Truthfully, I have not stepped foot in a Staples in years. I went to this location today looking to purchase a new computer chair. Everyone was super helpful, and they even honored an expired coupon I had! Granted it was only out by a day or so, but still. Friendly staff here, would recommend them for anyone looking to purchase equipment for that home office!

I bought a Voxx chair. The lever that holds the springy back in position is poorly made and therefore multiple times a day the back snaps forward smacking me in the back. It is loud and it scares me to death every time. It is so loud everyone in the office looks at me. It is embarrassing. I hate this chair so much. It is terribly made and not as comfortable as I thought it was when I tried it out at the store.Then I went to staples.com to leave a review and found that Staples literally filters their reviews of products. So Im now spending 15 minutes of my time to go to this location on Google where I bought the chair to let everyone know my experience with Staples was terrible. Frankly it has always been terrible. I cannot wait to see in the headlines that Staples is bankrupt and shutting down.To be honest I have bought a lot of chairs in the passed 20 years and all of them have broke AND all of them have been progressively worse and worse quality. Goodbye staples. Never again and no one else should either.

They had most items I went about. A little costly but the employees are excellent. Albert was on floor stocking and helping customers, while answering my random questions and showing items scattered throughout he also helped 3 others all without making anyone feel ignored. He is a wonderful asset and main reason I would return.

Staples (Glendora) has a great selection of office products, chairs, journals, equipment, furniture, cleaning supplies, self-service copying options and paper in a variety of weights and styles. If you subscribe to receive text messages you also receive bonus discounts, some of which are same day only. I would rate the store with five stars except for the fact that perpetually, the entrance to the store smells like wet gym socks.

Helped by 3 different associates and they were all wonderful. Even though they were closing 10 min after I got there they did not make me feel rushed. Also got $250 business cards. Great price for the quality.

I went there for three reasons. All were met. When a discount promotion was not accepted by register, the clerk put through manually. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and were friendly & helpful. Prices were competitive.

This place sucks. Went to use the self service printers and it froze on me which still had my credit card on file so I tell the lady what happened she goes no it wont charge you it will reset itself. Well it didnt and some printed 5 dollars worth of stuff on my card. Not a lot but the principal of the matter was I was misinformed. Dont come here for printing. Shopping is one thing but any print needs go else where.

Staples has a good selection of office items and I can find what I am looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and mostly know what they have and where it is located.

Dont go often but service is very good. I ended help and got assistance right away. Professional and friendly service.

Hours are not matching what they have on there glass window 8 pm to 8 pm but above because online has 8 pm to 9 pm

They could work on their customer service. Customers pass by employees and are ignored completely, but if the suspect of someone they dont give space to shop, theyre passing by you at all times.

I Called asking for the price of CDs today about 5 minutes ago. The guy said he wouldnt know and if he had to check it would be about a 10 minute hold. I simply asked for a price range, so that I could know how much to give my assistant. I asked him $10? $20? $50? $100? ... he answered with I couldnt tell you REALLY? NO initiative from this robot.

Nothing works. No Help. Employees standing around. But hey, well charge you extra!Can I do a half star? I rarely write reviews, even rarer do I write bad reviews; live by the sword as they say. Well, I came in there to print some documents, and nothing was working out front in their print center (3 machines - all out). This happens in tech consumer environments; its understandable. But what was strange was that after five minutes of me pacing through all attempts at other equipment and finally standing at the counter to ask for help, it took another customer to point out to the small handful of employees working in that zone that someone needed help. Hearing this other customer, an employee finally addressed me but did not approach me choosing to speak to me from about 8 to 10 feet away. Granted, at the moment, I was wearing sweat pants, so perhaps the reason I was apparently untouchable. She knowingly asked if the printer was circling. Which means she knew it was having problems. I replied, Yeah, its still thinking, loading. That one is out, that one is completely off, and this one is thinking forever. Is there any way that I can get my stuff printed from USB? She said, Yeah, we can do that, we have to charge you extra though. Me, Really? Her, yeah, see, we have all these online customers, and they are our priority. So we have to charge extra for people coming in. I looked around, realized that there several employees not doing anything at the moment, I then said thank you and left.Its not that the equipment didnt work. Its that employees were unhelpful and hid behind company policy. It looks like a pretty crappy priority policy when customers in front of you are being dismissed while employees are standing around.Not sure if Ill ever come back. And thats saying a lot, because there are surprisingly not many USB print spots around.

It was super quick what I needed to find and the cashier Janelle was a super cool Chic. I checked the clearance section and they had my favorite candy in bags for 50c 😍

Wont take phone orders for print jobs. Every other staples will. Apparently its a policy their supervisor has for them. And this was after denying that they have an email to send print jobs to and then admitted after I listed the email address... sounds like they are incapable of doing their job.

Crazy crazy shoppers for school, but the employees worked fast and remained calm!!

New Policy in the copying department is the worst for anyone needing to have same day service. They basically make you pay a rush charge of 30% if you need it without having to come back multiple times. Save yourself the headache and the money- just go to a mailbox store!

Each time I come to this place, no one offers help. Today someone approached and offered help, maybe because it was closing time and they were in a hurry to get rid of me. I asked and described but he seems to be with nothing up there and offered to shop online instead. They need to shut this place down, Id rather shop online at the Amazon site or go to Target or Walmart . Im sure they would have it there and even with a lower price and with smart people to help you. Im not coming back here anymore, I get frustrated everytime, no fail. Go to Office Depot instead, even if you dont get what you want, you leave with a smile coz their staff are so helpful and with smiles.

Im literally standing here waiting to check out. Already Ive been handed off from one rude cashier to another. Guy that showed me where I could find my print cartridge walked away before I could ask any questions. When I walked to the register they all said closed next register. When I stood behind the only person in line at the only register available (once I got to the front) the cashier told me to go to the register that had just been closed. Ok, now dude that showed me where to find my cartridge is checking me out. Still rude. Just rang me up, said his scripted thank you have a good day, and walked into an office with a locked door. Probably to hide from the customers that need help like me.

Horrible customer service I have ever experienced!!! Went in at 8:20am to get a project laminated for my sons class. I asked the girl if that was possible, and she replied that they were backed up with online priority orders that needed to be done by 9am, and if I wanted to leave the project, it would be done by 930am. I saw the machine right in front of me not being used or anyone working on any orders! I then asked if there was any way I could please get this done (since it only takes about 10 seconds or so to go through the laminating machine) because I was in a hurry and my childs assignment was due at 9am. I got no sympathy or any kind of apologies for the inconvenience only that I should visit another staples nearby if I wanted it done for me. I then proceeded to go to the checkout line and wanted to complain, but there was a line and no longer wanted to waste my time in that store. I did however find a local place nearby- PostNet in San Dimas, who were so awesome and quick to complete my order just in time! Will never return to that Staples in Glendora again!

I always find what I need. Im just sad that the store closer to where I live!

Good place to do work stuff

I had a business printing account at the Covina location on Arrow Hwy before they closed and moved everything to Glendora. I had cards on order and suddenly the store was gone. The gal that had helped me in Covina had moved to the Glendora store on Gladstone. She shows up at my store with my cards! Super service!That was awhile ago, but I never had written a review so since I just had another good experience I felt the time was right to leave a review.Today it was Kevin. Called in an order, and since my account was moved from another store, I wasnt sure if they would have all the necessary files and images for the printing job. Kevin was able to find the files and take some light changes over the phone, and I can pick up the items today!
