The staff here are friendly and very helpful. Ive used this store for multiple shipping and notary needs and every time the customer support was great and the process painless.

I forgot the name of the guy who helped me today but he was awesome and extremely helpful. He let me know all of my options, didn’t make me feel rushed, and helped me to the very best of his ability. I appreciate it, awesome service!

David Madrigal is the BEST! I just went in to ship a box full of baby clothes across the country. The box I had was bigger than I needed, and not only did he tell me I could save money with a smaller box, he actually took his time to cut my box down, which saved me almost $40!! 👏👏👍👍👍

This store is the epitome of customer service. I have used them when in the are for seasonal work. Last year had problems with my mail not being delivered. Anthony took personal responsibility and went the extra mile to help locate my mail. Went I returned this year, Terri remembered me and remembered my name. It is rare these days to encounter such personalized customer service. Cannot say enough about this store.

Good convenient UPS store. The location is great as there is plenty of parking and its easy to get in and out. The staff have always been friendly as well. There is usually no one here so you can get in and out quickly.

Very poor service. Went to ship a package and was quoted $150 which I thought was already very high. They called a day later and said the total was $93 but when i checked my bank account, they charged $152. I called and the staff was short and rude but gave me the owners contact. The owner said there was nothing he could do for me because the total was $152 and thats just what it costs. Very rude staff and charged me $60 for which I still have no receipt or proof of costs for. Would not go here unless you plan on vastly overpaying and left feeling cheated.

Went to drop off a visa application and the staff were very helpful and efficient, even lent me a glue stick to paste my photo since I didnt have any glue around the house. A+

2017) Run by clueless students. Go to FedEx instead.2018) Driver cant deliver package that needs signature at house; leaves note saying it will be at this store. I get an email saying it will NOT be at the store and they will try to deliver at house again; I wont be there to sign JUST LIKE LAST TIME. Leave it at the store like you told me you would.

Horrible horrible horrible service! Dont use their printer to print something. The stuff never told me the computer usage fee for $2 prior printing.
