It was somewhat clean there werent too many places to be able to check out when I went into the dressing room you will see several pictures from the dressing rooms they were filthy they were dirty wasnt just the clothes being in there theyre garbage and dust on the ground I dont know I feel JCPenneys is really failed to be a quality store anymore Im very disappointed in JCPenneys lucky Im even giving them two stars and you know they might be short on staff hopefully it gets better and cleaner especially whats going around in this Society now!!!!I give it thumbs down

The checkout lady Cindy in the womens department was excellent. I have never had such a great experience before. Plenty of product with reasonable prices. Will return again.

Good prices, but better looking clothing earlier in the year.3 Stars only because the wait was quite long this shopping trip. There were 3 employees working inventory, and only one cashier with 7 total people in line.

I dont give many 5 star reviews but here it is.Ive used JC Penny Optical for a decade or more and each time has been the best experience, the kindest technicians and the Very BEST store Manager EVER, Shannon is the sweetest, kindest and most helpful, truthful lady I have ever met. Great customer service. I wanted to purchase a item that did not have a price tag. Haley at customer service took the initiative to offer to take my name and number placed the item on hold and offered to call me once she got a MGR to try and locate the correct price for the item. I called to check and she stated she would call me back before her end shift and she did. The persistence on trying and keeping her word was amazing. Talk about going over and beyond. Thanks Haley!

They used to have one of the largest mens clothing selection in the valley that was affordable now its about the same size as Walmart I guess Ill have to stick with buying my clothes online

With Covid-19, trying to find clothes can be difficult and irritating at times. But Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what to look for and what to get. Great service & a clean and organized store. 👌

Very sad, jc Penney used to be a great store shelves stocked full. Now they were empty. And they wonder why shoppers now shop online???? Hint fire you 7 figure big whigs and use the money saved to stock your shelves!

Havent shopped for a dress in over 5+ years but have a wedding to attend in the winter. I havent been to JC Penny in 8+ years. Best experience in shopping iv ever had. The floor associate was so helpful, she pointed out styles for my body shape, what colors looked good and what the wedding rules are. We had great conversation. She then helped me choose an entire outfit including a jean jacket, with only one trip to the dressing room. It was simply amazing. I get shoppers anxiety and she soothed out all the questions and kept me happy and cool. I left the store in bliss and that has rarely ever happens. Idk her name but heres a shout-out to the lady floors sales women with the super thick but beautiful accent that was able to help her customer feel so good.

Product selection for my daughter (4 year old) was good and found what we needed. What brought it down was the atmosphere, employees we encountered just not very friendly. Not sure if they dislike their job or just didn’t really care either way. Was kinda sad actually.

This particular visit has a gal that worked the customer service/ catalog desk that really needs to not work there or change her attitude. If she doesnt like her job, she should quit. Thank goodness A guy I think his name is Richard stepped in and took over.

Clothing selection gets it 3 stars. Costume jewelry area pitiful. Stuff on floor, little selection. Noone around.. Dont bother if thats what you want. Go elsewhere.

Jacqueline came to my rescue as I shopped unsuccessfully in the Lingerie Dept alone!! Sunita tried her best to assist.. however when Jacqueline overheard the conversation she began to assist me. Jacqueline searched & found numerous items for me to try until I was thoroughly satisfied!! An employee with Jacquelines expertise, knowledge, & Personality should most assuredly not be regulated to a resource position, with her knowledge & expertise...She should be a Prime JCP Dept Manager!!!! Kudos to you Jacqueline, without your expert help I would have surely left JCPENNEYS empty handed!!!

The mall ac is out and IF JCPenny has theirs on, it cant keep up. Six to seven employees with 2 open registers cant keep up either. Same as Saturday with big sales, but sales ended Sunday and couldnt exchange for same price on same items on Monday, just different sizes. Itll be a LONG time if at all before I shop there again. I used to shop there quite regularly. REALLY gone downhill!!

Good store for you needs on dresses or pants anything you need for home decor apparel

I suffered a panic attack while shopping. Several customer service ladies came to my rescue. They treated me with kindness and concern. Afterwards, I was able to function just enough to get home.I want to tha them for their response to my situation.

In the close out racks they place items that still have the regular price. I was told the items have a red sticker on the tag for close out. Through the racks you can see items without the red sticker.

I used to shop at Pennys often, especially for business attire. They always had a nice selection of suits, ties, and dress shirts. After moving a few miles farther away, I stopped going. Thats going to change. They still have a large selection of mens clothing, and after looking at Kohls for a suit, I found the perfect suit at Pennys. Their customer service has always been too notch, and I was not disappointed this time.

Always good choices a bit too high on prices but a good store to find great looking clothes or one a kind items. Am hoping one of the few stores still off line services great friendly employees!!

This is a great throwback to pre-Covid times. Walking into this department store makes me feel like it never happened. Its one of my favorite places to shop. If you havent paid them a visit recently you ought to, very friendly staff they got tons of things. Im buying all the back to school clothes for my kids right at the beginning of summer so I can avoid the long lines in the fall. 👊👍

The store tries to shut down before the closing time. They shut down all the fitting rooms 25 mins before close. The sales associates are rude and do not help you find what you need. The escalators are broken. Natalie the lady who cashed us out did not even acknowledge us or say hi even when I smiled and said hi. Bad overall experience! Will not be returning to this location. :(

Like all mall store these days, getting run down and dirty, product strewn all about. I bought a pair of tennis shoes in the box had sticky soda all over it. Regular prices are way too high sale prices are what are their prices should be

So Ive gone through a lot of JCPenney stores and I find this one to be my favorite its two stories of fun fun fun they have all my clothes in size has tons of jewelry which I love and I am a shoe freak and I bought several pairs very affordable and they are trendy in the style so I do love that kudos to JCPenneys Arrowhead youre rated number one in my book for the state

It was not a good shopping day. Only one fitting room opened with super long lines. Quite a trip back and forth to other end of store. Cashiers very limited so have up a left.

I came in and the store looked closed initially. I then saw a register and customers which was nice because I showed up a few nights ago and the store had closed. I was at JCP for a jewelry purchase for that special somebody and their were several people looking at jewelry and taking their time to ponder their purchases. I was a bit worried this was going to be an ordeal. Unbelievably the young man came and asked me if I needed help. I was stunned and quickly replied yes that I wanted to pick up an online order. After showing the clerk my phone with the order information he looked for my purchase and found it after looking for a few minutes. I signed for my purchase and was out of there in less than 10 minutes which is amazing all things considered. Well done JCP!😀

Not very crowded. But everyone wearing masks and some employees with gloves. The women in the. checkout area in the mens dept Was great. She was up beat told me about sales etc. Unfortunatly the way the signs read I didnt know items were on sale until I checked out. I would of definitely purchased a few more items had I known this. A very selection in the mens dept. The Bath and Bedding area was really picked over but they have been having big sales in that dept.

The Mens section is terrible. In my opinion it doesnt actually have a Mens section.Having said that, my wife enjoyed it.

The store was clean and organized. Personally, I would consider JCPENNEY a specialty store. Go there if you want a specific product that they carry or a outfit that everyone else is not wearing. They have beautiful bedding and clothing but I am a Thrift store shopper and would never be able to afford the prices there when I could pay a fraction of the price elsewhere. I shop online alot and can get equal quality products at much less plus they almost always deliver for free. I would say that JCPENNEY is a great place to go to feel good about getting quality merchandise and paying much less, elsewhere. Thats just me. Lori Sue

JC Penny Optical was awesome

I like this Jcpenney but when I went into this restroom yesterday it was terrible and I was so disappointed! It looked like they had not cleaned all day and I went around 6pm. All the ladies that had walk into the bathroom were disgusted. It was just really surprising to see.

Well stocked, got a new dress ! Some great styles. Needs more staff for customer service.

It is a great department store. I ordered what I needed on the website and went in to pick up my purchase. It was a quick, efficient exchange, and I got the best price available anywhere on what I bought.

This place had the sizes o needed especially for big and tall, although it gets a little busy but the line moved faster than expected!

Im leaving really upset right now. The woman asked if I had a JC penneys card to receive an extra 30% off. I told her I didnt and I asked if I applied if I could still get the 30% off and she said yes. She did not say I had to be approved. Sales people can be real slimy sometimes. Wont be returning to this JC Penneys, regardless of how close it is my house.
