I take my car to Toyota of Glendora because I am confident I will get great service. Whether it is a minor service like an oil change or my brakes, I know I am going to feel good about it. When Rick was here it was like bringing my car to family. Today I met Mike, he is great! Professional and he takes great care of the customer. They were busy on this Saturday morning and he still made time to give me superb service.

They took my car as a walk in for my car’s 10k service on a Saturday morning. I was told it would be about a three hour wait, but my car was ready in one hour. The service people are great and very friendly. When I went to the cashier to pick up my car, there were a few guys at the parts area without any masks and the cashier was not wearing a mask. The Los Angeles County Public Health department requires masks in all public indoor areas. The service guys were all wearing masks and they were outdoors.

Took in the car for a regular service. Staff is very friendly and offered advise, but were not pushy. Explained everything in details.They also offer free car wash. The only problem was that during the delivery I noticed that they had not washed it and had to remind them- that the reason for them losing a start else a 5 star rating.

The service center performed 15000 mi regular maintenance service. Michael, the service coordinator was thorough and quick explaining all the services to be performed. Did not wait long at the lounge, the service was performed quicker than expected.Would appreciate in the future however if car wash and interior vacuuming is performed.Keep up the good work guys.

2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. I had an appointment and arrived early. Obviously they overbooked customers and could not perform in a timely manner. No one updated me as to the delays until past the 2 hour mark and it was by text not personal contact. They recommended additional service without knowing if they even had the parts and a second with no explanation as to why. Plenty of service writers not enough mechanics to do the work. No communication between the two to provide timely efficient service. Not acceptable business model, poor customer service. Not what I have experienced in the past.

Went to Toyota of Glendora yesterday for regular maintenance on my car. Just wanted to shout out Phillip Thai for his amazing customer service. He put the time and effort to answer all the questions I had about the maintenance, helped me with my Lyft, and even walked me to my car to retrieve my house keys that I forgot. Ive been going back to this location for a while and this is absolutely the best experience Ive had as a customer thanks to Phillip

Had a fuel pump service campaign on our 2019 RAV4. Monica was awesome setting everything up and making sure the correct part was in before we brought the car in. Our Service advisor Brandon took care of everything else hassle free. Got the car back in the early afternoon, as promised! Definitely coming back here for service.

The entire process was smooth and seamless. After working in the automotive repair Industry for six years. I felt he was beyond knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything that was needed and why. I was delighted to see someone at his age so professional and determined to provide the service I expect from a dealership. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. I understand the service department was busy, sometimes you can anticipate that. That is not an excuse for bad attitudes, cutting people off as their speaking and after declining a car wash (after waiting patiently for 4.5 for a simple oil change) calling out on the radio “ the customer is in a bad mood, forget the car wash”. I will not be taking my vehicle back.

Total disappointment.I brought the car at 8:30 AM to the customer service asking to check the engine.Technicians diagnosed the engine rightly. I didn’t pursue with fixing the problems because the cost was higher than the value of my car.At 4:30 PM when I picked up the car, the engine was shaking inducing vibration in the body structure. In the morning I gave them a car running smoothly.I asked the technician Phillip to correct this issue. He gave me a long narrative that after checking the engine it is normal that trembling. I said I was a fool to come here to pay $150 for check and to receive a bad running engine. I told him I am his customer who doesn’t care what happened in Toyota shop. I need a correct diagnostic and the car in the same shape and function as it was. Finally because he didn’t solve my request I asked him to bring me to the manager. Service manager is not here he replied. Ok bring me to other supervisor. Finally asking other customer service I reach sales manager. After explaining the situation he apologized sending me to the service manager. I felt I am in an endless labyrinth or like a ball played by a bureaucracy which has no respect for its customers. I left the business location with a bitterness and a new low valuation about the prestige of Toyota Dealership.

Toyota Glendora serviced my vehicle and replaced a tire with non-repairable damage. Brandon Gomez made it very easy to get everything taken care of and over-all it was a pleasant experience! I will only be getting my car serviced at the Glendora Toyota from here on out.

Finally a dealership (Service Department) I can rely on. They answer their phone, greet you promptly and do their best to be pleasant and helpful. Special Shout out to David Millán, who is excellent at his job. If you need to service your car call and ask for him. He is honest and cares about the people . You got yourself a loyal customer.

Brought in my recently purchased 07 Scion TC for a check engine light issues. I had an appointment for 345 pm Friday and dropped it off at 315 after calling and confirming it was alright to do so. The service manager was professional and actually listened when I explained the situation. I received a call from them at around 5pm to let me know what they had found and then told me theyd have it ready for me first thing in the morning.First thing Saturday morning as soon as the service center was open I received a phone call from the same service manager letting me know that the car was going through their wash and would be ready for me immediately. Outstanding customer service and the affordable for being a dealership service center. Ill definitely be bringing my TC back here for continued service.

The service was ok but I will not be coming back for service. When I made my appointment they said it would be about 20 - 40 minutes. When I dropped off my vehicle they said it would be 2-3 hours. It was actually 1 hour which I could have waited for.And whenever I take my vehicles to get any kind of service I always make sure the mileage is reasonable because people like to use other people’s vehicles to get food which is totally unacceptable. I also leave little things to make sure the employees are not touching or taking things that do not belong to them.I am taking my car in to get serviced (Oil Change) not for you too see what I have in my compartments or be playing my radio or touching things that do not need to be touched.You might think that’s a bit excessive ya until something happens to you.I want to make sure the places I do business with are honest, dependable and respectful. This place didn’t pass the test.

Upon dropping off my car for a routine maintenance oil change and inspection, I mentioned to the service rep that my brakes were squeaking for over a month and it’s a brand new car. Instead of checking the brakes for dust, and possibly cleaning them, they just reported that the brakes were still at a 9 out of 10 and returned the car without doing anything other than the oil change, and told the rep to have me come back during the week. I Don’t understand why I would need to come back again when they could’ve checked it then? Seems really lazy.And it turns out my brakes started squeaking again as soon as I drove out of the dealership parking lot. :(
