This location is clean and organized, it is one of the better looking location but I noticed that they seemed to missing variety in multiple items but you cant have everything right. As well unfortunately the minimum staff that I talked to were less then helpful and knowledgeable. That being said I will try this location again because it was well kept.

Excellent Safeway... clean, fresh, well-lit. Terrific selections and everything I wanted was in stock and plentiful. Great fresh flower area too!

I always choose Safeway. They carry the brands I prefer, I always know the layout and everything is in a convenient order in the store to shop from one end to the other. If I had to complain about anything, which isnt necessary; I wish they had covered parking for summer time. Putting cold or frozen items into a hot vehicle can and has caused issues for me in the past. Thats more of a wish than anything. Overall I will always choose Safeway as my primary store.

Made an order online and was given a “guaranteed” delivery window after “reserving” my time slot. 30 minutes after the window, I get a notification that they delivered my order. The order I paid for and paid for delivery. And NO delivery was made. I had to call the store and eventually get on a chat with “customer service” to find out they just didn’t do their job and they don’t care. Extremely poor customer service.

Awesome! Door staff helped me with the electric cart! Wow awesome girl! Then I searched 3 stores 2 Albertsons and another Safeway but this wonderful Safeway had just what I needed and out with my prized buy in no time!

I was very impressed by the manager Frank, he went out of his way to get our family a propane tank when there was none available in the area. I offered to pay him for it but he didn’t take it because he has honor! He said he would be reimbursed, I certainly hope he was paid back! He went beyond my expectations and even helped me find items 5 minutes before the store was closing, 5 star Frank, a true gentleman and dedicated Manager! Thank you so much Frank!!!

I had stopped in for some hot food at the deli. Very pleasant staff. Had great customer service at the self checkout. The person on staff helped with pricing questions that I had. Also, I had a clerk in one of the aisles help me locate an item. Quite a friendly group of people and knowledgeable of the store.

This is not my usual Safeway. I usually shop at the one on Happy Valley rd. I dread coming to this location. They never have enough cashiers. I really dislike this store.

Everyone is always helpful and pleasant. I wish you had more people working so shopping didnt take so long.

Very clean store great selection on meats. Even has some items that the other Safeways dont. Cashier was friendly and courteous.

Bad snow crab. Again! Heres a hint. If its got black spots all over and isnt bright red it isnt good.

My wife and I are consistently happy with the produce at our local Safeway. They have been extra friendly and attentive at every turn. We have pretty much quit shopping at Frys, which is actually a little closer to our home.

Costumer service is the worse, I when to the deli and there was no waiting, just the 2 ladys that work there, all they were doing was talking they ignore me, I waiting for like 10 minutes, just to order ham and cheese, and to ask if they had more soup they said they only make once a day and if they make more i have to wait about 45 minutes, after I go to pay at register #4 and a lady told me she was close, her light was on, so I said ok and left to another register, but there was a men behind me and she help him, I wonder why? Never come back to this location.

I dont often go to Safeways since its much further from my house than the rest of the grocery stores. I usually go to Frys its quite close to my residence. But I did stop and Safeways and man do they have some awesome bakery goods! Very very tasty! Seems like the store is very large and has a large selection of pretty much everything imaginable.

I was visiting family from Oregon and needed some items to cook for my daughter and her family. This is a great Safeway to shop at. Right off the Loop101. The store is laid out pretty good. Very clean shelves all stocked full. So I found all my necessitys real easy. When I move here in a few years. I will remember what a great store this is.

Stopped in to grab a breakfast burrito from the deli. Store was almost empty at 8 AM. I could not locate an employee in the deli. I waited long enough to see that the deli associates werent watching the counter and decided to leave your store without making a purchase.

Like going to this Safeway. Its clean and the staff are always helpful when needed. They currently are flowing all traffic thru one door. Hoping they change that soon and everyone goes back to using both doors.

CV19 wise this store is good. Not too many people, all wearing masks. Clearly laid out spacing and isle directions. Found lady with cart proceeding against the flow, when I kindly pointed it out she said sorry and reversed out with I think a smile (masked). Customers as well as staff aware of safety. Only down point: I wish they had a drive through to pick up medicines or at least a pharmacy outlet or something at the store front. Having to walk through the whole store to get your medications doesnt seem the safest thing to me.

Couldnt find this item at a competing store. I arrived at this door and three different associates took the time to help me find the item at the Safeway. Thank you very much for your effort.

Nice Safeway with some covered parking thats a nice touch. The quality of the products and store in itself felt better than the average Safeway, in my opinion.

I tried using a coupon here the day BEFORE it was valid. There was no date on it indicating when the sale began only a date indicating when the coupon was no longer valid so I asked if anything could be done to honor the coupon anyway. The cashier, Kyle, was very rude about it and dismissive. It was just a weird interaction that made me uncomfortable and that pretty much sums up every experience Ive had here.However on another note the produce section is actually very good, fresh and well stocked.

There are only a few stores that I go to but really dont want to. Walmart and here. Not sure the front desk staff has taken a customer service training course. I assume they are just warn down by all of the complaints they get every day. Check staff is awesome but it is clear the leadership is non-existent.

This is a good Safeway, always have what I need...though the prices are not ideal.

Its okay. The lines are Fast, friendly cashiers. When I stopped by I asked someone who look like the manager if you could show me where an item was, but he seemed like he was busy trying to fix a problem and as Im walking down the toilet paper aisle I see a couple of little boys hiding behind the stacks of toilet paper and no parents around.

Safeway is a hood place to go food shopping for the family. Always have a great deli and bakery selection that my family really enjoys. They also have a truly friendly staff that help with everything from pharmacy, to the deli or whether we are simply looking to get flowers or balloons for birthdays. I appreciate Safeway and go back weekly for many,many needs.

Fairly descent store. Prices are higher than at neighboring competitors so I dont shop here as often as I did when we first moved into the neighborhood. Their stock is pretty good on wines.

Store employees were very helpful to answer questions. Meat Dept would not slice or cut my shank ham. I understand cross contamination. But other stores will accommodate you.

Because Im a young beautiful latina woman I get glared looks. And get followed around the store to make sure im not a thief. Its been this way my whole life so im used to it. But this specific day, location was taken way out of hand. Every time i turned a corner there was a helpful employee there to ask if i was ok and if I needed anything. Lets just say ill never be returning to this location. Ever!!

Hell. How many grocery stores do you know that have a wine and beer bar in it? Theres a sushi restaurant, comfort food take out, fresh Boars head sandwich shop and the seafood department has 3 kinds of fresh poke tuna, (Hawaiian style is my favorite). And to top it all off they have some of the lowest price fuel around. Dont forget your Frys card to get discounts on groceries and fuel. Oh yeah double fuel points for shopping on Friday Saturday and Sunday. Need to use the app on the coupon for that.

Just went there for a 30 pack of beer. Poor selection for me and overpriced as far as Im concerned. But I was there and bought the best I could find that I would like.

If you come here, head back to their bakery where youll find delicious bagels which arent at dense as other bakeries. Their french bread and baguettes are also great. In the ice cream section, they have a nice selection of non-dairy ice cream made.

I have everything I need their. I can go grocery shopping and have star bucks..has adeli, bakery, pharmacy,sushi station,.small sandwich station, AWESOME POT PIES fresh made at the deli.. Small medical clinic right next to the.pharmacy..friendly staff clean organized great produce.. Love their safeway app saved alot money got a lot free stuff earned free stuff.

Safeway is a great store.

Customer service is pretty decent. Though recently have been having troubles with their app. The place is clean and is full of all your basic necessities. Definitely recommend stopping at the bakery to grab a cake or something.

Havent been to Safeway for a while. Prices are so high. Choices limited. Shelves of bread empty. Waited in the express line behind a customer that needed a discount but cashier wouldnt or couldnt give. It was in the paper. Give the guy his dollar.....

When we are paying top dollar for honey crisp apples I expect to have good quality produce I bought a bag of apples and so far 3 out of the 5 are bad. Im so excited to try the last 2 and see if I even get one good Apple for $12 When I shop at Safeway I do not want to feel like I am at the casino and now I have to make a trip back to return these absolutely unacceptable
