Tires themselves are great, customer service was not great. Took 3 1/2 hours to mount 4 tires, had TPMS issues with differing communication between a technician and manager and was sent to the dealership and a different shop by the guys at tires plus to only find out the sensors that were installed were not even cloned to the truck, and the finish on one of my wheels was damaged. I would recommended going elsewhere or to another location.

Ryan was a great help with my tires. He gave me a heads up on what my tires have as a warranty and the package that comes with it. I never had to get new tires for a vehicle yet, so this was a relief. Great help with perky customer service!

Highly recommend this service! Took my truck in for brake fluid change, tire rotation and balance. Was educated by Seth, Jamison and team about parts per million rating. Had them change from brake pads clean rotors. Very satisfied with overall feeling of professionalism and efficiency of this show. Left with the sense that I had made, my best choice. Dad was mechanic. Had four service stations growing up. My first gig was window cleaner at one for years...until I got too big. Then began learning real auto mechanics. These guys are real mechanics! My daughter in college went here and they convinced her that the steering arms on her 2009 Lexus RX were in such horrible shape that she needed to get them replaced before she could drive home to Mpls MN.While I seriously doubted that I agreed to allow them to do it and I paid about $1000. Work was done on 12-22-2020. I bought the car new and has always been well maintained.Now that she is home from school she took the car in for an oil change and the service people pointed out they used a vise grip to hold everything together.They are afraid to remove it. I’ll post a picture if I can figure out how.

My experience with Tires Plus was excellent. I had an appointment scheduled and something came up so I had to reschedule for earlier. Seth was able to get me in sooner and the job they did was done in a timely manner and the wait was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Tires Plus to family and friends.

Over priced, and a waste of time. It took them +6 hours to put in one O2 sensor. A different day, tie rods took them open to close. The dealership is cheaper than them and a lot more timely. Tires plus quoted me for spark plugs at around $500 and the dealership was about $300.Save yourself the time and check out other places. Tires plus should just be a last resort.Edit:One year later, and we live in California now. Took the vehicle into the shop and they said we needed an o2 sensor. They said it looks more than 10 years old...I knew something was up when after they changed my O2 sensor, I drove a block and the engine light came back on.

Got me in and out quickly. Nationwide service. Id recommend them.

I Purchased battery and I put it by my self but it didnt work then I call tires plus, they told me to tow my car into there shop so they can diagnose the problem. I did tow then they told me to come back after 4 hours I called them the end of the day before they closed, they told me my car will delay up to tomorrow morning and it will be the second car after they open the shop. Second day I gave them up to mid-day and I call them. They said, there is more then 25 cars before me. I come to the shop and had some argument with manager- He dont know how to deal with customer- I gave him another chance up to 4 more hours and he call me latter saying he checked the fuses and it is fine the problem is bigger and we cant figured out tow to your dealer I did tow to my dealer they said the problem was the fuses no other problem found, I lost $700 because of that manager, one guy want help me after the argument but he didnt let him.

I had a blowout on the highway. I had a donut on my car that was almost flat. There was no other place close by, I told them about this and they said itll be like 4 hours we dont have time. When I finally found a place I was almost flat completely with my donut. I wont recommend this place ever!

Placed order and paid for service 24hours in advance. Set an appointment. Waited from 2 till 6 and tires still werent replaced. Same place that told me a year ago they couldnt align my front end because of a berring so bad my wheel might fall off. Ive been riding on the same wheel berring since and no issues. Typical scum shop practices.

Called and set an appointment to have new tires put on my car at 12pm saturday. I show up and the shop is locked with nobody around. Store hours are 7am to 6pm on saturday. Why would you schedule me an appointment if you are going to be closed?? Thanks for nothing.

I love these guys. Always friendly and welcoming. But was recently disappointed when I had a 2pm appointment and was told my tire repair would take an hour and a half. I mentioned I was going back to and would pick up after. No phone call telling me it would be late. Its 530 when I get there and they had just started. 20min I was told so I went and walked around and came back just to wait another 20min plus. I appreciate the work and friendly staff but when you tell someone 1.5hrs you should call them if its going to be later. I wouldnt say I wont go back but will make sure to note I want a phone call if it will be THAT late with an appointment. Seriously, if the guys werent so nice I would be spitting my own nails.

$40 labor to mount and balance 2 new tires plus $25 road hazard fee! Amazing how quickly $150 turns into $230! Avoid unless absolutely necessary!

I have been using tires plus in Grand Forks for at least 30 years. I have found their service and expertise unprecedented. Any problems or errors have been corrected and usually compensated immediately which I am impressed with. I would highly recommend the superior service and expertise at Grand Forks Tires Plus. Fast service, honest evaluations. Prices for some engine repairs/parts a little high. But since I am older now and dont work on my own vehicles anymore they are a good option for me.

I can not express how thankful I am for the men at Tires Plus! Well I went in for an alignment and left with shocks and struts and new rear tires. The shimmy was still there afterwards. Was told to call back if problems and would get the new tires switched to the front and then balanced. Which was done and the shimmy is gone but Im still left with a hefty bill and the feeling that maybe Ive been duped. Not sure I really needed all that other work. I think Ryan could probably sell cow manure to a cattle rancher if he tried.

The guys here are great. From out of state, had to buy new tires, special ordered for me. Got them in the next day, got them on and did some front end work. They took great care of me and got me back on the road in a hurry.

After having difficulty with one of my tires, we took our vehicle to these guys. They checked it twice and told me it was fine. A few days later my tire looked flat again so I took it to them when it was -30 outside and none of the gas stations had working free air hoses. These men took great care of me by pulling my car into the shop, filling up all my tires and explaining to me that my tire appeared flat but really was within limits. Never once did they try to sell me on something that I did not need nor did they ever make me feel like a dumb little woman. It is so refreshing to find a place that treats you like a human and does it honestly. Thank you Tires Plus!

A bit slow to honor appointment time but they did the work properly by starting lug nuts by hand then using torque wrench to tighten to proper specs. Everyone I delt with was friendly and helpful.

I was there for 4 hrs, for something I was told would take roughly 45 minutes. Also, I believe it was over priced for the service performed. However, they did do good work, and used quality parts.

There are people who try to do their best within this company and those people deserve a thank you. Unfortunately it is not the person at the top. He wants to make sure that you know that this is costing him money as well. He also tried to tell me how there isnt anyway that what they had done would make my breaks feel different but it did. The technician knew it and felt it but unfortunately the manager isnt very familiar with all the intricacies so he made sure to try put me in my place. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and never had to treat even the rudest of people the way he tried to treat me.

I was back in GF in August visiting my wifes folks. My rental car developed a flat tire. I called to see what they wanted to repair my flat. I was quoted $64. What??? The guy said they would need to replace the air pressure sensor. I took it to American Tire on Gateway. They charged me $16. Great service at American Tire.

Waited 1 hour for them to look at our tire, they came in to say they dont think they can get the tire off without causing damage to the wheel. We took our tire back and left. We miss being away from Big O tire.

Here, the price of parts is higher than that of the OEM product, and if the problem is raised after repair, the inspection fee is charged again. In addition, the price of parts is almost twice the price that is being sold.

The service we received was absolutely terrible. We dropped our vehicle off on Saturday afternoon for new tires. They never called us on Saturday to let us know our truck was ready and subsequently, our truck sat in their garage overnight. On Sunday, we finally called at 1:30 to find out if it was ready and they said it had been ready since Saturday at 4:00. We went over to pick up the truck to find out the keys were locked in their office. We then had to go back home, pick up the extra set of keys and go back to pick up the truck. We stopped on Monday morning at 7:55 to pick up the keys only to be told the office didnt open until after 8:00 and that it would be about 15 more minutes. We didnt have 15 minutes to wait so we had to make yet another trip to get our keys. That is the last time we go there for any kind of service.

My experience I took my friends hoda crv car .The problem was it will not start and the gage was not working and they took the day on it and told us we need to change the fuel pump they ask as more that 400$ we said okay paid and took our car after one hour the gage is not working tee called them they said drive it for a couple of hours it will fixed on the next day the car did not start the same problem nothing is fixed at all we called them and they say it is not our responsibility to thaw the car and we paid 120$to thaw the car and take it back to them they spend 2days and they said we need a new battery we bought a battery from them with 120$and they took the old battery even if it is only 2month since we bought that battery nothing is fixed again and the manager came and told us it may be a wiring issue and ask as to take it to the shop with our own expense.we ask them if they refund us our money they said no and the manager said I can not do any thing about it but I can recommend you the place to get inspect the wiring issue so paid around 700$for just nothing .This is my experience good luck for any other people take your car to them I wish this won’t happen again to any other customer
