David the store manager took great care of us. We bought one of the balloon packages. They did not have the numbers we wanted in stock but he suggested some others. It looked great and Mom was happy with the 75th.

Dont go into Party City very often. Everything has been moved around. Was very clean and had more room to roam. The young girl working at the check out counter was very sweet, wish I could remember her name. I know it starts with an E. Will be back when I need party items again.

They have a great selection of balloons and are able to build different designs depending on what you need but it does get overly pricey. For decorations they really didnt have much. That was disappointing since we made the trip specifically for that. Better off just planning stuff out ahead of time and ordering what you need elsewhere.

You will have a fantastic experience here! I cant begin to describe how excellent my visit here was. Zane and Justin are the best!!! My son had some questions about a costume and Justin went above and beyond to assist my little one. In addition, once I approached the counter I was warmly greeted by Zane as the VIP treatment continued. They made the rest of our evening!!

Staff was awesome you kids that worked there went above and beyond. Dont remember the guys name but hes the baseball player whos waiting to select his college. You rock man and so did the manager on duty on 8 November around 10am. As well as a girl there who did ballet as a kid. They really tried to help when my daughter had a costume failure for her ice skating competition. They even called around to get what we needed. We werent able to drive that far to where they located the replacement due to the time she needed to be in ice. However their efforts were amazing. We were able to modify the costume on our own. An my daughter took home the first place medal for her event . Outstanding job and you all really care about customer service and your customers

I came to Party City last night and bought 14 balloons for $45 at 8 pm. I set them up last night when I got home and woke up at 4 am and they were all laying on the ground. So I paid $45 for all but 2 balloons to lay on the ground, I’m pretty disappointed as I was using this for decorating. Helium balloons should last longer than 8 hours. Balloons from the dollar tree would have lasted longer than this.However, staff was awesome and very friendly!! BUT I won’t ever come here again or recommend to anyone. 0/10 disappointed.

THEY DON’T FOLLOW COVID CITY GUIDELINES. Just spent 20 minutes looking for my sons birthday decorations and while picking out balloons 2 women were standing there without any face coverings. I ask the staff while we waited for our balloons if they have a mask policy and they said yes and laughed. No effort to even ask the girls to get a mask. Since this company has no consideration for myself or my family’s health in the middle of a pandemic I will not be giving them my business anymore. To Management it was 7:15pm 11/14/20 you can go watch your CCTV and see for yourself. 3,476 new C19 cases, 43 more deaths TODAY in Arizona and just wish everyone would do what they can to protect our community.

They were out of large birthday balloons. I went to literally choose10 different balloons - sorry we are out. This is party city. Finally I chose a balloon they had in stock. They stated next week we will have stock.

Was relieved to find out they were offering curbside pick up! With all of the closures taking place it was nice to see I would still be able to get a few things for my daughters birthday. There was an issue with an item I ordered and missed a call from the store. The call back went like this:Me: Hello missed a call from you guys regarding my online orderKid on the phone: Ugh, were a CORPORATION...*dead silence*Me: Excuse me?Kid: You want to speak to the owner, you cant - were a CORPORATIONMe: No, I said I am calling about my online orderKid: Oh... Not everything is up and the manager was kinda rude

Took my little girl out to shop for her dress and stopped at Wendys for lunch. She had a kids meal with nuggets, a frosty and fries and I had the spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado, went with a large meal that came with a large Diet Coke and large fries. The staff was really nice and the dinning room area was very clean. A good experience.

Anyway I had a question about something and asked and was basically told if I do not like it to get out. So I left and went elsewhere not gonna go back here anytime soon. Not this location anyway.

Needed a wig and beard for Halloween at work where I will be playing another ventriloquist and they had what I needed.

So many options. Paper dining products in every color of the rainbow. Kid party stuff in every theme imaginable. Special event supplies, costumes, holiday stuff, and helium balloons. Very helpful and friendly workers. A fun store.

Didnt find all I needed and was instructed to go to the website. Not too happy that they only had part of the party supplies, just a couple of key items

I went in to reserve a helium tank for June 23rd like we have done every year for 3 years. We fill about 40 balloons. They told me that there was a helium shortage and only hospitals get helium. However, they offered to fill my 40 balloons up for 99 cents if i brought my own balloons. They also mentioned that I could buy a tank for $40 each. I went to the dollar tree next door and they told me they hadnt heard about this shortage.

I love this location and they always have everything I need for my parties. Justin, the manager is absolutely amazing! He always takes really great care of me and offers exceptional customer service.

This place is always a delight around Halloween. That being said, my low rating of this place has everything to do with the rude people they employ. My wife and I have a small son and when we were in the checkout, we went to a register were an employee was, and she rudely told us I aint open and rolled her eyes and didnt hardly even look at us. She could have tried to guide us to another register. But instead said that. Her tone and general demeanor was mean.

The young people are welcoming and excited to help. They made a little girls birthday great with the advice and suggestions they offered. Thanks guys!

Fun place to choose party supplies

Had lots of stuff! I found somethings I have always wanted...and needed. However, I couldnt find any construction birthday stuff for my son. With so much amazing choices...why not construction stuff? I will be back in the future.

I was looking for old fart gifts and the selection was slim. I actually didnt find any old fart items but more decade jokes. I wanted something more general. But, I did love their selection of purple decorations.

Last time i was there, new trainee was standing in cashier and lot’s of people when it was more then ten people the other guy decide to come and help him. I think team work could be a bit better in between not only if they like or don’t each other. At least thats how it was .

Birthday shopping for our grandbaby

I was looking for 70th Birthday supplies for my moms birthday. They were very limited on 70 things, because it seemed like someone forgot to put the order in for supplies. Every other number they had plenty of. We had balloons aired up in the store but the guy was skimping on the helium...idk...they were kinda sad looking. He couldnt put more in cause they were closed. Id have to buy another bundle of balloons?No thanks! Good customer service when we were being rung up.

Awesome place, my child loves getting supplies for his birthday, and this is the perfect place to do it! Though, on the the holidays it gets really busy. The prices for a balloon is CRAZY, definitely not buying a holiday balloon from this place!

They have any and everything you could possibly need for a party, special occasion, holidays and more! Its pretty amazing the array of products they carry! But they are not cheap!

Gave them a lot of credit for trying to help a ton of customers who were anxious. The people behind the desk were doing a good job. Wish their coupons were more descriptive, a bit deceiving on the 10 off, but thats on me not reading fine print.

Store is pretty well laid out, and kept clean/tidy. The staff is friendly enough, and will usually offer assistance when you start to wonder around, looking lost.
