My Pontiac Vibe needed new tires, so I went online to compare tires and prices. Luckily, the tire shop with the best price on the tires I was looking for, was the American Tire Depot a few blocks from my house. I made an appointment to have the tires installed the next day. I got to the shop and in less than an hour, they had completed the job. The salesman was very helpful and answered all my questions. Im very happy with the service and price.

Took my car in for an oil change and to have a slow leak repaired. They charged much more for the oil change that the Ford dealer does, and said that there was a nail in the tire and it couldnt be repaired. They said I needed four new tires anyway and tried to sell me a set. I immediately took the car to a tire store in Covina and they told me my tires were fine and fixed the leak for $20. Steer clear of this place!

If you are 20 miles in range of Glendora and you need tires or a tire repair come to American Tire Depot. My family was on the way to Los Angeles and found out that there was a nail in one of our tires. I went to two gas stations and two other tire places, but they wouldnt/ couldnt help me. When I entered ATD I was greeted by Kris and he was willing to look at the tire. He said that he could repair it and there was no charge for the service. Why would/ could he do this? Because he has great custome service skills and hes willing to help people with tire problems. My family and I are so greatfull to you for your professionalism. Thank you for just being you. Work on the car was done well and check-in/check-out was handled professionally. Not rating four or five stars due to the lack of a clean and simple waiting area. Grimy chairs spread throughout mountains of tires stored in the lobby. Had to move a dirty chair outside due to the smell of the hundreds of tires stored in the waiting area. Restroom had no faucet water pressure (literally only dripping from the faucet) and no paper towels. Seemingly no mask guidelines inside their lobby. Bought from this retailer due to great cost, ability to set an appointment online, and ability to pay after services rendered versus pay in advance for the tires. The overall experience is a let down due to the condition of the store while waiting.

Amazing experience from the moment I contacted them through Yelp, Adrian really did everything he could to help me out. Then when I got to the store the service took a little longer than expected, but the rep who checked me in told me in advance they were short stuff and that he wait was going to be a little longer than usual. The guys did an amazing job installing my new tires and the much needed wheel alignment on my truck that it feels like I have a new truck. Second time getting all four tires and alignment with American Tire Depot and will continue to bring my cars with them in the future.

I needed tires right away. I have big tires. No one has them for at least 4 days. Not only did they get me a set of really nice tires. But they drove to the warehouse and picked up 2 different types of tires to make sure which one I was happy with. And of course there tools to change out my tires just broke down when they brought my new set in. So instead of telling me sorry we cant do them today. They sent one mechanics to another shop to get them done for me!! Couldnt of asked for a better service. Very happy!

Very friendly and fast service, went in for an alignment and let them know I was hearing a weird rattling sound. The alignment was great, my car drives like new again and they informed me what the problem was (new axel I just replaced from a different shop is defective and needs to be replaced). My visit was absolutely amazing. In and out in 20 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I drove away with 4 new tires. I highly recommend everyone to make your appointment on line and be treated like royalty when you arrive, there was a sign with my name and arrival time placed in front of the stall reserved for me. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and guided into the stall and was told “We are all set for your tires to be installed.” The fastest and finest service I have ever received. kudos to this location for the service they provided. This place has very reasonable prices. I called somewhere else and they wanted $35/tire to install new valve stems. These guys did all 4 tires for $42. This is where I will go when its time to buy tires.

Great service! We walked in on a Saturday afternoon needing a new tire and was told to wait about 1 hour and a half which was very accommodating considering the fact we just walked in. After poor experience at American Tire, I came here by recommendation by my Uncle who just had a flat fixed here for free. They price matched the cost of tires but were still slightly more expensive due to their prices on mounting/balance and TPS rebuild BUT it was well worth it with their great customer service.Its not as if I purchase a lot of tires, but they do have my business and recommendation for life.

Eddie and team are GREAT! It took the a bit longer than estimated to transferred the tpms to the new tires. They found nails and bubbles on some of the tires. Alignment took a while too but Its because they found it to be way off. They took the time to explain all and fix all the issue with discounted price because they felt I had to wait for too long. Its not my first visit to this location but for them paying attention to details and took the time to explain, I will definitely return.

Re nee is great! Had a large tack in my front tire, and Re nee discovered my struts were worn out! Must have happened when I buttoned out in Fontana . Anyway, their mechanics are very knowledgeable and took good care of me. Not only best price on tires, but best price on repair work. I will not only be gettingmy tires from them, but will return for auto repair. Great Service!!

Called in around 9am today May 28, spoke to Dave... about fixing my one tire that was slashed... I was in need of all four tires and because of the awesome price as well as the amazing customer service Dave provided. Wasn’t expected to invest the amount I did but it was much needed with warranty and all I’m definitely satisfied. I was told by friends and family that the amount I ended up paying was totally worth it. Thank you again for the great job!

I am personally not real happy with the customer service when you call to make an appointment. I made my appointment by phone got to the shop and the manager didnt have me in the system, apparently there is a call center that sets the appointments and they were not very organized or knowledgable about locations. The Manager of the store in Glendora (Rene) felt my disappointment and did the service work quick for me, I appreciated his customer service he did a great job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: If you want great customer service SKIP THESE GUYS!! Unprofessional and they dont value your time. Wasted 2.5 hours to find out they ordered the wrong tires. DONT PAY FOR YOUR TIRES UP FRONT. IF YOU WANT A REFUND YOU HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS. YES THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE FOR 7 DAYS.My interaction with the Manager Rene did not start off the best. He said did not have access to my order/invoice in his computer and asked be to show proof I had paid for the tires. I went out to get my invoice out of the truck and showed it to him, he proceeded to tell me the paper I had was not they invoice and printed me another. (Not sure why he could not initially pull up my information). I then asked him to input my truck mileage on my invoice. He then proceeded to write it in and I said I wanted it recorded in the computer so I could easily track the miles. (The last time I bought tires here I did not notice till later they did not record the miles.) I insisted he input in into the computer and he said he did not know how.At that point I should have left but I decided not to be a pain and accept invoice with the written in mileage. By this time it is now 2:50 (My appointment was for 2:30) and he tells me I am next and my tires will be installed shortly. (his definition of shortly and mine are pretty different) I sat down and waited and watched while two other cars are being worked on. He proceeds to come out and chat with my while waiting. All the while his guys in the garage are working to install tires on the backlog of tires. He probably should have been helping his guys and trying to make it easier on them. At 3:15 they pull my truck into the bay. 3:30 rolls around and they start to take off my wheels and pull the valve stems. At about 3:50 Rene wanders out to tell me there is a problem with the tires I ordered. Somebody sent them the wrong tires. I am completely puzzled by this and ask why in the world would you not check the tire size of the tires you are going to install before you dismantle the tires off the the truck. (Better yet check before you customer with an appointment shows up). Rene then proceeds to tell me it is not his fault he did not check the tires prior to my wheels being pulled off my truck. Where I work the boss is ultimately responsible for things going wrong or right. Comes with the territory.4:00 by now I had enough and just wanted leave and get a refund. To his credit Rene did offer to go get tires for me in Rancho Cucamonga (I was less than interested in him taking another 3 hours to retrieve and install tires). He also offered me a free alignment and a couple of oil changes. (Thanks but no Thanks, if you cannot even verify a tire size before working on a vehicle, do I trust you to do an alignment on my off-road truck???) not a chance in hades. I told him I just wanted a refund and he could keep his freebies. He then proceeded to hand me a document and told me my refund would be available in 7 days.AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT SCREWED UP AND THEN YOU WANT TO HOLD MY MONEY FOR 7 DAYS??? WHAT!!!I then told Rene that this was completely unacceptable the I wanted a refund now. He then called his district manager and said it would take 3-5 days. I told Rene I wanted to talk to his district manager directly. He said he gave his District Manager my number and he would call me to discuss. Well as you can imagine if the Store Manager is not trained well that comes from the District Manger (Ever Cruz). He had the nerve to make me wait another 1/2 hour before calling me back. In the the mean time while waiting I called around and got his cell phone number (of course he did not answer after numerous calls.) After steaming for half hour he finally called to tell me my refund would be processed today. He did listen to my complaints and did tell me he was sorry on how all was handled.BUT.... THEY DID NOT PROCESS MY REFUND TODAY AS PROMISED. I CHECKED MY BANK SEVERAL TIMES.BOTTOM LINE... SKIP THESE GUYS, NEVER AGAIN!

Came here about two weeks ago for some tires. Reluctantly purchased some tires with them not being there. Manager F. Fuentes said he would have them in two hours. Two hours rolls by says he is not gonna have them so I tell him cancel and give me a refund. He then tells me its gonna take 4 to 6 weeks to get a refund which seems odd. So I tell him to email me a refund statement showing that I cancelled. Its a week later no email I call corporate and they had a refund for me within 2 days.Mr Fuentes never reported the refund. Shady dude on top of that if you have a lowered modified vehicle their mechanic said he cant do the alignment correctly go somewhere else.

Popped in this morning because my tire has seemingly been leaking for months. I finally decided to stop trying to fill it and get it fixed. They were able to get me right in and even patched the tire for no charge. Amazing right? No one does anything for free anymore! Everyone was super friendly and I felt taken care of. It only took a few minutes and i was headed to work. Thanks guys!

I like the service. They inform you of a problem that will affect the safety of the driver not just merely changing or replacing the tires but even other mechanical ssues associated with your wheels that needs to be address to your attention.

I got 4 brand new tires and although the job did take quite a bit of time, I was informed that this was due to a switching of shifts. As an Uber driver I have been going here on a regular basis for almost 2 years. The staff has been nothing but professional, honest, and efficient. I would recommend this store for any of your tire and car maintenance needs.

I towed my Jeep project there to have a coolant system flush, oil change, front and rear diff fluid changed and have an axle seal changed. The body was off the frame so it should have been an easy thing. $380Upon assembling my Jeep I found that there was no coolant in the system, not only that but after removing a hose to see how empty the system was there was dirty fluid with chunks in it. I took it back to be informed that they couldnt do a coolant flush unless it ran. They charged me for the flush and gave me the vehicle back knowing they couldnt do the work without informing me. So it got towed back for them to put fluid in.I continued to assemble my Jeep and was surprised to find still not enough coolant in the radiator. In addition to that the axle seal was leaking profusely. This Jeep hasnt driven under its own power yet and it was leaking and on top of that the fluid coming out was pitch black. I paid to have the fluid changed. So at this point I have two things that they said was done that wasnt and a catastrophic failure all before the Jeep has driven under its own power. They came and inspected it and I towed it back to their store.I get the Jeep back and am prepared to start it only to find still not enough coolant. I came to the conclusion they didnt understand how a thermostat worked. I put in half a gallon, waited 15 minutes for the fluid to pass the thermostat and ended up putting an entire gallon and a half in. Not only that but the axle was leaking again. I started the Jeep, attempted to drive it only to find that the lock on the hub on the axle that was fixed wasnt engaging because it wasnt reassembled properly. I took it back again. This is tow number three.This time the regional manager is there to inspect the vehicle when I pick it up. I walked in to witness a man screaming at the top of his lungs they put the wrong tires on his truck, foreshadowing. The Jeep was on the lift when I got there. When we walked over to look at the axle it was leaking... it hadnt even touched the ground and it was leaking. Nothing left to say at this point. The mechanic tried to say it was residue and wiped it away but fluid reappeared a minute later. On top of that, the lock still wouldnt function so the Jeep was undriveable. I had it towed to another shop.The other shop itemized why the leak occurred and found the hub lock was damaged in reassembly. I spent money on five tows, the actual seal repair I paid ATD to fix and had to replace the damaged lock. I easily paid four times what I paid American Tired Depot to fix the problems they caused and they are giving me the run around on giving me a refund for work they obviously didnt do. I didnt even ask for them to pay for the damage they did just to give me the money back for what they didnt do. Tired of the run around probably will sue for full damages at this point because they leave it up to assistant managers to apologize for lack of senior management response.Avoid this place like the plague. There are shops that are aware of what they can and cant do and will be honest about it.UPDATE: this company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
