Great business! Friendly on site staff that were available without feeling pushy as they sometimes are in the larger chain furniture stores. Items were ordered and received in a timely manner. Overall a great experience and I plan to return to purchase a new couch next month.

We recently downsized to a one bedroom condo and sold all of our living and dining room due to the smaller living space. When we walked in to Comfort Zone in Goleta, the first thing I saw was the most gorgeous coffee table and couch. I planned my rooms around those two pieces. It was really fun to pick out the color and fabric of our couch. We ended up purchasing a couch, coffee table, sitting chair and dining room set. Everything was installed and delivered to my new condo and I am so happy with my purchase and the price we paid. Will go back when we decide to purchase a new mattress.

I have nothin but great things to say about this place. I went not sure what I was looking for and ran into Rosie whom was very knowledge and very attentive about what I was looking for. She gave me several options and made everything extremely easy. My order was placed with no problems. Deliver was profesional and quick. Overall my daughter was pleased with bed, mattress and dresser. I am definitely come back.

Comfort Zone was a great buying experience for me. High quality furniture pieces, made in the USA, anything not in store they were happy to order. I went in 3 different times to be sure of the couch purchase. Rosie was so kind and patient. I was allowed to lay on the sofa bed for a long time (I am talking an hour or so) to be sure my bad back wouldnt be hurt by it.When we were finally ready to purchase I called, 1 minute before closing as it turned out, and Rosie stayed an extra 15 minutes late so we could make the purchase without having to drive down again.They delivered all the way up to Santa Maria from Goleta. Their delivery fee was $150, which included them putting everything together, and we live on the second floor too. I couldnt be happier with the Serta sleeper couch and sectional we got. I would highly recommend Comfort Zone for fair pricing, high quality products, and excellent customer service. I will be going back to Rosie for the bedroom set purchase when we can afford it!

They tried to charge over $1200 on my account when I had never been there. Ive dealt with identity theft before and this was the most suspicious. They say it was declined because the card was lost or stolen. They said that they kept the card but not the ID that supposedly had my name and address.They claim there isnt one camera on the premises, they didnt contact my bank or the police.Last time I dealt with identity theft it was around $900 over 12 locations like Xboxes and food over different parts of L.A. My card wasnt missing.This is so shady. One location where someone tried to buy furniture, she keeps changing her story and cant describe the person or the items.Stay far away from these irresponsible business owners.

Went here for the first time the other day and JD and his team really took care of us. We got a great deal on a Beauty Rest Cali King mattress and it was delivered the same day!

I bought drawers here it was in my budget. I definitely recommend this place they have student discounts and a great selection. Ask for the guy! He help you out.
