Target has always been one of my favorite stores. Clean, friendly employees and decent value. Target offers so much more. My most recent visit left me so pleased- the young man who assisted me in the Electronics department was IMPRESSIVE, Angel was knowledgeable, professional and helpful while juggling other customers and employees.

This is a fantastic store at the perfect location. Need a gift for a child who is unicorn crazy? Youve got to come here. The variety of goods was exciting to explore. The store is beautiful. There is a good variety of vegetables and hot foods in the deli. I loved seeing the wide selection of UNICORN themed apparel and toys through out the store.Saddly The front trash cans were overflowing with trash and the parking lot had spilled out trash all over it. Either there were not enought emplyees to keep up on the trash or the shoppers were careless and not considerate about the environment. It was sad.

Wow I’ve had to go to this location for the last few weeks for back to school items and household things and each and every time I have come here, the employees customer service is top notch. Every employee greets you and ask if you need anything. If the lines are getting long, staff is opening up registers and offering to help. Kudos to the Management/Training team !!

I live this Target. Very convenient since I live right across the street. My favorite thing is do place an order for pick up. Thanks for all you guys do!

Excellent selection of beauty products, quick checkout, clean store without stuff in the aisles. I would prefer if they would ask me if I wanted paper or plastic, or if they would notice I was carrying a shopping bag under my arm so 8 didnt need yet one more plastic bag. I wish everyone would go back to paper or require you to bring your own bag.

Close and convenient. Always find good things. They just never have enough cashiers. Im always waiting in line forever, even on off hours.

I had a great experience shopping here!! The employees are really nice. Went shopping for a swimsuit with long sleeves and an employee named Hannah made several calls just to make sure that I got what I needed and was genuinely happy we found what we needed. My main complaint about the store is that the shelves appear to not have a lot of items. Apart from that great experience!!!!

Has everything you need at a fair price. Has adequate and well-trained staff to handle your customer experience.

Nice people and very clean, this is where I go for fun times. If you’re bored I recommend walking around target and try to set a budget for yourself prior to going because it’s very hard to walk out with only a few items.

Im new to the area and I’m officially boycotting Walmart because their in stock And “customer service” are terrible. I came into target today and it just get so fresh and clean and they had human registers open. An employee offered to check out back for an item i was looking for (and found it!)Walmart is right next to where I live and Target is a 35 min drive but I’m just blown away by the customer service and good experience that I’ll be coming here from now on. Thank you for making me feel like a valued shopper.

This store is always clean and has a friendly staff. My main complaints are that they are always running low on items and have empty shelves then they only have 1 or 2 registers open (both on the same end of the store) so lines are always long.I really hope they adjust staff and ordering to fit the demand of all the new people moving into this area.

It was such a pleasure shopping here! Everyone was wearing a mask. The employees were friendly and seemed to enjoy working here. I think I need to stop going to Walmart and make the short drive over here!

Was given rude customer service night of 6/12. Needed assistance finding an item and asked a customer associate named Lauren for help. I was ignored then In the end left alone without the help needed. Bad customer service and was very close and personal with the security guard up near the door. Made my whole visit uncomfortable.

This store is poor at handling the checkout, there is plenty of room for a self-checkout. It’s better to go to the target in Litchfield for a faster checkout.

This target had an amazing bakery manager!! While she did not have to create anything for me the last second because I WAS the one who failed to plan accordingly, she made a perfect cake for my family. She went above and beyond and made today perfect. I am so grateful for her. Beyond what she did, this target always has what I need. It is very clean and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. I’m so grateful this is “my” target!!

Love Target and most of their employees, theyre really nice. Just double check before you pay for the Target circle to go through, some cashiers skip it without asking but customer service people are super nice!

Today we stopped to target after closing hours for an emergency, we asked if we could go in quickly and get something. the workers got the manager who was very nice and easy to talk to, she let us go and get the stuff we needed then rang us up. The workers were funny and helpful, talked to us while we were there. Beside that, i come here often and always find everything i need as well as always having helpful workers!

Love this store customer service is very pleasant & truly seem to care. Well most of the employees are but not all of them. Some more than others sometimes but they do there best. Keep the great work up.

Target continues to wipe carts down between uses even when other stores stopped and that makes people feel safe shopping.

I rarely shop at frys because it is over crowded and no one wears a mask. Target is my go to because I feel they support their employees and care about all their customers by mandating social distancing and masks until today. I stopped by today and half the customers were without masks .. I am very disappointed....

I’m not sure if the mask policy has changed with this specific location, but I’ve seen numerous customers, without masks walking throughout the store. Just an fyi, you can still transmit COVID-19 to other people even if you’ve been vaccinated. You can still infect others who haven’t received the vaccine yet. Not only that, but the employees say absolutely nothing to any of the customers without masks which seems unacceptable.If you’re going to put safety measures in place then you either enforce them or don’t have those safety measures in the first place. I will most likely be contacting the corporate office if this continues.

I love picking up my orders from Target. It is fast & very convenient for my busy lifestyle.

Fast and friendly service

I always go out of my way to come to this store because I liked it so much. But I’m Sunday you had one entrance open and it was chaos because of it. This was poor management on your behalf. You had more than half your customers upset that day because of it and to top it off your employees thought it was comical and said it gave them a break from actually working.

Watched some granny open a door and a kid came out of the car and threw up, very gross and disgusting.

They did their best to help me when they forgot an item. They were able to find an item to replace it.

2 stars specific to re stocking. For the several months Ive been shopping here now, is just terrible at restocking. The wiped out gift wrapping section is what led me to todays review. Other times its usually the cleaning products or clothes.

I received a package that I ordered 7 days or so ago on today, December 19; the package arrived damaged. I returned the item to the store and was told that I could contact Target.com for a replacement item (online only). When I made contact with Target.com I was informed that the order (a Christmas gift) could not be replaced until January 7 2020. That is absolutely ridiculous, when an item arrives damaged there should be a way to expedite a replacement.

My order was ready before the suggested time. The email was easy to use with the bar code. The app that identified the car and color was super easy. There was no questioning, ease of use, and fast service. I really appreciate this service.

Your store associates were very kind, helpful and conscious of the virus and cleaning all surfaces after each person at the checkout left. Exceptional!!!Even the young man collecting the carts here at the Cotton Lane Super Target came to get my cart and had rubber gloves on!!! So much appreciate this type of service, kindness and due diligence on the protecting all of us while still serving us. GREAT job Target!!!

I have to share what an incredible job the cake decorator did for my parents 50th anniversary party! The cake was absolutely beautiful! I had visited two others stores before Target and they both said that they couldn’t make a cake unless it was out of their book! The cake decorator at Target was very friendly, kind and made us a beautiful cake using her own creative genius! I gave her very little guidance, just asked that she incorporate gold somehow. The cake was covered with rosettes and tiny pearl accents with an ombré cream and gold frosting up the side. I will come back to this bakery again and again!

The store is easy to navigate and clean. Also if you have the Target app, it can help you find the aisle that your items should be in (very rarely there will be a recent change that the aop doesnt capture)

Always a great experience and I cannot say enough good things about Target Optical! For the past few years, I went to Nationwide Vision for my contacts and eye exam. Even with an appointment, I would always have to wait around an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Yesterday, I went to Target Optical and was seen immediately. They also had my contacts in stock (typically I had to wait a week or longer to have them delivered when I went to Nationwide). Overall, the optometrist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was friendly as well. Best optical experience Ive ever had and Ive been to several optical places over the past two decades. Five stars!

The most annoying part of this location is no self checkout and it seems no matter when we go, the lines are long. We will often pick another nearby (not Target) store just because checking out here can be very frustrating.Covid times: There are always quite a few people in the store not wearing masks or pulling them under their chin and no one seems interested in enforcing it. I get Covid fatigue, but it makes it uncomfortable for the shoppers willing to follow the rules. Other local stores have been better at this.Drive up is great when you can get it, but items showing in stock are often “not available for pickup” or “fridges are full”. It will even flag items to remove that are not refrigerated like bananas. We can’t seem to find any day or time that works consistently.We were excited to have a SuperTarget when we moved to this area but so far it’s been one of the more disappointing Target’s that we’ve encountered.

Bought a shirt at night and forgot it in store couldn’t come back until the next day because I work and live 30 minutes away and when I got there they sold the shirt I bought and then didn’t have anymore in stock of the size I needed so I just wasted my time and money

The cashier was absolutely amazing she was very professional, helpful and kind and she made the process very easy and inviting. I will come to this Target and I will only go to this cashier because she was just that amazing.

Doing the drive up made my day so much better! I only wish I could have added groceries like fruits, vegetables, milk, cheese, etc. The whole point is to avoid having to go in, especially when Im on my way home from a long shift at work. Instead, they lose business because I will just go buy my groceries elsewhere. Otherwise, it was great service and I love the ability to do this!

Because Target has always been empathetic in others struggles. Target does not pander or follow a trend. Has always been in the forefront of diversity

A woman by the name of Angel was incredibly rude to me while at Super Target for no reason what so ever. I was minding my own business with my baby in my cart when I hears her mutter that I better get out of her way, even though she had plenty of room. There was more than transpired after that, but I sent that information to corporate.I have never experienced such horrible customer service at any Target, including this one. I hope she gets the proper training and disciplinary action she needs to become a decent worker there.

Absolutely love this store! I love that its a super center do i can get groceries, too. The Target brands of goods are ALWAYS just as good, if not better, than other brands. The staff here is always helpful and friendly. Customer service is quick. The store is spotless! Its feels good to walk in to it. Even at the peak times, its not overly crowded. I highly recommend Target in general, but this store in particular.

This target is clean. Lines are quick, service is great. This target has friendly agents! I find lots of affordable deals. I love this location in particular. On several occasions I’ve sparked up pleasant conversations with people that work here. The staff is amazing!

The store and bathrooms are always clean. They always open up check out lines so you’re not standing their waiting. Employees are always pleasant and helpful and I really like that they have a Starbucks inside the store.

BEST PLACE TO SHOP! And the BEST pharmacy in the world! The staff here remembers your name and suggest ways to save money. You NEVER have to wait in line. The cleanest store in the west valley. I have to tell you that Target has the best PM program over any grocer. You will never find crud in the drains in produce or meats. Went there today, stood in line forever, then got charged $50 for a pack of chicken. So when the manager told me the only way to fix it was for me to pay for it and then wait at the service desk to get a refund. Told me to be nice about it or should could refuse service. The whole thing was rediculous, do yourself a favor and do not shop here!!!!!

The guy working in electronics was very rude and refused to sell me a 2nd pair of Airpod pros because he said that I could be a reseller. I informed him that both my wife and son wanted a pair. There was no sign saying that there was a limit to number of purchases. He was just being rude. What do I have to do, bring in my sons birth certificate to prove that I have a son? do I need to have him come with me to tell your employee that they are for him? Then what about my wife? How does she get a pair? So stupid... are you in the business of selling stuff?

My first time in this location. The store is very neat and organized. I came in with a target gift card, when it was time to check out, the cashier told me I couldnt use my target gift card at this location and to go to customer service. After paying without the giftcard, i was greeted by Jerry at customer service. He was able to figure out that the cashier had been accidentally scanning the wrong bar code. He took the time to re ring my purchase and apply the gift card. Jerry went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it! Thanks Jerry!
