Rude very poor customer service my pharmacy in brooklawn shut down my records were sent to CVS from brooklawn my PERSCRIPTIONs which required refills that were filled consistently all of the sudden cvs tec said my med isnt covered one after another but yet I have had my meds thyroid etc. Refilled no problem for years all of the sudden they cannot be refilled discrimination lack of doing their work I would of gave them not 1 star I have to take thyroid meds for life this CVS held me up for weeks no call no decency tolet a customer knw or help good caring pharmacists wouldnt do this

After going to another CVS for over 20 years, I finally made the switch to Gloucester. Pleasant employees, pleasant pharmacy, and my electronic prescript was ready as I walked in the door from my Doctors office (17 minutes)! I really wish I had switched years ago!3/16/20 Edit: After switching to this CVS branch more than a year ago, I’m still very, very pleased with the decision I made. Scripts are filled quickly, personnel are helpful and friendly! Communication is outstanding!!

I’ve been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days now to get a prescription refilled and I’ve been on hold for 20 to 30 minutes each time. I go in to take my prescription elsewhere and they are just leaning against the counter checking their phones.

Picked up a script

Its really a hit or miss here, a few of the team members are bubbly and extremely friendly where a few others are gloom and dont seem to care ... the inside of the store is usually well kept (I wish I could say the same for the outside, they could use a quick hose down), products tend to be well stocked but pricing has been an issue quite a few times. A sale tag was missed or the section was undergoing a change and the tag wasnt changed ... I had a few occasions where the cashier essentially said (with an attitude) take it or leave it!? Overall Id reccomend ...

If I could give zero stars I would. While my mother was at the location this morning someone in the pharmacy dept was discussing the issue of them going back where they came from because they dont speak f***ing English. My mother and I are beyond appalled and you could not pay me to go there again.

Always given friendly service. Managers pretty nice too.

Again im here before 8am so i waited till 8.02 cause last time i got THAT look so does not matter - today the same - door its still closed, me and other guy waiting, she opened late again, there is nothing on the shelfs in first aid section and the last - i got printed HALF of the receipt because well it printed like this, just will drive to walgreens next time

Customer service could be a little better in the pharmacy ack like they’re too busy to wait on customers at the counter..smh

Rudest manager Ive ever met (his name is Lenny). For a community CVS, he does very little to actually engage with community members. Hes a sad, sad person.
