This store along with the store on Azusa both say that the panel saw is out of order....really..... Its a saw.... you are Home Depot.Two stores next to each other are out of order or rather-out of customer service. This is ridiculous. As i am writing this Ive been in the lumber section for 20 min...pulling my plywood, taking it back to the saw. Not one person has asked me if I needed help. Lots of stares, but no words. At least put a sign by the lumber so customers dont waste thier time pulling stock!----follow up---_I hunted someone down & he explained that the fuse went out....um I wonder where you can get on of those... Unbelievable!
This is a well kept Home Depot. Have been coming here for years and its always clean with a very helpful staff. Enjoy coming here for all my home improvement and many other needs for tools/parts.
Home Depot not is only a simple store, is a Virtual a in person School, the famous DIY I think was created for this company. And has more, if you need a contractor, you can request help for any project with pace in mind the full project has Insurance and guarantees. The best is dont worry to what store you go, in regular the Map is the same, it is very nice when you know what you try find and in what row you can finding by yourselfCheck the Keychain recognitions in the employees, with more, is MORE experience, best cust service and more compromise with you. I have been to this Home Depot several times over the years. I’m checking out and I see the cutest service pet ever. I go to take a picture of it and some chick that works here named Angela, was clearly having a bad day, not only did she pass me off to another co worker, but she has the nerve to yell at me and tell me I can’t take a picture of a service pet. I can understand not petting the animal, but wanting to take a picture is not illegal. Put up signs that say do not take pictures of pets if that’s the case. Do not ever make a customer feel uncomfortable like that again.
If you need to rent a truck, then this is the place to go. You only pay 150 and that’s it! They do not charge you for mileage. And if you keep the truck for less than 24 hours, you get some of your money back.The trucks are so nice. Backup camera, Bluetooth, Air conditioning, electric seats, and windows. The truck is super nice.Not to mention the salespeople.It’s extremely easy, you don’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. Just your license and I insurance card.Did I mention that you don’t pay for miles. Call them and ask for Marcus. The best truck rental hands down… I will always rent from Home Depot .
So hard to get help. Everybody seems to be hiding and in a rush to leave after answering one question. Somebody needs to be assigned and present/visible at each department to help customers. Everytime you need help, you need to go upfront and request for help and takes them awhile to come. What are they all doing at the back anyway? Arent they paid to assist on the floor? We are seniors and so hard to walk back and forth to request for help.
Do not order carpet here unless you are able to wait a month from purchase date to install. I would have gone to a in house flooring installer if I would have know it would have taken this long. Home Depot did not disclose the lead time when the carpet was ordered. I scheduled my measurement appointment with Home depot Glendora on 8/11 and the carpet was measured and paid for on 8/13. After the carpet was paid for I received no correspondence from Home depot or the 3rd party installer. I called home depot after a week and was notified the carpet will take 10 days to ship to the 3rd party installer before the Installation appointment can be made. On 8/25 I called Home Depot again and was redirected to the 3rd party installer. After contacting the installer the soonest they could install my carpet was on 8/15.
Good all around assortment of tools, home goods, plants and just about everything you need for the home. They always have some of the lowest prices and are competitive in quality.I love the garden center!
My father has spent countless dollars there over the years and today was met by an absolute rude associate. He was following procedure for a pick up or so he thought following the instructions per the email and she straight out told him he wasnt doing it right. He said Im following what the email says and then she just rudely asked him, do you have your order number? He was prepared because thats the kind of person he is. I honestly stopped going here when you wouldnt let me post an honest review on your site a year ago and now I go to Lowes or Ace hardware. Our family actually refers to you as Home Disappointment. Its crystal clear Ill stick with Lowes because you have no customer service skills. She literally said, youre doing it wrong never in my 12 years of customer service and 3 as a manager would I ever think thats okay to say.
Not too excited today. Went to buy vegies to grow at home. All the plants are healthy. However, CHECK THE LABELS BEFORE YOU BUY. Maybe customers move stuff around, but I was there early morning to buy squashes. Two squash varieties were not as posted and now, instead of four varieties, I have two. So disappointing. Ive never voiced this complaint before, but this is the third time its happened, so... buyer beware.

This Home Depot is always super busy, probably because its so close to the freeway. Its never a quick in and out and the employees are not happy to assist. At the paint station, they are usually annoyed youre bothering them for paint, but I do like that they give a paint can opener and pour spout with Behr paint purchases.
Great place for self service. If you need help good luck. One guy told me today Im already on overtime. Find someone else.

Good website with lots of info if you search for it. I like how you can shop by department and even the departments are broken down into smaller categories. Prices are fair with only the brands this place offers. Dont expect to find any local brand here. Customer service is not their strong suit. Returning items is good for those with a receipt. I dont care for the whole cashier situation they got going. Some machines only take cards and some only cash. Fix

Standard Home Depot. Been coming here for nearly 20 years sporadically. Definite pain getting here, parking is bad, seen worse, but not by much. Stay away summer weekends and holidays. Staff are fairly standard, will likely stop by in future if I need something. Parking, entrance, restrooms, aisles and counter are all accessible.

It was nice a men in the tool section ask if I needed help. He took the time to help me pick out the rt dill driver kit. I truly appreciated his help I should of gotten his name. Must of the time I have to ask for help but their in a rush & dont take the time to hear ur question of what u need they rush to answer u & sometimes ur just left standing there to figure out what u need.

Worst online order to curbside pickup experience ever. In fact, it was so bad that rehashing it to write this review is causing me to hyperventilate. I got to the store and checked in via the app. I waited about 10 min before I went in and was told my order was already picked up. I asked for the manager who finally realized it was put in a locker. Why would the app let me check in for curbside pickup when the merch is in a locker. Why would no idy get a message a customer was waiting for merch. HDs app is by far the worst app of a major company. Their email links dont open the app on Android 11 with an S21 not an S9. I will be looking in multiple directions before I am forced to use HD again. This wasnt my first bad experience with them. They havent figured out what every other huge company has...the internet.

We went to get a BBQ and noticed they were outside. We went inside to find out how we buy it and asked a guy who worked there. He definitely didnt seem to want to help and told us to ask someone else. We asked someone else who told us to take a pic of the barcode and bring it back inside to check out. Then the cashier called for assistance and a nice young lady and young man came to help us. They tried and tried but couldnt get it in my car so we ended up renting one of their trucks and it worked out great. I would have given 5 stars if it werent for the first employee who clearly didnt want to help us. It didnt appear that he was helping another customer.
Went out of our way to go to this location for the garden center had good luck there before. Unfortunately the vegetable plants were poorly taken care on the outside of the store so they were in bad condition and were not sellable. A lot of the trays were pushed off the rack to the ground and were ruined.Went inside to the garden center and didnt find the potting soil we wanted they were sold out. Asked a question about a large pot was told it was outside to the side of the store went to check it out, it wasnt there so we headed back and the female cashier at the garden center closed and locked the doors on us. We asked if we could get back in and she said it was her time to close up.Went back through the store tried to buy some other things but were unable to find the main items we went there for. The three employees we asked were unable to provide us with any information and appeared not to know much about the store.We left with nothing.

Bustling store but not too crowded. The Home Depot card does not give an additional 5% discount like Lowes, so I shop at Lowes more often than Home Depot.

Long behold there were none no coveralls at all so I went to this Home Depot thinking you know they must have some kind of coveralls maybe? Well they did they had the white coveralls $12 they did the job Home Depot came through with flying colors when I went in there I would look for the coveralls but then I asked and the customer service was just outstanding unbelievable thank you
This trip was amazing! I got inside and asked an employee in the self checkout area if they made keyes. Not only did have the right answer and quickly. He took me back to the key machine, made the keys and correctly directed me to the other item I had come in for. Ive worked in customer service for almost 35 yrs and rarely am I impressed or wowed by the customer service I receive. The employee that assisted me was a charming and friendly young man named Brian. Take a bow you did well and left a great impression for your employer! Well done!
I wasted a half an hour looking for one item that their app showed 310 in stock. They paged help twice and no one showed up. I stopped a random employee who tried to help me but wasnt from that area, building materials. He had no clue but went to find someone and promised to come back. That was another 20-minutes wasted. He never came back and I had to go to Lowes to get two pieces of corner bead, one of the most common items used in building. While I dont normally shop at Lowes it turned out to be faster to drive there and buy the two items I needed than the amount of time I wasted waiting for help.

I went into the garden area was looking around and i started to go to the inside when I saw 2 employees talking i said with a smile oh i am glad you are open I was hoping you would be! I then expected at least one of them to greet me and say how can I help you? they both just laughed and took off!!!! WOW & Arnt they getting paid 2 to 3 times what they normally get...!!!! yet they are basically not even doing any work not even friendly to customers. Getting paid NOT TO WORK!!!!

I remember 20 years ago when Home Depot workers were actually helpful. I took a broken piece of a fence and asked the lady if they still had. She responded, I dont know, they used to be back there, and walked away. I mentioned this to the cashier, paying for other items. She showed no reaction, like saying I am sorry . We have become a society without human courtesy! A society of bunch of f... morons.

I go here as a last resort. The customer service is lacking but who can blame the staff when they are paid poverty wages. Go elsewhere first!
I walked in went looking for the item I saw on the internet that I wanted to buy found a young woman worker in that general area and it was so great she helped me wonderfully put me right to where I needed to go with a smile standing in line they had all the registers open they were very intensive and very professional five stars all the way

Been waiting for 20 minutes in tools to get a drill bit unlocked. Talked to two different people and nothing. The guy that finally came after 25 minutes passed me twice yet they could not find him.
Very nice except for online purchases that have to be shipped. Not customer friendly and expensive. For that reason many times we buy from Amazon.

But I do get flooring goes with flooring and so forth and so on but the power tools should be all in one area so they could be compared. Ryobi has really stepped their game up it seems I really enjoy getting a new Ryobi power tool.

Home depot well youre short of it youre sure to help which I know youve cut back is that as far as your supplies theyre not there as we need it youre asking the truth youre getting its getting it its nice to go into a store but theyre not all set up the same its too bad theyre not cause some are old and some are new some of the summer new some have been changed to exis to expand what you want to sell but the things we need most of all are not there so I hope Is that sooner or later what should a problem be later than you get what we need back in and on the shelves so anyway thats all I have to say home depots change not for the Is better

Only 1 register open for cash transactions caused a 20 min delay. All self check out were setup for Card only... Just remember time is money.. saving labor on your customers time is not ok. This is not corporate policy and varies from store manager to store manager. Using covid as a excuse to bump your profit...

Robert and Juan are the team members to have ever worked at home Depot. There knowledge, professionalism, and kindness is above and beyond any other employee I have met and I have been to every home Depot in southern California, St Louis, Utah, Virginia and both the Carolinas. Juan should be in charge of Home Depots Paint Program and Robert should be in charge of Training and Leading every single cashier that works at home Depot to be just like him.
Im giving all businesses 5 stars. I see the people working diligently cause of the corona outbreak. The shelves are empty but were smart to display other products to help disinfect & sanitize. KudosUPDATE: They discriminate my friend (male) had a return & a female had a return after 8 pm which I understand thats the time c/s closes, but they told my friend they were closed but told the girl it was fine. My friend & her walked in at the same time....she had patio cushions like 6 of them & my friend had 1 package of weatherstrip....hmmmm
Not enough customer service, check out line is a joke. Instead of having people check you out, you do it yourself, but you need them when buying paint and other materials, self checkout is good for a few items. But it takes away from customer service. And alot of times, self checkout isnt working properly. More aggravating then anything.
The people are nice and helpful, and I ask a lot of questions.
And had exactly what I wanted and I was able to get out of there pretty reasonable time that made me happy

Simply too crowded on weekends - - same for 5:30 to 7:30pm on weekdays. And customers generally dont pay no mind to that 2020 issue that we collectively call social distancingToo impatient or to selfish to give another shopper the right of way in the often crowded isles. Costco is the Gold-standard when it comes to wide isles. Dont be too surprised if another customer (and occasionally a store employee) actually bumps into you - personal space has no more meaning in the Home Depots where I shop - weekends especially.

Sunday 12:30 dec 6 I was trying to rent a machine cement mixer and they require drivers license but mine was expired I told the guy from the tool rental department I have my appointment for renewal at the end of December because with the COVID 19 right now whoever got their license expired after March they get an extension and I told the guy that but he wanted paper proof that I have an extension by the way my license was expired in July 7th it was really sad experience for me instead of helping people during this time they are making the time worse I had all my credit cards and my debit cards up to date only my license was expired and he Didn’t rent me the machine really bad experience in this location Gardena never going back to Home Depot.
