The other positive reviews about this place are so true! Our brakes went out in our car and we had to leave it overnight on the street. After walking back home, we were looking for a quick solution to our problem of needing to remove our car as soon as possible and found this company online. My husband sent an email late in the evening, not expecting to hear a reply until the next day. Twenty minutes later Randy called and we had a pickup time scheduled for the next day! He was on time, professional, very courteous, and so friendly. He even offered to drive us back home since we were stuck with no car and had to walk to the location. Thank you so much for making this stressful situation much easier to handle. You really saved us!

I was rushed to the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. The next day my wife was at Target to pick me up some things for my week long stay in the hospital for open heart surgery. Her battery died in the parking lot and a good samaritan’s jump didn’t help. I looked up Pitbull towing to get her towed home. They showed up right away and explained to her that due to covid restrictions they may not be able to help. Randy then helped my wife walk next door to Home Depot, pick out a battery that would work, took out the old, hooked up the new one and started it right up. This allowed her to come to the hospital to see me once before my surgery then get home safely.All that and he refused payment of any kind! Saying that he wanted to pay it forward during these trying times. We are so grateful for Randy and will go out of our way to use them in the future if needed. We had an unexpected dead battery in the middle of a busy day and Pitbull Towing was quick to arrive on the scene and remedy the situation. Initially our own efforts to jump start the car failed and while on the phone with Pitbull they recommended to do a diagnostic on the battery first before going to the option of towing the car (more costly). Once there they determined it was indeed the battery and used their portable more powerful battery to jump it. Then they also checked the alternator to confirm it was not the issue.Lastly, the recommended a local auto parts store that would replace the battery on the spot. And, if they were not able to install it they gave us the option to go to their garage with the new battery and they would install it.Overall, awesome, professional and friendly experience with Pitbull Towing!!

Last week, I went to pick up my granddaughter at her school. Got there a little early, shut the car off but accidentally left the lights on for 10 minutes, tops. When I tried to start the car, the battery was dead. Got a ride home, brought my pickup to school to jump the car; but I couldnt get the vehicles close enough (because of other parked cars) to reach with the jumper cables. Just starting in on my heavy cursing under my breath when I heard someone say, Hey, could you use a hand? It was Randy, from Pitbull Towing; apparently there to pick up his own kid from school. Said he saw me from across the parking lot with the hood up. He jumped the battery with his portable unit in about 2 minutes, and I was on my way. Lessons to be learned: 1) If your battery is six years old (like mine was), you might want to think about replacing it before it just quits on you at an inconvenient time; and 2) If you dont get around to it and find yourself stuck, call Pitbull Towing for fast, friendly service! Very impressed from the get go--He returned a call to me just based on a missed call no msg. left from me that was the first great impression. Then we talked through our need and he was quick to come up with a resolution and was out to our house to pick up a car in need of salvage EXACTLY as promised. He was personable and friendly, gave me some great car tips and had Coby the Cobalt hooked up and ready for last ride within minutes.

A big thank you to Randy and his family for their help today. I blew out a tire on Pt. Washington Road, and although they were eating breakfast at a restaurant, they came to help. I got their name off Google, and am glad its the one I landed on. They couldnt have been kinder. They took me to get a new tire, and even put air in one of my other tires that was low. His wife wrote out the bill for me, and they took my credit card there in the truck. The price was reasonable, and they were not only helpful, but very kind. I highly recommend them.

10 STARS, randy and his crew are absolutely life savers, I was on the side of the highway with my 2 kids in the back and something under my rear seat caught fire, randy was driving by and must have saw the smoke and pulled over immediately to help, he ran with his fire extinguisher to put out the flame, he then called his flatbed in to tow my car to the nearest repair shop and then lifted us to enterprise rent a car, awesome guy and staff
