Today we visited the Sherman qWilliams paint store in glendora, Andy helped us in choosing our various paints, we were very impressed with his knowledge and his customer service, highly recommend working with Andy, in the future we will visit the store again, also theyre having a current sale which we took advantage of. Nice selection of coatings for different substrates. Plenty of accessories to get your project done. The last few years tho theyve changed their attitude towards painting contractors. Not good. See me at Dunn-Edwards

Outstanding customer service at this location. The older gentleman that is in the store during the week is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I wentvto the SW in San Dimas and the person that was there was unhelpful, unprofessional, and could care less that I had questions.

Lazy...didnt want to do a color match...said they couldnt guarantee it would match. I said that I understand, just do your best...nope. didnt want a miss-tint. Took it to industry store and got a perfect match. Wont ever go back to glendora again.

EDIT: Since my review Sherwin Williams contacted me right away and made the situation right. Considering the company did so theyve earned my business back.I scheduled an in home consultation with Jasmine and cancelled the day before (April 9) by phone with Manuel in the Glendora store because of a serious family situation that came up. He told me that when Jasmine came in the next day I would get my refund. I never received it and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. 2 months later I lost the dispute. The card company is asking for proof of cancellation, but I did it by phone and just have the phone record I called the store and my notes. The receipt shows it was for a consultation, but I lost and they lost my business. I used to use your paint and always recommended Sherwin Williams. Never again will I recommend or use your services again. Horrible customer service. The guys behind the counter didnt seem to want to be bothered with my in-store inquiries to begin with.

They know the best paint to be used for whatever room you are painting. So many colors to choose from. Friendly customer service as well.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Although the paint prices are higher, the paint quality I found to be better than Home Depot. The staff was clear and professional in their recommendations. Offers all kinds of paint related supplies one can imagine.
