Came 3 days in a row for one prescription and they finally tell me on the third day that its not just out of stock, its been back-ordered.

I have been lots of cvs stores in California and other states, this is the WORST one. I have no idea why the staff is so rude and does not want to offer any help. It just make me feel i owe them lots of money and dont want to return.

I was in line trying to purchase items for a bed bound senior. The cashier was having difficulty finding the rewards account. The second checker yelled at the young man helping me”What’s going on over there”? She told him to stop helping me and to move on to the next customer. I will never enter that store again and shame on CVS for mistreating customers. Disgusted and very upset.

Went to fill a prescription 30 minutes before they closed and was told they couldnt do it because they had to fill the prescriptions of people picking up the next day. Ok but Im standing in front of you now. Why cant it be filled? Just came from an urgent care and needed it filled. Ridiculous they just didnt want to. Went to another cvs and they had no problem filling it with 10 minutes before closing. The staff here is just lazy. Your being paid to do a job so do it. Never will i return here. Complete lack of customer service

Pharmacy is closed at 6pm on the weekends. Store is open until 10pm daily.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is NEVER friendly. They are always rude and don’t explain anything. Pick up times are never when they say. They make you wait a very long time even if you call in your prescription. While waiting today, I heard 3 other customers with the same complaints and upset.

This store has the worst customer service!!! I received a text message that my medication was available. I drove over an hour after work to get here and am told I need a pre-authorization from my doctor. It’s after 5pm. The pharmacist was extremely nonchalant and said you’ll have to wait until Monday and just call your doctor to get an update. Now I have to go two days possibly three without my medication. They should’ve called me and said I needed a pre-authorization. I received a text message saying my medication was available at 12:34pm. Unbelievable!!!!

Not the most professional of staffs.When you call for medications, they either place you on hold for an hours or they hang up on you! Whoever these people are; cvs management, please fire them. I will go to another CVS branch. Thanks for nothing.

Stay away from Monica in the pharmacy department. Very rude! No customer service skills.

Wife had major surgery and CVS did not have the medication so they would have to order it. To make matters worse, their entire computer system was down nationwide for a day and a half. Those problems plus the ill-natured people behind the counter at the pharmacy finalizes the deal for us. We will never go back here again.
