I sit here partially crying as I write this because my left eyebrow is basically gone. Ive have had very nice brows for a long time and it has taken me YEARS to get them to where I like. I just went in for a reshaping today and realized once I got in the car that about 1/2 of the beginning of my left eyebrow is totally gone. It doesnt even match the right eyebrow 😭😭 It was so so so hard for me to even grow hair there at all and now its gone 😭 it may never grow back. Im so upset. I will never go to the brow bar again. This was supposed to be treat for myself and it was a total disaster!

Stopped in to return some thing. There was no line. I told the gal behind the cash register I have my receipt but it’s on my iPhone give me just a moment to pull it up. She was so inpatient she says what’s your phone number I’ll try to look it up that way I told her you don’t need to look it up that way I have a receipt.This particular Ulta has a lot of impatient people and a lot of snotty people behind the register. I’ve never experienced this in any other older and I’ve been to many and other states And other cities. All I can say is it must be the management that lets them talk to their customers this way. I’m going to clap back every time they talk to me like. You need to learn patience and manners.

Older short white lady with red short and spiky hair was so rude. Another associate at the store told me my pick up order was ready and its okay that I didnt get the pick up email yet. Came to curbside and she kept repeating that I needed the email to pick it up. Okay?? Like Im telling you another associate told me its okay to pick up my order - at least inform me that that is not right to do. She was legit not listening. No apology for any miscommunication either. Just rude and condescending. Youre better off going in and getting the items yourself. Its faster and less interaction with that vile woman. The rest of the associates are always nice when I go in store.

This Ulta is very clean and organized. It has a larger selection than some other ones Ive been to as well. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. I needed help finding something and the girl made sure she helped me find it! She had a smile on her face the whole time and seemed to genuinely care. 10/10 would shop here agian!

Great customer service. U can find many brands of make up here and hair and skin products.

They had what I needed, and I was able to use the coupon I had. I would have given a 5 star but they did not have anybody on the floor helping. Some of the sale signs were confusing so I took a picture & brought it to the front desk. The manager was very nice & gave me what the sign said. They just were under staffed maybe fo a busy Saturday.

I called before taking an Uber here to make sure there was going to be someone who could do my lashes, I get there 10 minutes later and they told me no one was working, then I had to pay for an Uber back. Such a waste of money, for no reason. Customer service is lazy and will tell you whatever to not have to find out the real answer. And why was no one working while the place is open? What a mess. Will definitely not be back, when I could’ve been there every 2 weeks to do my lashes

Overall, the experience was pleasant except in the urban decay section, the representative of urban decay was extremely rude and condescending. I was not aware there were people designated to certain areas, so I asked about bare minerals because she was within that area and she was just rude about it all . I understand not being a bare minerals representative ;there’s is no need to be rude about the situation. Also, if you are representing a brand, even if you get asked a question about another brand, be courteous and ensure that you representative yourself and the brand as well as possible . I went in on Oct. 5th 2018 around 7 pm .

I love this ulta its my go too! All the sales reps are super nice yeah they push sales but sometimes what they say is really informative.

I’m so happy to share my experience at the Glendora Ulta. A very kind employee by the name of Samantha helped me color match my foundation and gave me some awesome tips. She explained the importance of hydrating the skin when using Urban Decay All Nighter foundation, since my skin tends to be a little dry in some areas. She also showed me how to add a little bronzer to certain areas of my face ( I’ve never used bronzer before). I really appreciate the time she spent helping me and how friendly and knowledgeable she was.

This Ulta has a salon. Clearance sale for end of season has some pretty good deals. Lots of product. They quit caring Neutragena, so extra star for them!!

Love coming here. They have everything I like. I love makeup!! Love Colourpop, Lancome, Tarte, Nyx, Anastasia, Nars . I love love coming to Ulta!!

I went in the store for a perfume that said that they had it there in the in West Covina store and didnt have it ! Very disappointing

If you want a beautiful hair cut and an incredible hair stylist you must go to the salon in Ulta and meet Ryan Loesby! Hes extremely talented!

The three stars are mainly for the size of store, they dont have newest products on the shelves, and sometimes a rude employee...Ive so far experienced three. One today while I was looking for a color of lipstick. I asked the sales associate she right away suggested a brand and color then turned around and walked away. I went up to her to tell her thats not exactly what Im looking for. If she had darts coming out of her face and eyes Id be dead. I thought to myself Bi+$h youre not a MAC employee! The store is a smaller store and can look like things are piled up making the isles narrow and b/c of this Ive passed up products or sets that Im looking for. Not only that there have been times when Ive asked about a particular item and was told they didnt carry it only to find it after I made it a point to go looking for it myself. There are two managers there that deserve 5 ⭐ One has pink hair-shes amazing! Super friendly, great customer service and has gone out of her way. The other sadly I dont know her name. All I know is that she has medium length brownish hair and provided the same awesome service. I shop at that location b/c its about a 10 minute drive from me. The larger stores are too out of the way... which is a bummer b/c those stores carry more lines. To be honest I am a Sephora girl but like to visit Ulta for limited edition sets that Sephora doesnt carry. Im sure every person is and will have a different experience. This is just my experience.

Great service, very knowledgeable of their products

I buy a lot of Clinique at this Ulta, but last time, the Clinique technician doing my daughters makeup seemed to be under the influence of something. Once we switched to a different technician, things got normal.

Good location, I love makeup and they have what I need. They also have nice sales and deals too, especially during the holidays.

I don’t know much about Ulta Beauty or makeup at all, but I do know that all of their stores are very clean and there are always helpful employees walking around willing to help people like me who don’t know anything about makeup.

I really did not get the help I was expecting when trying to get color matched. The girl was nice. But its mostly do it yourself. If you are looking for real cutomer service, then I suggest Sephora, or the big department store ie: Nordstroms, Macy*s.

I love to shop here, but the only thing I dont like is that they need to work on There customer service and need more experience on how to work with customers needs .treat all people the same wither old or young .

There are so many rude and unhelpful people in this store it’s actually unbelievable. I had $140 worth of products and still wanted to get more but no one would help me. The lady in clinic was insulting. The worker who was standing near the Smashbox area raised her hand to shhh me when I asked her for help. After dealing with no assistance and multiple rude staff I put my stuff on the checkout counter and left. I’m a platinum ulta member but I will never go to this store and I recommend you don’t ether.

Salespeople are always helpful. Even if theyre low on stock because I always seem to show up at the end of a sale or just before inventory, they take time to help me find what Im looking for or the next best thing.
