Definitely not the same Hot Topic as it use to be. Besides that, it was easy to find things and easy to move around. However, there were 3 employees in the store and I stood in line for 15 min! One lady was helping the man in front of me, the entire time, and the other 2 were standing at the other register but not helping anyone, just talking.

I didnt win but I sure had a hell of a good time. The place is laid out beautifully on each side theres tables of the center bar. With all of your slot machines and they even have a high rollers area also. Im sure theres more but I didnt see it all.

I love this store! Hot Topic, Attic Salt and Spencers are the only reason I go to the mall (unless its Christmas time)! Hot Topic is my favorite of the three, and I cant see that changing any time soon or ever really! I recommend HT to everyone because thats the world I want to live in. Lol. Never go away Hot Topic! 😍😍😁😁

Hot Topic is still a great store for edgy looks. It has remained consistent since I was in my twenties through today when I took my teen daughter shopping. The sales staff at this location tried to be as helpful as possible without getting in the way. The staff were curtious, helpful and if anything a bit understaffed for the volume of people going through the store.

Workers here have disgusting attitude to be more specific the female workers which that’s all there is no male worker in site. This place has went down hill. Especially since change in manager. Also the girl that works at Spencer’s as well as here. Needs training in customer service. Always rude every time I come and has the pungent look on her face. Like if you ask her a question she will bite your head off. Corporate really needs to make change. I remember when hot topic was popping. When they had great t-shirts. When Jeffree Star was sponsored by Hot Topic. When they used to sell cd’s. Now hot topic has became conformers all anime and children stuff. Along with children workers that need more training in customer service.

Ok, some fun stuff. Always crowded. Not very well organized, stuff all over the place, small awkward aisles, hard to reach items, and where does the line actually start?!?

Not the best experience, it was so over crowded you could barley walk around the store. Unable to find the line to check out. We were unable to purchase anything. I believe they need to limit the number of people in the store at the same time. Also staff needs to be more noticeable and acknowledge customers, there was no help available.

The pandemic has done wonders for this store. I remember I could not breath while in a hot topic. The merchandise is spread out the way it should and they limit the number of people allowed in which is great.

Pretty cool stuff in there. I love the chokers they sell and the necklaces and headpieces.

This is a pretty amazing location. Hot topic is always great, but two things make this one special. Yhey do have a very wide selection and its almost hard not to find whatever you hoped to find. In addition the employees there are delightful. Theyre nice good people. I would highly recommend it. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the area for it is pretty small so it can get to be pretty tight in there.

They have the coolest gear for anime pop culture and shows. Its a little bit pricey but the clothing is good quality. The employees are super friendly and accessible you dont have to wait long to get someone to help.

Great store, out of the many times Ive shop there I have always been welcomed and the staff is friendly. There is only one incident where the cashier seemed less than friendly it was my last visit how unfortunate as I buy at this location often, my husband and me have a huge pop collection. I only ask that I continue to be treated in a pleasant way, I dont believe Ive ever been rude toward the staff so I was very surprise. We tend to shop within our community, both local business and small business are engaged in our community welfare such as voting in public election ect. I hope to continue doing business here and open to talk about this incident in person.Pros:Great hot topic environment, friendly staff, great merchandise, good reward program.Cons:Small store a little cramped

This is a nice Hot Topic. Whenever Ive gone in to this one, its been busy, but the staff is always happy to help, and you can find them easily, because theyre always cleaning the TONS if inventory they have on the shelves! I can always find what Im looking for (and some things Im not haha).

Its definitely one of my favorite locations. They always have a good variety and are always really friendly! Since the store is a little small it can get cluttered but otherwise its great!

Ive always loved coming here for the novelty items and a few of the shirts. Its just the merchandise and the friendly staff that come for again and again. If you are more into alternative goth, metal, or just love collectibles for fandoms or classic movies, this is the place.

Lots of products to choose from, mixed bag on pricing. Customer service was good. The store is so jam packed it is difficult to get around, its almost so compacted I would rather not shop here at all. If I were using a stroller or a wheelchair it would be impossible to manuver. This store clearly needs to restructure its fixtures.

Stopped in to pick up a gift for someone, spent about an hour afterwords shopping for a follow up when the giftees mother called me and let me know she already had what i bought. I went back to the store to return my purchase and you would think i was committing a hate crime with the level of response i received. Spiteful, disinterested, passive aggressive are just a few words i will use to describe the range of responses i was given by the, I will assume, supervisor. I took my money and left rather than buy something else from the store with the refund. I will never spend my money here again.

Honestly Hot Topic in my opinion is one the best jewelery and clothes store ever because I found something at Hot Topic for my girlfriend and she will love it.

This place has a little if everything you need if your are a goth, weeb or pop addict. They have a decent amount of pop culture items even if they no longer carry a CD collection.They do offer military discount and give dollar coupons to be used 4 days a month if you are luck enough to remember.

This hot topic is probably the tiniest, most cramped one in Arizona, I mean, they cant help it but dont try coming in here if youre claustrophobic, have a wheelchair, or a service animal. Most of the long term staff is nice, but if youre looking for a part time job go somewhere else. Youll get next to no hours and if you have a second job they will completely ignore your availability. I left because the manager had zero respect for me and my other job, and would schedule me late even though I had to take the bus which meant asking people for a lot of favors. (On a personal note I also missed one of my best friends 21st birthday because she scheduled me to close when I said I couldnt. That was the last birthday party he had before being in the hospital for a year with limited visits and inevitably dying. So thanks.)
