Excellent service and kindness, the person that helped me was Manny he was super nice and helped me get fingerprinted. He also waited for me while I was getting a money order from frys and had everything already shipped out and ready for me when I got back. Super awesome experience all around. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to ship packages or looking to get fingerprinted!

Running errands is typically not a fun thing to do but the friendly staff here make shipping and printing quite enjoyable. Everytime I have gone in Ive been received well and the employees have been very helpful. Manny went the extra mile to help me print 50+ documents and make copies. I can easily say this is the best ups store I have used.

I needed to send some professional documents and decided to come to this location. I was met right away by Chloe. She provided me with my best options and was friendly and professional. The experience was quick and painless. She answered all of my questions and was precise with her answers. Also, the store was very clean and had some new screens up front to help verify the information; really cool.

Amazon returns are easy right? Scan a code give a box or what not. Watch out at this place. After being told by one employee we normally charge to send them an email the other tried to charge me anyways. Seriously never had an issue for years with returning anything thru UPS. Anyways the old lady had a major attitude and was just being an out right B. Hey a-hole you work in customer service. If you can’t be nice to people you don’t belong at this job. Stop talking under your breath we all hear you. I’ll go to another ups from now on. Amazon returns are free. You should stop overcharging people $2.10 for an email and just scan the damn barcode. All you did was print the paper and scan the code. I’m just saying, it could have been done on the phone. But I see you must have really needed that $2.10. #scam

Do NOT get fingerprints done here. They did not change the previous applicants # and my mom came back as someone else. She lost 5 hours of work, the owner will not call my mom back or refund her money. My mom is 84, come on idiots. My mom had to go to another UPS store, pay and get them redone.

Awful customer service. The pretty young woman and her brother who seemed to be the owners/managers were always so patient, professional and polite. Now, I try to go to any other ups in the area just to avoid this one.The elderly woman seems so flustered and irritated over having to scan ” too many” returns (despite the fact that the codes are always ready to scan). And the thin young girl with the long straight hair is also rude and acts like she can’t be bothered to ...do her job?Very poor customer service - I recommend the 51st Ave and Bell location for friendly competent customer service.

Excellent customer service by Manny.He took all my shipping products without packaging, Manny helped me providing right size box and packed all items quickly and provided the shipping label within few minutes. Recently visited this UPS Store to find it under new management, with a fresh new look and a pleasant, informative, and helpful staff. These guys know their stuff, and helped me print a presentation as well as find the most cost effective way to pack and ship the presentation along with a series of fragile promotional materials (all with a smile!). Its hard to find quality customer service these days, but this store is a rare gem. I highly recommend this UPS Store!

Brought my USB in to print one sheet of paper in black and white and they first told me it was 2.00 dollars because that’s the price of emailed files. I told her I brought my USB in and didn’t email so she changed it to one dollar. By the time I went to my car to grab change, she raised the price back to 2.00 dollars with the same story. I come here to print usually and pay less than one dollar for a sheet of paper in B&W. It’s the principle of the matter. Terrible customer service.

This UPS rocks! It’s very well kept and offers Livescan fingerprinting. The reason why this location stands out from the rest however is Manny. The moment I walked in he greeted me despite being preoccupied. He’s extremely knowledgeable and should be teaching a class in customer service!

Manny is AWESOME. Helped me start to finish with a smile.Came in for Bail Enforcement documents and this experience was 100% better from another store in Scottsdale.If I need something they can provide Ill come here again.

This is a great place to notarize especially documents that require to sent international. Staff is very friendly. Manny helped me to get the things quickly. Store location is also very convenient. And they do provide other additional services like passport photo etc.

They were super helpful! I was in a rush and had to walk miles in 100 degree weather to get a document notarized they got everything done so quickly and were so polite and seemed like genuinely happy people who also found fulfilment in their job. My nearby ups store was no help to me with my simple task. This store has great employees.

Went to this location to get my finger prints done for a background check. The staff here was very professional and worked with me while I was trying to keep ahold of a toddler. The store was very clean and the process went smoothly. I would recommend this location.

Exactly what should happen when going to a UPS. Thu April 4, 2019. around 5 PM. Person was courteous and prompt. Went out of her way to make it easy to print my label and get my parcel on its way. It was especially nice after the horrible attitude I got at a nearby location.

I can not speak to the management prior to the change in ownership but I will say that Lisa and her new crew are fantastic. They are very easy to work with and are very attentive to the all the customers that come in. Many times I am handed the mail out of my box before I get a change to get to the box which shows that they are paying attention to who is walking up to the front door and not just sitting in the back. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a post box, printing, keys cut, or all of the other services that they offer.

One of the women behind the counter was not wearing a mask. She was wearing a short, clear shield that came up from her chin and did not cover her mouth or nose. Not protective for customers or coworkers.

Two words to describe UPS Store #3780, incompetent and rude! I closed my PO Box after they kept messaging me for other peoples mail but not my own multiple times. Upon cancelling, the guy said they would call me if I got mail there to forward so I shouldnt do a forwarding address. Which was good because USPS will not forward mail from a UPS any way. Well my mail kept getting returned and I called to speak with them as to why. Leslie was rude and just kept repeating that he would have the owner call me before HANGING UP on me when his advice to setup a forwarding address didnt satisfy me because it was not even an option. This store is garbage!

I had a package delivered to this store by the United States Postal Service and this store, mysteriously the package grew legs and walked away. When I called the lady that works there to inquire about my package she hung up on me. So I immediately called her back. She is very rude! The package belonged to a United States Service member and someone within this facility stole the package. So, I am going to file a claim. Shippers beware of what you send to this store as they have no morals and they are very DISHONEST!

I used to go to this UPS before but I stopped due to bad customer service. Due to being in sucha rush and didn’t want to drive another 5 miles for another UPS. I came to this UPS on 59th and 101, my god I was amazed by the customer service I received. That’s all bcuz the owner has changed and Meet Kaur is absolutely fabulous. This place now is my go to place bcuz it’s one stop shop. It’s very true ppl that greet you and are concern about your needs will go above and beyond to make it happen, which Meet Kaur did for me today. I wanted some pictures printed on canvas and asked around lot of places but where to expensive but Meet Kaur took her time out of her busy schedule and found the best vendor with best prices. Thank you for being super amazing I will forever be your customer.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced Manager Sarah Dismore was very disrespectful and rude. Made me drive 20 miles and would not even give me the address to where to go so I could be helped. She does not deserve the title of store manager.
