Picked out a great costume, was a big success at the Halloween party. The customer service was nice. Would definitely come back next year if I had another costume in mind for a party.

Even though I was a bit out of my comfort zone as Ive never had to rent a costume before coming here, they were extremely helpful with helping pick the perfrct costume to wear for my dads wedding at the Ren Faire. Everyone said it looked great and I was very pleased with it. The quality of the costumes where great as well and the prices seemed very fair. Thank you very much and if I ever need a costume rental again, Ill be back for sure!

Great costume store! However, a bit pricey.

It was about as nice as I recall from about 20 years ago. The staff member seemed to be a bit irritated by me and my foggy memory recall of the Rental Location from years ago, but my brain does go weird with the fibromyalgia. She then completely ignored me when another person came in whom she had an appointment with or was a regular. I tried to be patient and wait for a break in conversation and finally asked if I could email the location and was advised that they do not take orders for the things they sell. She had previously advised that I would have to just make a trip out there to see what was there as their website did not list all of the costumes they had available to rent, just a small sampling of them. I needed to come out and see what was there.Now, when I first arrived, I was not too worried about making any subsequent trips to the warehouse to peruse the racks, but after the continued time there and the basic attitude of the person waiting, or lack there of, I am not sure I will go back. She had a completely different attitude with the gentleman who came in after me and frankly, it offended me.I went to a shop down the street and hand an entirely different experience from the moment I walked into the door and will be recommending that shop to all of my COSPLAY friends and Labrynth friends who find themselves in need of a local place to Rent or Create a fabulous piece of art work for them.

Looks like a good rental place, but Im a build my own kind of guy.
