Good service..but dont expect a 10 min. oil change we were there for 45 min..with a scheduled appointment! Great price though

Midas staff has always tried to get me into there shop at a timely manner for service or if an emergency come up. They do the work that they tell u they will do and very professionally. There service is always done when they say it will be done. Price is always what there estimates are and usually quite reasonable.

Really excellent experience. Called for an appointment and friendly receptionist had records on my car at her fingertips from a long ago visit I dont even recall. Made an appt for 130pm next day. Dropped car off overnight and they already called with an estimate by 10am next day, well ahead of appointment. Noted two other problems that I might want addressed, in addition to the issue I brought it in for, and had estimates ready to the penny for all three items. Prices were fair. Repairs were completed by early afternoon, despite difficulties finding parts for my 2011 Saab. My new go-to place for car repairs.

I took my car to Midas for an oil change. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and professional. And, bonus, they follow covid-19 safety protocols. He even wiped my credit card off with a Lysol cloth before handing it back to me. The job was done quickly and well, for 1/3 the price of the dealership. They now have a repeat customer!

Midas in Grafton is truly a needle in a haystack. We moved to Grafton a few years ago and quickly realized that we were a long way from Dealerships that service the brands of vehicles that my wife and I own (Hyundai and Toyota). The best thing about this particular Midas franchise is that they really do treat you like family; they always remember your name and will go above and beyond to help you out. The other thing is that they are honest - period. Most people know when they are being ripped-off (or at least I do), and its just not in their nature to do so at this Midas. When a shop is honest and treat you well, you tend to stick with them - and Im a loyal customer, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

BEWARE!!!brought my car in for a wiper transmission replacement. they did an electrical diagnostic that was not needed, charged me $80. they quoted me close to $400 to get the wiper transmission fix with a used part. i told them i would not get it done, i needed a second opinion. they broke 2 of the bolts during the process.THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST I DID NOT REQUEST. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE FOR FUTURE FIX.UPDATE: got a brand new part from Advance auto for $80. The part was put on by a friend for $40.

I called up Midas in Grafton because my front tire went completed flat. Chris took my call and I explained to him I really needed the tire fixed today if possible because I had a meeting at 1pm today. Please Keep in mind I called at 11am that morning. He said bring it in and will see if we can get it fixed. Wow, I put air in the tire and off I went to Midas. Chris got me in as soon as I dropped off the keys and tire situation was taken care of. I highly recommend Midas in Grafton. I was able to be at my meeting 10 minutes earlier and it ended up being a great day! They definitely jump through a hoop my me. Truly a go-to neighborhood mechanic shop. The kind of service that these people strive to give you is NOT dictated by some faceless corporate office. These people genuinely care about their customers. I was putting on a towing hitch by myself at home (in a rush) and ran into difficulties. I drove the hitch over to Midas-Grafton and these guys had my truck on a hoist and hitch installed almost immediately (and on a Friday even). I just cannot thank them enough -- an absolutely AMAZING place!!

Our appointment was at 9:30 am. The car was in the stall at 9:35 and they diagnosed the loud noise to be due to a defective flex pipe. It was fixed and we were out by 10:10 am. The personnel were very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the work done and the very reasonable charge.

As always, you guys did a great job keeping my 2001 vehicle running and in tip-top condition! Great peace of mind knowing you not only do good work, but you also do a thorough evaluation of the overall condition of the vehicle and alert me to potential issues.

I would give them 6 stars if possible. I seriously have not experienced a business that cares more about its customers and people in general than Midas in Grafton. Jim is a pleasure to work with, as are all his employees. They are very fair with pricing and do excellent work. We dont take our vehicles anywhere else. Very very high recommendation!! A++.

Quick, reasonable, effective brake job.

The owner Jim is extremely rude. No matter what you try and say, he will always speak above you and remind you that he is never wrong with what he is trying to scam you for. They make unnecessary Recommendations for the sole purpose of digging deeper into your wallet each time you visit. My business will not be brought back here and I’ll offer this as a fair warning to anyone who would consider this place for business.

My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and took their time to explain procedures. They were able to service our vehicle within the day at a very affordable price.I would definitely recommend these wonderful people to anyone and plan on using them in the future.

Had some exhaust work done at this midas. Employees are always very nice here. I have also gone here for older cars. I went to another repair shop that told me I had to replace my whole exhaust. These guys were able to patch a couple areas and replace the resonator. Saved me 1000-1500 bucks.

I have been going to Midas for oil changes and car maintenance for a couple years now. Jim, the owner, is nice and takes the time to explain things to me. They also do follow-up calls after repairs.

They were too busy to take care of my immediate needs, but were friendly and honest.

Very good service. I purchased tires at blains farm and fleet. Had a bad valve stem. I brought back to blains couldnt find the problem so I dropped it off at Midas because i work close to Grafton. By noon they figured it out and fixed the problem.

Second time in a row took my wife’s car in and it’s leaking oil when I got it home after an oil change they did fix it but that’s not the point should leak in the first place they broke the oil plug gasketUpdate: I forgot to update my review changed to 5 stars the staff is super nice and the fixed the issue and will keep coming back despite the 2 issues

Good service and the employees were friendly and fast but I was charged $10 for a tire rotation when I had an oil change and a light replaced. I know you can go somewhere else and theyll do a tire rotation for free when you get an oil change.

I went in to have an alignment done at the Midas in Grafton. They were able to fit me in the same day which was nice since all the other dealerships I called had a minimum wait time of at least 3 days. Since I have been going there, they have been able to fit me in the same day. They worked on the alignment but after taking it home and driving it for a couple of days I noticed that my car was continuing to steer to one side a little. I called and complained. They were very professional and asked me to bring in my car at my earliest convenience. After taking it in they adjusted a few minor things, and now it drives straight as an arrow. As far as prices for the alignment are concerned, they were inline with everyone else. The second time I brought my car in to have the minor adjustments they corrected them free of charge. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Beware!Have been going here regularly for oil changes for some time. The last time I was there they offered a complimentary brake check. Upon doing so, they said I needed new brake pads, new rotors and new calipers because they were starting to freeze. I said I would look into it. I took it elsewhere for a check and they said I would be okay with just new pads and rotors weren’t essential but it would be done. I went back to Midas to make an appointment for the pads and rotors. After dropping my car off, they called me to tell me I need new calipers as well. I told them just the pads and rotors and they proceeded to tell me that it’s not possible to do that because my calipers are frozen, so they NEED to be done and am quoted at $1100. I refuse and no work on the car is done. I ended up going to a 3rd place, and I am told the same as the other... just brake pads and possibly rotors.I will never be returning to this location, even if it’s only for an oil change.

Another great experience here. Got my husbands car done same day as towed in Sat., then got my sons truck in same day today after he had waited almost a month for Costco to install tires he bought there. We use them for our three vehicles. Of course car repair is expensive, but the beauty is, we trust them, and never feel like they are suggesting unnecessary repairs, and they will try to figure out how to save us money every time.

I am skeptical about any auto repair shops. Of course auto repairs always cost more than you hope, however, in my experience with this Midas store in Grafton, I have found their prices to be reasonable and comparable to other local shops.I have gone to other auto repair shops in my area and have been told that I need this repair or that repair but what I like about this Midas shop is that they do a fairly thorough inspection of your entire vehicle (not just the problem you brought the vehicle in for) and then they take you out into the shop while your vehicle is on the rack and they SHOW YOU the problems that are in need of repair.To me this lends to the credibility of the repairs that are required, both in the short term and for any items that are show signs of wear and will need repair in the near future.They may not offer the rock bottom lowest price but I dont think they are trying to rape me at the cash register either. Ive been taking my vehicles to these guys for several years now and Jim (owner?/manager) has always seem to treat me fairly and will stand behind the work if a problem arises. What more can you ask for from a mechanic, right?
