The staff is very helpful. They review their diagnostic findings and offer suggestions to fix any problems. There are no high pressure up-sales of things you dont want or need immediately. Will definitely continue to take my truck there.

I had my tires rotated here and I noticed that one of my tires was losing air. So I asked them to check that tire. They did the rotation and said they did not find a nail. The next day after school my tire is flat again. I go to a different place and there is a nail in the tire that I had them check. I called them and the person said that it may be coincidence that I ran over a nail on my way to school lol. I told that employee to have some common sense and the likelihood of that to be very low. Sometimes it’s better for a business to admit when they messed up instead of making excuses. I will not be taking my car back to this location or any jiffy lube location.

Engine light came on I stop at the shop, they told me it was a solenoid. I got it fixed drove off and less than 20 miles my engine popped on. I have never had a problem with my car so I decided to take it elsewhere.  The mechanic told me he is not sure they replaced the part, he also told me that they overcharged me on the labor. To get to the solenoid you had to remove 4 blots. In this time you chose  to stuff your pockets....Dont waste your time or money.  I have been going to them for four years. My three cars will never go there again....

Great customer service. Car died, needed an alternator. The looked it up called me back quickly with a great estimate. They also havent gotten annoyed by my phone calls due to the weird things about my old suv.Would recommend 100%

A little more expensive, but when compared to Wally worlds 2 hour wait in that town, and less than 30 minutes in and out at Jiffy Lube----time is money, and I didnt have 2 hours plus to squander.

The guys here were great...excellent service both with the car and myself above and beyond.... plus i got synthetic oil change that would normally cost 120 only cost 80 with coupon plus all my fluids topped off online the dealership 100 plus cost to top off each fluid...def recommended

Paid $94 for an oil change on Sunday, Tuesday morning found a oil leak in my driveway. Went to my regular mechanic, the oil pan cap has to be replaced. Use a reputable mechanic, do not use Jiffy Lube. Update have to replace the oil pan, as my mechanic let me know that the geniuses at Jiffy Lube over tighten the cap and stripped the threads on the pan. Please use a qualfied mechanic, my oil change has costed me over $650, becuase i wanted to save some time.

Jiffy Lube employees have been professional, informative, and high quality honest knowledgable people!!

Beware the bait & switch. Employee would not take the coupon upon arrival and said it would be handled after the oil change. The cashier said oh this is not valid on this oil. The coupon does not have any restrictions listed on it. The cashier was rude and would not accept the coupon even though it was valid

Went for oil change in preparation of road trip to Az.Manager (I dont remember name) informed that oil level was good and oil was clean so I didnt need it changed.They were not busy at that time so it would have been to their advantage to go ahead with oil change to make a little money. I live in LaVerne but will drive the 5 or so miles for any oil changes in the future. Thanks guys.

Was first customer in. Told me it would be 30 minutes. Still waiting at hour mark. Only needed oil change and tire rotation. Very expensive for the service

I have been here twice now, once for an oil change and another time for a tire pressure check. Both times the mechanics here have been super nice and friendly. They met us at the car and asked what they could do for us before seeing to our needs almost immediately. I cant say enough good things about their customer service. Being a girl who knows hardly anything about her car and has been walked over and overcharged for car services countless numbers of time - THANK YOU!
