There is also a bakery type place within the building where you can get warm deserts should you please.

Quite nice offer of non-dairy frozen yogurt and a creative selection of toppings. Worth to try. Prices are fair for the quality. I found the place in the warm side (even it was spring time they should invest in their AC system).
