Wonderful Jewelry store. Very pleasant atmosphere with polite and friendly people. Isaac was very professional when I went in today to have a Japanese fresh water pearl choker appraised. The price was very reasonable and his appraisal very informative, especially since I did not know much about the choker except that the family of a Japanese foreign exchange student gave it to my mother back in the late 80s to early 90s.I can now have it insured too. I was shopping for an engagement ring for my now wife. I went to a bunch of the chain stores and got the same superficial treatment from everyone I encountered. At all of the bigger stores I was continually pressured and pushed toward things that just didnt feel right and were out of my budget range.I met Jayson at his family owned jewelry store. Instead of trying to push me into things I did not want, we immediately sat down and covered all of my Needs & Wants. His friendly approach and family environment was very welcome. I literally felt like I was talking to a family member instead of a salesperson.When we had narrowed down my needs, Jayson helped me go through several different styles and options.In the end I got a beautiful diamond in exactly the right setting. I was so pleased that I actually went back to purchase the wedding band from him as well.I have since referred two friends to him and they have identical satisfied stories.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to make an informed jewelry purchase and wants to be treated like family.

Fabulous craftsmanship! Jason was very professional and helped me redesign my wedding ring to include my anniversary ring stones and diamond earrings. He has an artistic eye and made a wax casting and set all my stones in a beautiful wedding band. I absolutely LOVE.

Both the mother & daughter were condescending, unprofessional, ignorant, & rude. HARD PASS on this place. To the lady who couldn’t figure out how to assemble OR use the diamond tester, telling someone they got “ripped off” when they didn’t ask your opinion is really not helpful. And to the old lady who laughed in my face, you’re rude & condescending & I also didn’t ask for your outdated 1950’s opinions.
