I worked with David Johnston, who helped me evaluate my options and ultimately craft a piece of jewelry that is stunning and even more than I could have envisioned.Ill also note that note only did I end up with a beautiful piece, but I was able to witness a community of employees who were accepting and engaging even when not working directly with me. I will definitely recommend Jared to friends and family and plan to return for future purchases!

We purchased our ring set in 2011, and had our cleanings throughout the years. When my wife lost her center stone, we took it in. We had no problems getting it replaced with the warranty. The staff was very helpful.

My husband surprised me by taking me to Jared on June 19th one day before our 10th wedding anniversary to purchase the wedding ring he promised me from the beginning. As of March 2021 Doug Ducey lifted the mask mandate. I had to bring my wedding ring in for inspection today 4/24/21 to keep the warranty up to date & the Arrowhead store are still requiring everyone to wear a mask.. I guess Jared is above the government?? Nope, sorry, wont be back.

Went ring shopping with my girlfriend to pick out an engagement ring for her. I genuinely apologize that I dont recall the gentlemans name who helped us, Ill look through our documents and edit it in here. But he was fantastic with showing us different styles, working with our budget, explaining everything (was my first time ring shopping). We found a gorgeous piece for my girlfriend (now fiancée) and also ended up picking out my band at the same time as well. I brought in my rings to be inspected, cleaned and iridium dipped. The experience was good given the fact with everything going on. Just be aware that to be cleaned and iridium dipped it will take a week before you get your jewelry back

$1000 RING LOST. After losing the first ring, we moved and it was against their policy to update the shipping address even though it had NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET. They could EASILY have updated it, but they refused to. It has been MONTHS since we ordered and we had to put our ENTIRE wedding on hold. We have not received any refund yet and most likely will not based on the absolute uselessness that is their customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE SORRY.

10 years ago my husband and I had our first experience with Jared The Galleria of Jewelry when we bought a diamond. I hadnt seen a diamond with as much fire as this diamond...at this time, the sales consultant listened to what we were looking for and had stones sent to the store for us to view. 10 years forward, I have purchased jewelry with Jared The Galleria of Jewelry in Glendale Arizona and Im so impressed with the sales staff. All of them are very knowledgeable and treat you like family. Their interest in their clients and follow through on items of interest is incredible. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking to make a big or small purchase. You will be treated like family!

Went into Jareds and was immediately helped by Diana. What a wonderful lady. I had a little less than $1000 to spend but she treated me like I had $1,000,000. She took her time with me and did not show me anything over my budget. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for and really had a great experience. I have spent WAY more money before, in this store, and was not treated this well. The selection of jewelry is great, and her customer service is top notch. I also recommend that you purchase a stuffed bear because the money goes to charity. I will now only deal with Diana and hope you do the same. Discrimination and xenophobia to large budget cutomers:My fiance stormed out. Leaving me to question. I came in for a ring with a flexible budget around $1500 just for my custom ring.This has happened only 2 times since I met my fiance 6 years ago where she was discriminated this bad.My fiance is Mexican and I am Scandinavian born. My wife should not be this upset. This Jared Jewelers went to the extent to make sure my fiance knew she was ignored while they were not busy and many sales reps not doing anything minus 1 busy with a consumer. Only one person out of this lot dared to help her. The crazy thing is she is just as human as me. I cant deal with xenophobia, they may have not discriminated me but I am a foreigner too. They cant have Mexican clients? They cant have me either.

I loved this place! They have a great variety of choices to look at! They were all very friendly and kind. They helped me pick out a beautiful engagement ring and it only took a day and a half to get the ring back after they set the dinond on the band. They even gave me 2 ring boxes, one for the engagement ring and one for the wedding band! The warranties are amazing! Only thing is they are tight on prices, can’t negotiate much, but I am overall very happy with the experience!

Horrible experience with this location and Tatum. I took an engagement ring in for resizing and adjustment of the head. They quoted me two weeks and stated repairs would only be done at one location. The ring was shuffled between stores over 4 times. The ring was presented to me in less than mint condition and each associate seemed to have a new excuse “it is just tool marks, the residue will come off after being soaked over night, it did not go through the QA process prior to pick up, the jeweler had a bad day”. Own the mistake off the bat as the customer knows their ring in and out. The associates were apologetic, but gave me no assurance that they were capable of rectifying the situation. James Allen, their sister store, is now faced with taking on repair and based on photos received- they state the entire ring will need to be replaced/reset due to damages inflicted by this location. I left with an apology and no further action from the store.

Our sales professionals were Albert and Diana. They helped us narrow down our options without trying to upsell us unnecessarily. Cheerful demeanor, very patient and hospitable. Great experience.And I LOVE my sparkler 1.5 carat in platinum setting. Thanks for working with us. Im a happy woman.

Right as I walked in there was a sales associate ready to assist me. I came in as it was time to have my wedding ring inspected. The sales associate was very helpful and completed the inspection really quickly. I also purchased a Pandora charm with the assistance of another associate who was extremely helpful! Thank you!

Blessings come in different ways. A few months ago the wife noticed the marquee diamond was missing from her wedding ring. Heartbroken she went back to Jared only to find out she that since she hadnt kept up on the regular inspections, their replacement policy was void. Store manager Kevin said they could send it in and get a replacement stone but he couldnt quote a price.After about an 8 week wait he called and said it was in. Karrie tried it on and almost started to tear up. After that she was told there would be NO CHARGE! And the Marquee was of a better quality than the original. Not bad for almost 17 years and being initially purchased in another state.They call themselves the Galleria of Diamonds but were thinking it should be the Galleria of Happy Wives. I had no problem with her hugging Kevin multiple times.

I would like to comment on one very special person (Sandra). She is a wonderful, caring lady. I enjoy going to Jared and having her help me she puts a smile on my face.

***EDIT***The GM called me and had a thoughtful conservation with me about my experience. I appreciate him taking the time out of his day to care about my experience. Since then we have returned to look for bands. My fiancé found his band but I am still looking. Barry was really great and personable! Liked working with him.I originally came in to get my ring cleaned. When I was greeted at the door, the woman took my ring immediately at the door. Normally they take it once I am near the counter and a microscope. I did not like the way it was handled, I dont like it being out of my sight. She questioned the value of my ring and then continued to look at it for flaws. I proceeded to tell her my diamond is flawless to which she giggled and then admitted to not finding any flaws. Then she says I have a loose stone so of course I pay to have it tightened because no one wants to lose a stone. The ring was supposed to be ready by Saturday at 5pm. I went in at 525pm to pick it up and it was not ready. I waited about 10 minutes and then the lady came back with my ring. It was horribly scratched on the inside of the band and I was shocked. I asked her about it and she scoffed at me and then took it over to the back area with the cleaning machine I assume. She brought it back and there were still scratches on the inside of the band and this time there was a black substance all over the inside. I slid the ring on my finger and had black all over it. I showed her the black stuff and the scratches and she scoffed again and then snatched my ring and handed it to another employee as if she didnt want to deal with me anymore. I have every right to expect good service from Jareds. I trust them with my very expensive ring that is obviously very meaningful and important to me. I expect to pick my ring up without hellacious scratches and filthy black stuff all over it. That is not asking much. You can do better Jareds.Giving 3 stars mainly because other times Ive been here, theyve been nice and helpful.

First impression: everyone was incredibly nice and wanted to help me. I felt welcomed. They did everything they could do help me and look for what I wanted. Not pushy and they were very happy with my decision.

The staff are personable and have knowledge of the inventory. When I told them what I had in mind they brought 2 or 3 items that fit the description. The employees I dealt with over the years remember me and remember what I purchased.

On our twice a year rings checkup/cleaning, Jared found 2 of 3 gems loose in my ring (not purchased at Jared), yet is 30 years old. My wifes Wedding Rings, (purchased at Jared), were in good shape. The adjustment on my ring, the cleaning/polishing are always top notch!

Beth is the best, when I walk on and shes there she sees me and asks for my rings and she checks them and cleans them while talking about whats new. I went to Jared to replace my pandora bracelet. I usually am a big fan of Jared but not this visit. The sales lady was very negative regarding my choice of bracelet. I was actually going to buy more items but decided to only get the bracelet and leave. I almost left without buying it but needed it. If I go back I will not use her due to her being so negative.

I cant say enough great things about Jareds staff here. The closest store to our home is 4 hours away so when we are near one we stop for our 6 month inspection and cleaning. They found an issue that required a repair. They said it might take a day to get it done. We explained our situation and that we were leaving in the morning. I’m giving two stars due to a certain employee at this location. I love Jared’s and have jewelry with Jared. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing visit when I wanted to know when and how much an appraisal would be for my father’s Rolex. The employee repeatedly said, “ We can find out if it’s authentic.” By definition, appraisal means to get an expert’s value on something. I felt because of my age and gender, I was being prejudged. Because of that one employee, I will not go to that location again. Very disappointed.

You might pay a little penny on the setting but what company will offer you a lifetime full trade in value for your old setting? When you buy with the largest name in Jewelry you buy into a company that will back you up for life!!!
