Our family has been a customer of Mattress Mikes for years. My most recent purchase- a sectional sofa back in July 2015- they delivered and set-up with the usual friendly and prompt service. Its been a great sofa. Cut to March 2021 and I attempted to take apart and reconnect the end piece for whatever reason. And I couldnt do it- I called Mattress Mike and even though it had been so many years they came over within two hours to fix it for me. Hello everyoneThis is my experience with mikes mattress’s.My mother needed a new mattress, and I picked up the phone and talked to mike personally and explainedMy mother’s situation and also explained on how blunt, and difficult she can be sometimes and he laughedIt off’ and said that he totally understand to bring her in and he’ll take care of her..( at that time you had to make a appointment due to covid)We got there on a Sunday and, ”mike was there, treated us with a smile and was nice as can be ( as well as the staff smiles everywhere) walked us through the line of beds, told my mother to lie on each bed as if she was home sleeping ..she finally found a bed that she never bought before that was a memory foam mattress and explained it had a 90 day return ..( she likes firm mattresses ) I told my mother that it’s her call to on buying it ( because I did not want her to say I told her that it was a good deal, this is the right mattress for you ext!! I know her to good ) so she said that this is the one ) u see it takes about 3 months to order a mattress set ..at that time due to coved and mike had said that he would do his best to get it in three weeks so that my mother wouldn’t have to sleep on her living room couch so long!..(on other long story!!!)So we were very surprised that it was delivered in that time,,,ok hear we go” after a week she had told me that it was to soft and she wanted to return it😳🥴..I called and spoke to mike, and hew was totally understanding told us to come back, and we when the next day spoke to a gentleman that help us( mike informed him on the situation! Told us it was mikes day off!,🤔it really was..)He was nice as ever,very professional and very educated on all the line of mattresses that they sold !Very patient with my mother that can be very difficult at time ( bless her ! Love her more then she could ever know ) as he was explains to her that the mattress that she wanted was the best for the one she was looking for explained the policy that came with it...and told her to lay on it for a wile ..she did like for maybe 15 minutes.. and we purchase and luck was on our side because it was in stock in there warehouse and received it the next day🤗😂🤗I just want every one to know that “mikes mattress “ out in Goleta, they do care about there customers likeFamily, they want the best mattress that is the best one for you,they listen, there very professional ! They were very polite, and had all the patience with my mother, ( and you know that “saying “ nobody messes with my ma’ma!,). they keep there word, no hassles, great staff that’s very knowledgeable on their sales lineupAnd i would just like to say thank you to all at mikes mattress that why i took the time with this long review to let the know that there all appreciated ..thanks for helping my mother in her journey, on finding her the right mattress that she very needed ! You can have your Harvard and Wharton Schools of Business, but no school is going to teach what genuine customer service is. Mikes is the true example of what good customer service is and how to treat customers. With all the furniture stores in Santa Barbara consolidating or going out of business, I have no doubt Mikes will be the standout furniture store in town for years to come.

I needed a new mattress and box but didnt know what I wanted. I was given a tour of mattresses and was given time to compare. Granted some people may need more time than I, but Im aware of how my body feels and found a good mattress quickly. I was happy with the selection they had and that I could be left to try them out. They managed to ship it same afternoon(was luck), and I had them take my old bed for a recycling fee. Great experience, would recommend to others.

This place is amazing they originally helped my brother out with his first mattress then they did a great job helping my friend out.But most importantly they took care of me getting my first mattress. I told them that I was looking for the coolest mattress and they totally delivered.I got the Rally Copper Mattress with special cooling cover (Which is awesome definitely a must). Plus they pointed out some other really cool things like bamboo sheets and even a cooling pillow. It hasnt even been that warm yet but I can’t wait to see how well it works during summer.

These guys are awesome! We were looking for a recliner, and they popped up when we searched for La-Z-Boy dealers, so we swung by. They had great selection and we found exactly what we were looking for in about 10 minutes. The sales guy on the floor was helpful without being at all pushy, and the icing on the cake was that they deliver to UCSB housing for free!Long story short: went to store in the morning, got free delivery of a perfect recliner that same afternoon. Loved it.

I live out of town and had to assist my 89 yr old mother in finding a new recliner. The people at MMs answered all of my questions over the phone and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Never did I feel I was intruding on their time as I did feel with a number of other stores who told me to just come in and see what weve got. We purchased her chair and she absolutely loves the feel and we love the quality!

I have purchased three mattresses with this company and love them. The owner, Mike, is wonderful and extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond most businesses to be helpful with his customers. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his staff were very helpful. The showroom contains many pieces of furniture to view. Mike does not pressure. We bought a bed and sofa and both have proven to be good products. Delivery was same-day. I highly recommend Mike for furniture and if/when we need more furniture we will start with Mike.

Never even went in there, but when I called to ask if they had hardware that I needed to assemble a wooden bed frame, Mikes son took my number in order for his dad to call me back with the name of a shop in town that could order it for me.
