Stopped in for a passport photo at noon on a Friday. There was no wait. The clerk was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The entire process took only about 5 minutes. The store was clean and well stocked with a variety of stationary, packing and office supplies.

Very disappointed at customer service. Went to the store last night to buy printed label sheets using my memory stick. Employee didnt care to engage in communication, he printed for me portrait vs landscape, I said maybe my fault was willing to pay as is, didnt want to redo the printing in landscape, paid and I accepted the misprint. Went over to cut the labels and he insisted for me to leave because was exactly 8 PM his closing time. I was shocked and left saying that he was rude and he show no sign of any emotions. Hope he was a rare case of bad service. I had the opposite experience the week before at the Hope Ave store.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This older lady with brown hair was so rude. She asked if we needed a receipt for our shipment and we said yes. She thought we said no, and when we asked for the receipt she said “oh well you should have said that now we have to grow through a whole process. Why didn’t you say that in the first place?” When I said we did, she said “I didn’t hear you.” The receipt process took 5 seconds. Literally. Terrible customer service.

In the past the staff were not always friendly. Recently, the staff have become very service oriented and helpful. I very much enjoy using the facilities and service at this store! Thank you to the great staff and their helpful assistance. I will continue to use this store for my printing and shipping needs! Good work!

Sent another batch of 80lb prints to the store for pickup and the results were flawless. Always have had a great experience with relatively small online orders. Staff has been consistently knowledgeable and helpful!

Do NOT waste your time here. Most miserable shipping experiences of my life. I was in here three times this week and every time it took 45 minutes, with only one customer in front of me!!!The computer systems are miserable and the processes are beyond slow.And completely, utterly understaffed for this time of year.

Big Shoutout to Fenia. They were completely swamped with a ton of customers but she didn’t let it affect her exceptional customer service. Keep it up!

I have to agree the bathrooms were not impressive but NOT worse than any truck stop. People can be so dramatic in their reviews! I saw a young man employee help a lady 5 times without any attitude and I thought that was pretty impressive considering how exasperated she was at not knowing how to use the machines.

I went here to pick up a package I had held here and the staff person who helped me was quick and responsive. There was no issues with my package either. I havent used the other services they offer so I cant speak to that.

Ive used this location several times. Once I printed out copies of my college transcripts and the quality was very poor so the person working recopied for me. Another time I went in I was having trouble printing out a PDF document and the young man working that day came and helped me figure out how to print. Im thankful too because I was at my wits end trying to figure out how to print the document. He was able to multitask and helped another customer with what she needed done. Everyone left happy.

I gave it 2 stars for the convenient location and excellent staff only. However, the bathroom and water fountain is worse than any truck stop. Completely unacceptable ! Zero stars for the sanitation.

Very rude woman who helped me. After I paid she took my package and pitched it on the floor. I guess she didn’t want to bend over. Won’t go there again.

Terrible copiers and worse service, Manager and staff unable to give me a credit after 20 min. of trying. Ask me to take paper instead. Ream 3.99 so for a buck should have recd 1/4 ream. Instead Im given 45 sheets and told they cost 2 cents each!~!!!! The credit resulted from staff not setting the settings correctly! I was doing them a favor in accepting paper but got cheated anyway.They refused to give me the 1/4 ream. After all that they did not return my card with several dollars on it until asked. They should not even get 1 star but system requires it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worse Fedex I have ever been to. I have never experienced such incompetance. Save yourselfs the headache and frustration. AVOID at all costs! Absolutely a nightmare.

Called ahead to see if I could print from my email there and was told yes. When I came in, I found that just using the computer to open up my email through a slow connection cost $0.30 per minute. I went ahead and did this anyway and when I tried to get to the PDFs I needed to print, I discovered that the computer was incapable of opening and printing PDFs (!)--I only had access to Firefox and Word, basically. So in the end I was charged $0.90 for my failed attempt.I then went to the Goleta branch of the Santa Barbara Library and was able to do everything quickly and easily (just needed to get a library card, and also make sure you have cash to put in the print station)--free use of computers able to open common file types, printing at $0.10 per page, friendly staff. Go there for simple print jobs.

Average FedEx office. Good for shipping and basic copy needs. Staff are ok.

I will never walk into that FedEx store again, and Im sure the staff there could care less! Waited 4 days for an order of 3 pages of address labels and it wasnt finished. Waited in line for 30 minutes both times I was there to get nothing accomplished. They certainly dont value anyones time!

The lady is not helpful. Doesnt know how to smile with the customer, she looks mad everytime.

If I could give this store no stars I would. The customer service was AWFUL. I waited in line for 20 minutes while staff was sitting on their phones in clear sight.

Ask for the price before getting your books bounded. I charged twice the amount because I want my book in two pieces.

Bad attitude

Poorly staffed, bathroom was discussing without soap or paper towels. And to top it all off the alarm was going off for at least 10 minutes. Never coming here again.
