Michelle was very helpful and not pushy. Perfect for someone like me. I didnt know what car or what type of car I wanted so I test drove a range of vehicles over multiple visits to Denver. I liked the dealerships way of doing things and not having to worry about negotiating over price. (I bought my last two vehicles online but this time I didnt know what I wanted.) When I found the one I wanted, Michelle gave me a gave hand out of the final price. There were no odd fees. Just the price of the car, taxes, and registration. It was comparable to online.The sales manager, (not Michelle) did push their warranty pretty hard. Including making us sign a paper saying we declined it. 🤣 But it wasnt bad and the whole process and quick and easy.The biggest plus about buying a car in person is having someone show you what all the buttons did. We would buy another car from Michelle.

I meet Mick Hasley the first time I went to Genesis of Golden to see the GV70. He gave me a lot of information about the GV70 and set me and my wife up with a test drive. It was very impressive. We also looked at other brands and dealers to help us decide on the right vehicle for us. After a month of research and a trip to the new car show we decided to look at the GV70 again. Mick was out of town at that time and another salesman helped us. We test drove the GV70 again and when we were finished we asked him how long it would take to get a GV70 Sport Prestige in the colors we wanted. He found a couple in California but nothing close by and he thought it might take until February to get it with the current market conditions. I went home and did a build for a GV70 and the website found a match in Flagstaff Arizona. I made arrangements to purchase the car. My wife and I flew down and bought the GV70 and drove it back to our home. There were many things that were unclear when we picked up the car so we went back to see Mick and see if he could help us. Even though Mick did not have a car to sell us he took the time to answer all our questions. He also went over other things that he thought would be helpful for us. He said he would always be there to help if we required more information or assistance. I wish Mick would have had a GV70 to sell us so we could have bought this one from him. We absolutely love this GV70 and when it comes time to replace it Mick will be the first person we stop in to talk to.

She went out of her way to help me buy the car I really wanted. Genesis took the time to walk me through the contract process, and she was very easy and fun to work with. She definitely went above and beyond for me and now I have a car I love!

I recently sold my leased Hyundai Kona back to Planet Hyundai and leased a new Genesis G80. All I can say right now is... what a MISTAKE!! The first problem I had is that their finance group under paid the lease amount off and then the finance group charged me another month payment. Now three months later and I still havent been fully reimbursed for the over payment.The next issue is there is supposed to be a concierge program with Genesis, but this dealership doesnt have the staff to support it. I have been having some major tech issues with the G80, including what appears to be a major safety issue, and when I tried to schedule an appointment to get it checked out, they are backed up a whole month before they can even get it in.Their staff are really friendly, but when you try to call them, they rarely call you back, including their general manager who I called but didnt hear back from.My recommendation is, if you are buying a luxury car, stick with luxury brands like Mercedes, Audi, etc.

So glad I went with Planet Hyundai for my vehicle purchase! From start to finish, Mick took care of me and was professional and helpful the entire time. He was up front and honest about some light hail damage and also promised to fix a tire pressure light that wouldnt seem to go away. I purchased the vehicle and was honestly wondering if I made a poor decision by not having them fix the light right then and there but Mick stood by his word and had me come back a few weeks later once they had the right part. Hooked me up with a brand new Tucson to drive around for a couple days while they looked into the issue on my car. Its been over a month now and the car is running great.
