I took my 08 335i BMW there because I was having a few problems, the figured them out with in a few hours and fix the problems. Stand up guys and turn around time was great. We be doing all my future business there and all my upgrades as well.

Very poor ethics at this company. I have never felt taken advantage of before like I have from this establishment. I started bringing my car here when the owner was still running the business at that time it was poor customer service with no regards to how they handled your vehicle. I believe in small businesses and went back again to have some previous work re checked and they told me I needed the same parts I was asking to have checked (this is new management) they checked their records and when they found they did the work the parts were no longer bad they made a mistake. I went back to have a brake light re set they said they could not re set it I needed rear pads and sensor. (Not to mention they wanted a 100.00 fee to tell me this) Skeptical I went to bmw and as I thought the pads and sensor are good paid 35.00 and bmw re set the computer for brake pad mileage. Before you spend 1,000s being ripped off! (As i was!) pay the extra 5.00 an hr in labor rate difference and go to bmw directly! Save yourself the aggrevation and your hard earned money!! Very dishonest workmanship!

Took my car in to have it repaired. I told them the last time this happened the dealer changed out a bad ignition coil.They charged me over $500 (by the way $100 was for diagnosing the problem) and the car still had the same problem. They told me they would change out the other 5 coils for another $500. I take it back in and they tell me it is going to be $750. I decided to take it some place where I can trust the people working on my car so I took it to the dealer. If you want to be taken advantage of then take your car to Twt Eruoworks. UPDATE: got it fixed today at the dealer for $539 and got a free car wash. Could have save myself $500 if I went there to begin with.
