If you need any body work on your car you need to take it to John Briggs. They are the most professional to work with and as a client they stand behind you if you have a difficult insurance company. Their work is perfect.I have used them twice. This last time my granddaughters car was hit and we took the car to Briggs. Come to find out the insurance company was extremely difficult to deal with. Marcia Briggs was the best. She helped us through this process.I recommend John and Marica Briggs for your needs and you get a free t-shirt!

My Mini Cooper is pampered. Even named (pausing while you roll your eyes). When my husband caused damage to the front bumper (the first damage my car has seen) he knew the repair would have to be excellent. He Googled around 10 different auto body shops in Goleta/Santa Barbara. Took the car to almost all businesses to get an estimate in person and a feel for the businesses. He read all the reviews he could find. Compared prices. There were a couple at the low extreme, and a couple at the high extreme. JBM and a few others were in the middle.The thing that set JBM apart, for my husband and me, was their obvious personal care and concern for customer service, and professional and detailed car care. Marcia drove me back to work after I dropped my car off. They completed my car a day earlier than expected. Offered to pick me up at work when it was time to pick my car up.Not only is there NO indication that any damage had ever been done, but they washed the car, and put a beautiful glaze all over. “Miles” is shining like the day I bought him!Thank you, John and Marcia! I hope we don’t need your services again, but if we do - we’ll be calling you!
