Very disappointed of the body shop. Never take any car to them again there are very duty to work on cars terrible job don’t take you car to them they are no professional the pictures below thats my 2018 toyota tundra l went one time to see the work the were doing on my truck and l found a big surprise my truck had taste everywhere very bad guys Jaime is one of the workers his a lier he never said the truth.

I have unfortunately been in multiple accidents and from the very first one they showed me they are reliable and punctual. I recently took my vehicle because of a broken mirror and they were on it ordered the parts quickly and replaced it. This is the only body shop I will ever take my vehicles to and refer family and friends. Always excellent customer service super friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend.

Outstanding team! Could not be happier with the end result. The guys at Prestigious worked around my schedule and went above and beyond my expectations. They know what they are doing, and it shows. Communication between the employees and with me (the customer) was disappointing. I have to take the car back in for some re-work because parts not installed correctly and miscellaneous scrapes and paint chips on the bumper. Was given the run around as to when the work on the car would be completed. A decent job on the original issue was done, but other issues/concerns arose during the work performance. Work on communication.

Jamie is fantastic, and so is the whole team over at prestigious auto body. They fixed my tacoma, finished 4 days early and even waxed it! Very happy and will continue to use them in the future.

I have brought my truck here a couple times and they did great work. Very helpful people. For work I have also brought several of our work vehicles in for auto body repairs. All came out like new.

Massive damage to my Z4. The team kept me apprised of all repairs, did a fantastic job and retuned the car on time and probably in better shape than before I wrecked. Little things go a long way. The driver’s side door handle had a small paint chip and the repaired that for me without a request and for free. Would highly recommend them.

Terrible dishonest place. They agreed to do one thing. They did another thing altogether. I took the car back many times to complain. They would just push around the bumper to click it back into place and within hours it was out of place agains. The manager was useless, he just kept putting me back to the guy who was in charge of our specific repairs. And that guy just kept saying that what they had done was good enough. They wore me down because I couldnt just keep coming back to complain again and again and again and again, so their stamina of messing around with a native of Santa Barbara had more stamina than I had to keep going back and complain Anyway ... my personal experience is: They are dishonest. Stay away.

Always super helpful, fixed our car after an accident and when we starting having an issue after a year, we took it in just to make sure it wasnt from their repairs. They ended up finding our rear bumper was scratching the ground so put an extra screw in which helped our issue. They are honestly people that just want to make sure you are taken care of.

The staff is super friendly and the car was returned to be like new if not better. Very trustworthy and frienldy!

Prestigious unnecessarily inflated my estimate so they could fleece my insurance company. When I tried to discuss alternative repairs, they invented reasons why their repair had to be so complicated. Even after being paid $4500 by my insurance company, they refused to order parts and ultimately refused to do the job. They didnt like being called out on their inflated estimate and fraud. Theyll blow a lot of smoke up your a$$ to make you feel like youre getting good customer service, but its just to facilitate their dishonest practices.

I would like to give a top of the top review to Jaime’s team and the Prestigious Auto Body shop. It was my very first accident since I got my driver’s license 10 years ago, and it broke my heart when this accident happened due to others fault. I treated my car like my another son, and always hand wash, detail with clay and wax it regularly by myself. So I am kind of picky to my car. When I decided to go with Prestigious Autobody as the recommendation of the other drivers insurance company, I would be lying if I told you that I had 100% confidence because I know my bar is pretty high. But the process and outcome are so smooth and exceed my expectation. It takes less than Jaime’s initial estimate to complete and it looks brand new after repair. I was very amazed the craftsman work his team did and very reasonable charge. The entire process was constantly updated by text messages and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the car was cleaned very well in and out, which I didn’t expect, at least the inside. They put plastic cover in the driver seat to avoid any chance to get it dirty. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone and would love to do business with them in the future.

Extremely friendly staff. Had a surprisingly cathartic conversation with one of the agents there. They did a fantastic job re-attaching my fender. They also did it free of charge. Could not ask for a better experience!

Horrible experience! I had a front bumper installed and the agent was Mr Weed? The front grill was not correctly installed and I went back to them but they told me it was the part’s problem. And I got it fixed by myself! Then I found out that there are several missing screws under the front splitter which will cause very situation under high speed drive, so I went back to them again and they told me to come back on Monday promised me to get my car back on the same day. However, they delayed and held my car for three days and had done nothing to it! After three days they told me to come back later again! Also I found that they installed the old upper grille on my bumper instead of the new one that came with the bumper so I told them to install the correct one when I went back for the third time. This time they also told me they need three days. After three days nothing done to my car again! Time weed told me they tried but that’s absolutely a lie! Because I put a paper sticker between bumper and side panel which means if they removed the bumper, the sticker will be broken but the sticker was at there as new when I went back after three days! Also they didn’t put on the underneath screw also! I contacted Mr weed and told him that I know he was lying to me. He said I am a hard customer and don’t want to work for my car anymore and will give me a partial refund. After that I got no replies and have never received refund. I did not continue to contact them because I need to leave this country for several month after that week and I really don’t want to listen to their excuse! Never go there again!

I worked with the Santa Barbara location on Gutierrez. Professional, friendly and finished my car days ahead of promised delivery date, my car was cleaned beautifully and the work was awesome. Juan Mendez is the guy to see for estimates and Gabby will take good care of you on the customer service side. I dont usually write reviews, but I was so impressed I had to post this recommendation.

I cant recommend the crew at Prestigious highly enough. It is truly rare to experience this kind of superior service, professionalism, and quality from start to finish. Every aspect of what they do, from the initial paperwork, coordinating my rental, explaining the estimate, keeping me updated on the progress, and delivering outstanding workmanship was handled with top-level efficiency and personable customer service. Talk about a well-oiled, smooth-flowing machine – these folks have it down to an art, and Im grateful to know this kind of business still exists in the world of auto-repair. Too bad so many others dont even come close.

Made me pay a disassemble and reassembling fee just to calculate my estimate. Estimate price was ridiculously expensive. Employees are unprofessional, providing me with different dates each time I asked when I can get my car back even though I contacted them daily through email and phone. Could not provide me with a helpful solution when I noticed that a crack on my window had expanded during the time my car was in their garage. Highly would not recommend this place.

While dropping off a friend at City College someone wasnt paying attention and backed into my brand new 2012 Honda Civic. I had heard about Prestigious Auto Body from a co-worker so I decided to give them a try. Jaime handled everything for me and he was super helpful. Not only did they fix it (it looked like nothing ever happened), they washed, waxed and detailed my car and I also got a free wash and wax to use on my car in the near future! This guys are super professional and they know their stuff and I would take my car to them again in a heartbeat!

The appraiser took a break while I was waiting on a scheduled appt that was already half hour past appt time. Didnt bother to ask me if I could reschedule or come back, I just went ahead & left while I sat there. Really bad customer service & communication

I went in for a quote regarding a small patch of rust on the roof of my Isuzu Rodeo (about 2 square-inches), and the person quoting me (he was older but I didnt get his name) said that the parts for my vehicle were out of production and so the only option was to cut out the section of roof and weld in a newly fabricated panel. He followed by quoting me around $3000 and telling me that my car probably wasnt worth the expense, despite that, if uncared for, it would lead to a waterfall in my roof (currently I do not have a leaking problem). I told him that I just bought the car but hadnt noticed the patch at the time of purchase and he recommended that maybe the next buyer wouldnt either. I asked why it couldnt just be sanded, primed and painted, and the guy told me hed been doing this for years and that he wouldnt tell me how to do my job (so I shouldnt tell him how to do his). Afterwards I looked up rust spots online and, in a nutshell, the consensus was that you should sand, prime, then paint.

They are rude and difficult I pay them 10.000 and they did not do a good job they put old parts in my car after some years the liner is all brook because did not put right and they said there work is life time warranty but when I toke it back Peter was very rude to me I had a lot of problem with them they told me they will wash it and waxed my car and get the scratches out but they did not do it I took it back and they did it but very rude after I came back and told them I am not happy with the work because my air conditioning is not working they want to charge me 800$ again and when I got my car back I said I do not want to do it here they scratch my car I took my car some where else they put air conditioner fluid and work but Juan want to charge me 800$ the did not but air conditioning fluid that is why it was not working . I ask to talk to the owner they did not let me and Peter said I am in charge when they get your money they do not care any more and they give the insurance company discount and the insurance company let them put old part then later you would have problems with your car I told peter you said the work is warranty and you do not want to take responsibility I will take you to court he said are you treating me and told me very rudely to leave the office. They are very difficultly and they do what ever they want to your car. And use old parts. Difficult people Peter is very rude and do not do what he said they fix your car with cheap way they are working for Insuranc company not the customer to fix your car in cheap way after you get your car you should take it some where Else to check it because you will have problems later

Had to mark a star to post this, but I would give a zero. Horrible service, took two months to fix rear-end damage, and now rain is leaking inside because of shoddy work and installation. They were payed over $6,000 from insurance and my $1,000 deductible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Dont go here. Period. They repaired damage to my car through my insurance but created one themselves. They claimed they took pictures as evidence, but didnt take one of the part they broke(of course). Went back and forth with the shop and my insurance company for 3 weeks. I eventually gave up and the part inside my car they broke, still is.

Jamie is an absolute asset to this company and works hard to ensure your vehicle is taken care of. I will always recommend this shop to my friends and family.
