George was very nice, and we felt good about the deal when we bought a used Prius. But five weeks after we purchased the car (and about 200 miles driven), we learned that the catalytic converter was shot and needed to be replaced. We asked George to pay for a portion of the repair, but they refused. Perhaps this was just bad luck with timing, but it felt fishy to us, and it was pretty disappointing that we were stuck with a $2,500 repair that Valley Dealer Exchange refused to help with.Valley Dealer Exchange has only a limited 30-day warranty. The next time we buy a used car for more than $10,000 we will go somewhere that has a better warranty, or to a dealership.

I was very leary about going to a small dealership to buy a car. George Eddington made me a believer! We had the best experience we ever had at Valley Dealer Exchange. George was upfront about everything relating to the car he had listed on car gurus. He didnt play games with us, go back and talk to his manager, or attempt to sale us anything we didnt need. OUTSTANDING customer service. You are crazy to pass up a deal here and go to a magir dealership. And no, I didnt get a discount for posting this.

Honest Car Salesmen DO exist and you will find them here. Save yourself the hassle of back-and-forth negotiations. They are super relaxed and not at All pushy. Youll get a fair deal on a purchase and trade.Just yesterday my wife and I were able to take our 2005 Cadillac CTS and pick up a more family friendly Toyota Venza. Even though we were told by the owner himself that we would most likely get a better deal trying to sell the Cadillac ourselves, the offer he gave us was fair and on the higher end of what kbb had posted so we took it and drove home with the Venza. Our extended warranty was also at a great price and were given a very fair apr on our financing.If youre even THINKING of purchasing a car I would recommend checking out the lot periodically because Im sure youll find something you love at a very fair price.
