Justin has a lot of passion for his business. We couldn’t utilize his services for our wedding unfortunately because we are utilizing other bakeries for different desserts as well. He has a liability policy in place where you have to order all your desserts for your event through him in order to maintain the quality and ensure his bakery is protected from outside sources. I was frustrated at first with this policy but he worked hard to change our mind and help us understand where he’s coming from. I will be utilizing your business another time. Thanks for the help.

Bought my husbands birthday cake there and it was honestly probably the best cake Ive ever eaten and I was a professional baker for almost 10 years. The carrot cake was moist and rich and the frosting was light and creamy and so delicious. I wish I lived closer so I could order from there more often.

Grand Finale did the cake for my sister in laws baby shower. It was absolutely one of the best cakes I have ever purchased. There was so much detail and time spent on the decorations and it tastes amazing. Will be purchasing all of my cakes from Grand Finale going forward!!!

Great experience this morning! There was a new employee (his 2nd day there) who was extremely knowledgeable on all of the pastries, helpful, friendly and acted like he had been there forever. Super impressed!

Stopped in for a donut on my way to get coffee because of the sign outside. Ive lived in town for a few years but didnt know they were here. They put maple frosting on a sour cream donut for me. It was easily my favorite donut in the Grand Haven/Muskegon area. If there was indoor seating is come here for morning coffee and donuts regularly. Ill grab a donut on my way to Aldea from now on.
