If I could I would give 0 stars, for 0 customers service, very rude employees and manager! REMEMBER if you don’t have receipt you can’t return gift item you can’t exchange, you can’t get store credit… they suggest for you to drive around to other locations to find exact item and then maybe they will exchange, next thing they going to ask you to notarize your receipt before you would get to the store. No one should go through this rudeness overload.

I would give you ZERO If could! You have such rude and unprofessional associates. This is my first time shopping from your store and its gonna be the last time. Shame on you and your workers.

Horrible, the manager Andy was extremely rude. He stopped talking to me when I wanted to talk to someone higher up and started running to the office, I had to follow him to get his royal attention. He refused to help me, told me he didnt have the time to deal with me, was rude, and refused to tell me his full name. When you have nothing to hide, you tell people who you they are talking to. He tried to hide his identity, now everyone knows Andy shouldnt get any promotions

Nice store, just a little on the pricier side. But, if you are looking for casual business wear, and are willing to spend a bit more, this is a great place to look.

Somewhat affordable pricing coupled with long lines/ wait times. If youre looking for something immediate or you cant find the item anymore then sure wait. If not, just order it... but not for in-store pickups. Duh!I just told you they have long lines and wait times.

Very slow and disorganized. Waited in one line to be sent to another for online orders. Getting help is either impossible or takes forever. Basically, it took an hour try on and return two items (that came in ikea/build your own condition). Staff doesnt give a single one.

I have been shopping today and the line was very long in women and babies section. I went to men section a the register was closed. There was no line. I asked the worker to help me with purchase and he said “ go to women’s and babies section “. I think this isn’t fair to make customers to wait a long line while you have nothing else to do.

Unbelievably long line. Just one cashier. Other employees walking around just staring at customers. Be ready to wait in line for at least 50 to 60 minutes. Store manager is not doing his/her job here. Avoid this Zara store if you can.

Cashiers take their sweet time, lines are incredibly long, at most 3 cashiers at a time. Clothes are sorted by color mostly. Didnt carry exact change so I had to pay with card.

Standing in line for 45 minutes just to buy an article of clothing is not an option. Either hire more people or change the management. Soviet Russia had shorter lines for bread.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... If i could give zero star, I would have. Their customer service is the worst. got a few gift items, unable to return, exchange or even get a store credit. Granted I didnt have a gift receipt, but once i obtained the actual receipt, they werent able to honor it. clothes are def not worth the hassle. Id go somewhere else with better customer service.

The lines are incredibly long! No organization at all. Men department registers empty and the associate never calls from the main register to assist clients but just closes.

This is the 3rd location Ive been to in 3 occasions and all 3 deserve the same easing ... negative stars. My first visit was during the pre-covid days and it was a nightmare. The subsequent times were post. The store was a chaotic disaster with clothes strewn everywhere. The only employees to be found were either behind the cash wrap or guarding entrance into the fitting rooms which still remain closed. How people find the arm loads of merchandise that they stand in a neverending line to purchase is unreal. Customer service is a lost art with this brand. It must be the cheap prices that keep those coming back because it certainly isnt the high quality materials or excellent service.

Please open fitting rooms. It’s extremely annoying that they are closed- I have to come multiple times to the store, as clothes look differently when you try them on. Therefore the lines are super long, because all the people are buying-returning buying-returning. It doesn’t make any sense. For the safe distancing you should be trying to have less people in the store, not closing the fitting rooms and causing more people come to the stores!

Don’t sell 400$ blazers if you’re gonna through it in a cheap paper bags for your customers

Clean and safe, best of all they enforce the no food and wear face covering stuff, so no excuse not to wear a mask while eating/drinking. It happened to me! Your gals embarrased me in front of others but its well deserved. Thumbs up!

(even with receipt). Dont shop there and Save your: $$$, your Time 🕘 your energy and mind.😥😰

The jeans here are awesome! They have variety in colors for the holidays and everyday. The coats are thick and perfect for winter. I love that they have a kids section as well. The mens section has a great selection too. You can shop for the entire family 😎

Zara always has nice casual looking clothes. The style of clothes are frequently changed so theres always something new to see. Unfortunately, most of the clothes are for people who are slim and fit. But maybe that can motivate you to get fit.

Love shopping at Zara. But lately when it’s time to pay or do return there’s only one single register where you can do returns even tho the rest of the registers at the men’s and kids sections are open they won’t accept returns in there, really think they could do better on that.

I couldn’t to return a few items for weeks Because of COVID-19. So I called Zara main customer service to find out which location is open, they said: Glendale is open until 7pm, nice! I jumped in to my car, drove 35 miles from Santa Clarita to see the mall has been re-closed for a week now but Zara will do curb pick up. I spent more than 50 mins trying to reach them with no result, I drove another 35 miles back home!Why call center is not Update about their locations?Why Glendale store never answer the phone?

Zara Clothing brand and this store was really amazing. Selections was massive and ha a great selections in every styles they have here. I love the store, clean, well organized and has a friendly staff.

Very rude staff. Also don’t bother going here unless you want to wait in a 40minute checkout line like I did. No apology, no compensation, nothing. The store director “directed” me to complain online rather than doing something to help. She also told me to just shop online to avoid problems like waiting in line in the future... I actually like to shop in person to support the employees and help them keep a job, but I will take her advice and just shop online at Zara from now on. Will not be going back again. Such a disappointing and an unpleasant experience. ALSO, they were not sanitizing their stations at all. Beware of that.

The customer service in this location is beyond bad. Be prepared to stand in line for 30-40 minutes to pay for your items (no joke), only to be met with serious attitude by the woman behind the register (every time). The entire store is also completely disorganized. All of the above is unfortunately what you run into no matter what time of day you shop at this location.I’ve given this Zara numerous attempts because of the convenient location, but after my last experience I will not be returning.

This is great place to shop with a good quality of womens and mens wear. he selection of clothing is probably the best quality out of many Zara’s I’ve been to!!! I love shopping here and there’s always great customer service. Thank you Zara for the amazing and stylish clothes and great customer service !

Jeanette (or Janet) is apparently the manager yet she has an attitude and is unhelpful. How can you even get to be a manager when you are clearly lacking the basic customer service skills? Disappointed to say the least.I work in management as well and this is not how I treat my customers...Zara is one of my favorite stores, but the Glendale management needs to brush up on basic customer service and change the negative attitude.As a side note, the other employees (who work on the floor) seem nice.

Hi, usually im not leaving negative review, but this place deserve for negative review, even they not deserve for 1 star. very rude employes! all of them from cashiers to their security. they store hours during Covid-19 is 11am to 7pm on saturday, i was there by 5:40 and their un polite and rude and unprofessional security said i can go in because they wants to close the store at 7pm !?!?!? i dont know why they dont allow people 1 hour 20 minutes before closing time to go in?!?!? and next they i finally was there and i dont know why all employees are extremely rude? im sure they are not working for free and getting paid, why they are so rude i dont know?!?!

Purchased an item last week for my child, and did not keep the receipt. The store would not even allow us to exchange the item for something else at current item value. Very unusual policy.

Styles galore. Eclectic and colorful. I love shopping here. Can be crazy when there is a sale but if you have time to explore, then come here. Euro design so expect different styles.

Miss the good old days when Zara used to be better quality, and more affordable, and even offered better fashion.This location can be a fight scene from the GOT during wknds and the Holidays. Youll find some whacky clothing no one wears and some fashion that you will never see anywhere.Basics are the best bet here.Kids clothing is overpriced as well.Most of the time, people are returning items they buy.

Slowest service ever. On Black Friday It was impossible to find anyone to find a necessary size. Moreover, I spend in line with 50 ppl for 1 hour and 20 min!

I tried to return some pants today for the second time. First time, I didn’t have the original receipt. This time, the manager tells me she needs the original card. I asked if the amount could just be put back onto the card. She said due to the “chip” we need the original card. Not true. The manager’s attitude is piss-poor. She berated her cashier. Get a new manager!

Absolutely incompetent and rude staff/managers. Just avoid it. If you have to purchase something just get it online or make multiple copies of your receipt... They are very hostile towards customers without proof of purchase... Customers come first... And customer experience is veryyyy important. Dear Zara policy makers.... Its time for some updates to your policy. I wanted to exchange my clothes for more expensive stuff... Meaning I was going to put more money in your bank... But your policy prevented that... Maybe its just me, but I think its a good thing for customers to buy more from your stores... Right? Maybe Im missing something.... Hope this helps someone and upper management.

TRY TO AVOID BUYING THINGS FROM THIS STORE Their employees uneducated and unaware roles of their store cost me 2 hours delay from my work. Because of their managers unpleasant customer service i white twice in there long lines and both times i was mislead from their managers. And when you are asking names they are telling that Zara not allowed them to give their names to the person who have complain. i hardly got one of their names - Ren. they do not have even supervisor with whom you can speak and leave your feedback because they do not care about their customers. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED from Zara and specially from this store. I would never buy anything Zara anymore.

Beautiful clothing store but they lack salespeople where its hard to track them down for different shoe sizes.

I dont usually leave negative reviews and dont get me wrong the prices were reasonable, the clothes were cute, the interior and the shop was overall nice. My only problem was that the employees were so rude. I was struggling to find the fitting room for about 10 minutes and none of then came to help me. I realized there were 3 fitting rooms and when I asked the employee where the fitting room was, she said over there and she didnt even stop to tell me or anything. She didnt give me eye contact and just walked by as she was telling me. Maybe they were really busy or thought I was stupid for not knowing the fitting room was right next to the register/cashier, but they could at least be more polite. There was nowhere to sit although thats not really something to blame them for, but it was overall not a really pleasant experience.

Clothes are great. BUT....this is why stores are closing from malls..PEOPLE HATE RUDE EMPLOYEES, AND ZARA IS NO DIFFERENT!If you lose your receipt,your treated like a criminal.I didnt even want my money...just Xchange.
