Cleanest walmart ever! Didnt think it was a walmart at all actually. Toys and clothes were neat and in order. My jaw dropped.

Out of stuff I needed and the checkout took twenty minutes because the lines went all the way down into the main aisle and there were only two checkstands open. Need better scheduling or more employees. Other than that it was just Walmart, not much interesting to say about it 😂

Ever feel depressed. Go into Walmart after seeing some of the people that go in there you suddenly feel better.

Seems a little crowded. Not enough space for isles. Over all clean and excellent service. Didnt like paying for plastic bags.

I went for an oil change. Entire experience was very good. Employees were friendly. They informed me as soon as car was ready. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend it.

This store is huge. It is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. If they dont have it here, the only option would be online. If youre going to stop by allow yourself at least an hour to get through the whole store. I dont live in the area of this store but one of my best friends does and I usually stop when Im in the area visiting her and her family.

This is a huge store. If you cant get it here the only other place would be online. Plan on spending over an hour no matter what your going in to get. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Had the best young man & young lady help me in the photo they help me get all my photos onto the disk and onto my computer

Im on a low-carb lifestyle and it is one of the few places that has a wide variety of not just diet but also says 0 sugar beverages as well as many snacks to help me make it through the week. They are now also offering keto bread which Mesa space amazing as so many Necessities in one place

As a delivery driver in covid days I am at the mercy of the people organizing and packaging the product I am to deliver. More often then not I am nervous that the order isnt correct. But on this day picking up at this particular Walmart for the first time...I was very relieved at the kindness and good nature of those who brought me my delivery. I did not get their names but they were awesome! Thanks to the young Hispanic Man and lady who made that one of my best pickup experiences (out of 2000) thanks 😊

We tried buy a shower chair for my brother who is handicap and the box was open we asked to check the box if everything was in box and the cashier was rude about it and said everything should be inside .. We asked to speak to the manager she was so busy talking to the other manger she didnt want speak to us yet we asked again because we are the Customers and keep in mind my brother is handicap!!!! She sends the other Manger to speak to us and walks a way . been going to this walmart few times and seen bad service most of the time... Lets not forget Customers service while at work thank you ....

I was a regular at this store having lived in this area for many years! We moved to Clovis (Central Valley) almost two years ago. So I am not sure if it’s the contrast of these two stores or what, but must say that this store is the best Walmart I have ever been to! Clean, well stocked, fresh produce, well organized, every row is fully stocked and yeah, I was wow’d by this place. Other stores should take notice!!! San Dimas gives Walmart a good rep!!! Fresno …. Send your peeps down south to get inspired!!

I started coming to San Dimas Walmart before it became a Supercenter, its very big nice lot of room to shop. All departments are well stocked. Grocery shopping was fun I was not here for groceries an I ended buying my groceries here.

If you grab wanna mmm. Yeaaah. Thus aint it bad people here all the time by that I mean angry people working here . 🤔hmm most like they hate it here too. Jk I love this store it brings the mom and pop shop down. Keep the poor, poor.

I love Walmart however its like loving a dysfunctional relative. Prices are lower than most everywhere else but watch out for poor quality and wrong pricing. I bought apples today which had a big 90 cents per pound sign (see photo), which rang up $1.97 per pound. Lines are long and social distancing is not practiced

I like this Walmart, its ok, but my only two complains is that when my toddler uses the restroom and washes his hands, real hot water comes out, this is terrible, you cant wash your hands with cold water. Also, the parking lot has been real messy with the shopping carts all over the place and trash.

This Walmart is horrible. They never honor prices. Item was listed for 50.00 on Walmart.com Item rang up for 94.00 and customer service says they dont honor they website price. Thats a new one. Same Upc # same color. Things like that make you go else where.

Always a good deal at Walmart. If they have what Im looking for they have it for a good price. Easy place to shop and get a deal for your money.

The cart guys work so hard to get those heavy carts back in the store!!! They are one of the most important people in the store. Customers just leave the carts all over the lot, not bringing them back to the cart collection isles, sometimes with trash from their cars. Major respect to those guys doing the dirty work. Especially with the temperatures rising! Be a little more patient when waiting for a cart, you dont realize what it takes to get them back in the store!!!

Not our usual store. We were in San Dimas and needed paint for the garage.Seems every Walmart has been set up pretty much the same way. This one was a little different; room in the aisles, more people, clean & well stocked. I enjoyed shopping there. Like the staff, too. Good experience.

This Walmart is quiet and pretty well stocked compared to other Walmart Supercenters Ive shopped at. Its easy to get what you need and go.

I absolutely hate Walmart, we will gladly go to TARGET and pay a little more for some items. Who doesnt like a clean and organized store with no ghetto people and cashiers to check you out. The self check out only has got to go.

This Walmart is typically the best stocked and cleanest store of the dozen or so Walmarts within a 30 mile radius. Staff is overall friendly and helpful.

Great WalMart to shop at. It wasnt as busy as most Walmarts Ive been to but maybe could be of the time of night I was there. Overall good experience, only negative was that some isle were blocked with pallets but like I said before it might have been because it was close to closing time and night shift was going to restock. Other than that would definitely shop there again if Im in the area.

I used curbside often here. The pickup is much smoother and better organized than pickup in other Walmarts in the area

I dont normally go to wal-mart but when I am in the area to get my car serviced I go to this one. They are clean, well stocked and the staff is friendly.

This place is always crowded. But it lives up to its name. It is a supercenter. There is something for everybody. Just dont expect service like you are shopping at Neiman-Marcus. Its a discount store. The service is by kids just out of high school. Shop accordingly.

I like Supercenters. A lot of things.go to the neighborhood Walmart if you want to try to save time

For the most part our favorite location. Check out poses a problem sometimes but checker on our last experience was super attentive and made the experience very pleasant. Wish I knew his name will update if I spot him again.

Although I favor this Wal-Mart over others, cashier lines just the worst as the lines go back into the Isles . Only faster way is self checkout. Even early 8am..1 cashier.. Friendly, but depending on who the cashier is, too much talking and talking while lines back up. Sorry but gotta be honest. This happened on a different day. Not today.

Found the employees friendly and willing to stop what they were doing when asked for help. Some of the items that were locked up seemed silly but was always able to find an employee to assist. Considering the high volume of ppl shopping store was not in bad shape.

Love thier prices, workers are usually in the isles, pharmacy is great in finding your insurance and lowest cost, always crowded.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to open the baby formula’s lock. It took 20 minutes last time. People who buy formula have baby, they are short on time already.

The Glendora Walmart has a well stocked grocery section which I like for its reasonable pricing.

This Walmart gets worse every time I go. The insta cart people are constantly blocking the aisle. The associates stocking the shelves never move or say sorry I am in your way. Checking out takes as long or longer than shopping as there is only 1 live person until the line is 8 people long. I would check myself out by you cant by beer in that lane.

Went there today and wanted a bottle of rum and went to locked cabinet and pressed red button and no one showed up, asked an employee that was near and got no help. I went to front checkout and asked gentlemen for help and he said he could not help me. I understand need for lock up but they need staff that can help so now I need to go to Costco

I rarely write reviews but I feel like I had to review this Walmart. On JUNE 23,2021 I went to this Walmart at about 10pm. As I was shopping I noticed an item that I needed was locked up so I pressed the red botton that alerts an employee to come assist the customer. I pressed the botton several times and not one employee came to help me. I decided to walk to an employee to assist me and he was bothered because he had his earphones on. He replied “can you ask my manager.” First how was I suppose to ask the manager if I don’t know who she or he is. I explained that I have been ringing for assistance for several minutes and he decided to walk to his manager and alert them of the assistance that was needed. A woman walked up to me I’m assuming she was the manager and opened up the cabinet that was locked for me to get the item I needed. As she was locking up the cabinet she said “don’t steal it because I’m suppose to walk you up to the front.” She let me take the item without walking me to the front but by her saying “don’t steal it” really bothers me. I felt like I was being judged or discriminated. A manager or employee is not suppose to tell their customer “don’t steal it.” Anyways I felt like I had to write this review because I feel like this location was being discriminating against me and judging based on my appearance. 😢

Twice, we went to pick up camping gear yesterday and today. (No Bags) We were humiliated at the door for what seemed like 10 min while the greeter studied our receipt like a bio chemist with a microscope. Worst part the door alarm went off several times when other customers grew tired of the wait and stormed around us to leave. Wow!! Should have recorded it! In fact well try 3 for 3 whilst recording live next time. ;-)

Why does there have to be such a variety? Picking a shampoo becomes such a task when there are three hundred and twelve to choose from.Yikes to the nth degree.

But I can and will tell you this: I think the parking lot covers more acreage than the the the the (My typing STUTTERS AT TTTTT-times) HUGE building housing this WALMART. And as i said before, I can’t tell you much about WALMART because most folk have been at one. But if YOU HAVEN’T, don’t you need SOMETHING ⁉️ Walmart might just have it.

I waited over 20 minutes for a clerk to come in unlock a case so I can get the product but nobody showed, had to go see the manager and told her how horrible the customer service is.

The check out lines were horrible!! 😠😤 long lines half way through the store. People were trying to cut in line there were only two cashiers u can hear them over the intercom asking for more cashiers. But no one was coming they needed help they needed more cashiers. Even the self check out was terrible the lights were on for help cause machines wont working properly & they had to wait for help. Some people were leaving Baskets behind & merchandise left all around even the parking was terrible. 😤😠😑😏

Walked in for a pick up. Found jeans on sale very inexpensive and got 2 pairs. Employees were nice and everyone was respectfully keeping their 6 feet

I pickup my orders from here because they can get it together timely even when they are busy. They usually have every thing I need and rarely give me any substitutions when I get a pick up order for myself. I honestly enjoy the workers because they are so nice and dont get enough recognition for the hardwork they do. Ill be back in a few days and continue to come as long as the staff remains 100 percent every time. Thank you all for you hard work I appreciate it and value your efforts you put into my orders.

Wonderful Walmart. True One Stop Shop. Customer service is outgoing as well; though I notice some employees just give directions based on foggy memory as opposed to searching it out. Mostly the men. Mostly the white men.

This is one of the best walmarts. The thing that bothers me about all walmarts, is that the items always have the wrong price. And when u tell the cashier thats not what the price says on the shelf they get upset. So now I take pictures. They still give me a hard time!

I dont like the grocery order and pick up system at all. Takes too long, and to get it when its convenient, I have to order well in advance or drive to another city. This time two cars that arrived behind me got served before I did, and I waited nearly 10 minutes for my order after I arrived and checked in. Target does MUCH better.
