Bad service. I called beforehand to make sure they had I needed and was reassured they had in stock. I get there. They don’t have it. It’s not they didn’t have it in my size or in the specific color, they didn’t have at all.When I got to the counter, they pretended as if I didn’t exist. Then, when I finally got an employees attention, they were rude and inattentive.

What a fantastic experience! Greeted upon arrival by the staff and felt like I had a tailored experience here!The store is new and small but the prices are reasonable. Again, the staff are what made my experience worth visiting, otherwise I would’ve shopped online. So thanks again Nike employees for y’all’s help!

Bad service all around. Everyone there working is young and looking so bored. No a single hi or bye or thank you. I had to stare down the front to get a shoe I wanted. They have no idea who walks in and getting a bad reputation. Shout out to the blue eyes guy that tried helping me. Everyone else y’all need some work ethic.

Went back to school shopping for my son. After long day of work, He wanted the white Air Force one. Was inside the mall looking all over for them, someone had mentioned to go to the Nike store at the americana. We approach young lady we over heard her name was Lori. Very kind patient, friendly staff. She was telling us about the reward apps. Very educated best sale rep. Thank you 🙏👍❤️

Unfortunately my experience at this store was a huge let down. The first guy I encountered was friendly and helpful ( I left to compare) I came back and a different guy decided to help me, I sat decided because I requested the employee who first hlped me out and he replied “just tell me what you need!” They did not have my size and when I asked if he could order or call GROVE location, he huffed and puffed like I was bothering him. It escalated to more snarky remarks and I finally called him out on his attitude and how bad his service skills are. I drove cross town to grove and the experience was night and day. I won’t ever set foot at that Glendale location again, and by the looks of it, others have had the same experience . NIKE definitely needs to investigate and secret shopper is not a bad idea

Super rude lady working in this store! I walked in with my face covered with my jacket and apologized for not having an actual mask, this lady jumped off of the counter and started screaming at me asking me to leave right now! I started walking out and she was not satisfied, she was following me and she kept saying, I have to make sure you leave this store since you do not have a mask! she was absolutely disrespectful and she was acting discriminative! everyone in the store and outside walking were surprised! I hope the owner gets to read this and knows what kind of people are working there!

The shop is really nice and have really nice staff but very low on inventory specially when it comes to shoes. Very little variety is on display.

I bought very comfortable shoes that fit my feet well. It’s hard for me to find shoes I like and that are comfy because I use a wheelchair and not many shoes I like. I just wish this location had more stuff. It’s kind of small.

The customer service is always really good here, and the staff is very knowledgeable of their inventory

I like Nike and wear plenty, especially when I run. That said, I dont get the point of this store, which always seems almost comically understocked. Like, they hardly have any shoes for the size of the store and it doesnt seem like they carry exclusives. Also, the store employees are cartoonishly unhelpful. During a recent visit they had seven employees, five of them doing nothing, and three customers while people waited outside (covid customer capacity said 10 on the sign out front.) I just...dont get what the point of this store is.

Store is closed the only store in the Americana that is closed. Dont waste your gas dont waste your parking, its a tiny litte store sise of kids footlocker. Total waste of time! Daily emails come visit our new store. Ha closed.

When we came in we were not treated very warm and the staff was NOT very welcoming. The whole time my wife and daughter were in the store we were ignored and stared at by the staff as if we were on display. I’m not sure why this location is managed different then the Grove location and the factory store in Long Beach but we frequent those locations weekly and spend way to much lol but the customer service there is what I’ve come to expect when shopping at Nike Stores. We have come here 3 times and the service has always been lackluster.. I even had a close friend from NYC who is a certified sneaker head and he even said the service was horrible and that he should sell them some shoes from his collection. If management/corporate is reading this please send some secret shoppers here bc y’all lost business for sure.

I had a really good experience at the Nike store in Glendale I ordered some shoes from the Nike website which didnt fit so I went to the store and there were so great and courteous about returning it and I got a refund on the difference in a Nike gift card great customer service great people really clean store I can recommend it enough definitely check them out
