I arrived right as they opened, the associate was quick to greet and friendly, he was able to direct me exactly where I needed to go for what I needed. He was knowledgeable about the products which is a plus. They have a large selection of supplements and were able to fill my needs.

They had what I wanted! Thats important!! I like to shop the clearance too! Staff are welcoming and are filled with recommendations and must tries. The store and shelves are clean. There almost always a sale going on, which tempts me to try new things. Plenty of parking.

Very good service the employee was very helpful in helping me find something to supplement the vitamins I was taking due to all stores being out.

Helpful staff, and a good selection of nutritional supplements. Only draw back is they carry pseudoscience products that are marketed as legit.

Very clean and easy to park at, this location is in the Arrowhead district with plenty of other places you may end up going. Vitamin Shoppe always has deals and availablity on the harder to find items I am looking for. Thanks VS!!!

To Nancy, I dont know what your problem is, but you need to calm down and get your attitude a break. It is unfortunate that anyone has to deal with your attitude when there is a neutral relationship.I went in there looking for a specific product. I was helped out by a very awesome lady. She was extremely helpful and got me what I needed. My bad experience was when her (Im guessing) supervisor spoke to her in a very direct attitude.When I inquired about a specific pre-workout I was directed by the awesome lady, and Nancy was very rude to bark out that they dont carry what Im looking for. I told her that Ive purchased it there before and she replied no you didnt, we have never had it to shut down any further questions from me.I felt very unwelcome by her presence and her remarks and even how she managed the awesome lady. No one deserves to be treated the way she treated anyone in the store.

The people here are friendly & helpful. Although I was disappointed that a product I purchased, used and was delighted with the results, they no longer carried. It was replaced with another product that in my opinion was not what I wanted, liked or will ever use again. It was a raw vitamin powder that tasted & smelled terrible, where the previous one had no taste or smell, just greater than expected results.

Thanks to Albert for restoring my faith in supplement stores. After a terrible experience at the GNC on 59th and T-bird, I swore I would never give them any of my business again. It all worked out for the best because I found my new spot. Thanks again Albert. (very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful) Man needs a raise!

They do not ..follow their own policy of free shipping. Went to district manager but got lukewarmsatisfaction. Dont plan on going back there!
