Drinks taste awful. Had to send back a simple americano because a shot of espresso was missing. Tasted like syrup and water. Pretty sure they used sugar free syrup on both drinks ordered and no apology when asked for a remake. Person at window had no personality and seemed upset. Get it together Starbucks.

The past two days I have gone to this Starbucks I have ordered a Venti espresso Frappuccino and both days they have been made incorrectly somehow. They both have tasted so strong like they put four shots of espresso into one coffee. The one I got yesterday I did force myself to drink but the one today is so bad I cannot even get past a few sips.Very disappointed. Also is clearly not blended correctly.

Its Starbucks so you know what youre getting into. But the staff is friendly and efficient which is a big plus in my book.

My vanilla bean creme frappuccino with pumps of caramel was delicious. It never disappoints. Drive thru service was very fast. Great job!

Fast, accurate and friendly.Its really no big deal. But, why is every Starbucks i visit always out of Peppermint? My wife loves the peppermint mocca Frapp. But, she doesnt get it very often.

Ok, we ordered hot drinks but were give the ice version. It was ok but wanted something warm.

I love this Starbucks in particular bc they usually dont run out of pastries, like brownies and they always give us whipped cream to dip it in. We order complicated drinks too like jerks and they are always so cool about it and make them right. Every time.

Coffee was good but the music way too loud like you are in a club. Not recommend for employees to work under loud music and customer are there for business too. We ask them to turn the music down, but they turn it back up. No wonder why they have a hard time hearing our order.

Good service but when I’m paying $10 bucks for a coffee and breakfast, I expect to get the items I want and not the ones you’ve got. “Sorry about that” just doesn’t cut it. Also, the drive thru lines here are insane.

While it tastes good, its overpriced coffee! You can get a 20oz Frappuccino for $6.53 out the door or go to Dunkin and get a 30oz frozen coffee for $5.59 out the door.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean dining area. The Dragon Drink was a bit bland... But I think its just because dragon fruit is a bit bland in general. It had a really pretty color and presentation though!

I don’t get Starbucks often, it’s definitely a treat for me. This visit was definitely less than stellar. I saw there was a 50% off drink in my app when I went to pay and asked what it was about. The barista literally told me she wasn’t aware of any coupon and it must’ve been an app thing. I said no worries, just curious. There was no one in line behind me so I should’ve read it more. I got home and read it and all she had to do was take the code and my drink was half off. I bought an iced caramel macchiato and it literally tastes like straight up milk. I hate going to places and feeling like a nuisance and not even getting a good drink out of it. Bummer.

Terrible. The primary focus was on the drive thru orders. When I walked inside I was one of two people. My iced espresso took 20 minutes. No one said anything or apologized for the wait.

Not only do they make my drink accurate, every time - their customer service is AMAZING.I ordered a pup cup (my pups favorite part of starbucks) and they asked his name. Well to my surprise they had mot only written his name on HIS cup but were also so excited he was there. He was a happy boy the whole way home.

Why when you ask for a cappuccino do they always give you a latte??? Cappuccinos have espresso some milk and froth. I had nothing but milk. Disappointing. You’d think Starbucks could train them better

Seriously, I always get the same thing (two longshots of espresso) and its better at this Starbucks, with more of that foamy cream on top.Heather (one of the managers here I guess) just explained nitro coffee to me in simple and concise terms, punctuating her point with a free sample. We stopped at the long hollow pike store in Goodlettsville on our way out of town and again on our way back home. The staff this evening was exceptionally nice and the facility itself was one of the cleanest ive been to yet!

Usually almost always super fast, they’ve always been more than nice and respectful even during the rushes. And the drinks always come out good. I’m come here almost daily. At least 4+ a week

Long waiting for my drink that was just a short Pike Place.

Although the drive through line was very long, it moved relatively quick and the kids at the drive-thru counter were very friendly. No one wants to work a holiday weekend but I think they did great.

Enjoyed some sous vide bacon gruyere egg bites (they are keto friendly) and of course a coffee. I like to get a large water afterwards to stay hydrated and rinse coffee stain off of my teeth. The staff here is always upbeat and good to work with.☕🙂

It was pouring rain and the drive thru line was long so my son and I ran in to get my coffee and his cake pop. The team members were so nice, I had ordered on the app and didnt hear my drink called, but when she handed me the pop she said heres your drink. I would have been waiting for a lot longer if she hadnt been so helpful.

The staff of this Starbucks is always the best and so friendly. I remember back in March when the tornado hit, I went to this Starbucks the morning after that long night to refeul. The guy taking my order told me he was glad I was okay. Cant tell you how much that meant to me. That small act of kindness to a stranger will stick with me for years to come. This store is nice and clean but that is mostly a bi-product of it being so new. I am a fairly regular customer and have only one complaint. I order their standard dark roast everyday. I drink my coffee black and about 3 out of 5 times, the coffee is poured too early (while it is still brewing) and I get a cup of coffee that I can hardly drink. After requesting they wait for it to finish brewing and that I can wait, they still wait until Im not looking and pour it soon as well just to move me out. Time is important, but I wouldnt stop if I were that pressed for time. When Im paying ~$2.50 for a product, that when brewed correctly, is superior... its highly frustrating that they still attempt to skip corners thinking that I dont know what Im asking for.Store Management, please educate your partners on how to do this correctly. It is noticed when they dont.

I love the employees here, they are so friendly and manage the volume of service very well. Its nearly aways busy but they have very fast service even when the line is long. I highly recommend using the Starbucks app for maximum speed if youre in a hurry.

One of the quickest and friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. All the baristas are in such a great mood every morning, it really helps start your day out right. And no matter how long the line is you’re in and out in no time!

Brand new facility in Goodlettsville, TN right off Interstate 65. Great coffee & atmosphere. Small parking lot so no buses or semi parking but maybe across st @ Shell fuel center or motel 6 for a quick run in?

I met the nicest barista this morning. He was cheerful and friendly asking about my plans for the day. Unfortunately I let him know I was headed to the hospital ICU to be with family. With genuine sincerity he said he was sorry. Then he went above and asked if there was anything he could do. If I wanted anything else. I declined at first and he suggested at least a snowman cookie to make the day better. As I went to leave with the cookie and my coffee he extend a heartfelt I hope things improve. He didnt know, but my nephew will be at the hospital later. Im saving the cookie to brighten his day. We have had a hard time and this baristas kindness meant so much. Thank you.
