Let me just say that this place was amazing at a certain time. This place has slowly and painfully lost its touch. Still it is a great pastry place compared to all other mama papa pastry shops. I would deff go here all the time, anytime. They make great cakes and they don’t cut corners. The prices are very reasonable for the cake and amount of cake you get. Over all a great place to get your cake and pastry.

I thought it was a cafe. So, I went in to grab a coffee, chill, and catch up on things on my smart phone. But sadly, the Internet didn’t work. And when I asked for a password, they were not very helpful.

I love this place Ive been going there since I was a little kid I remember the little train that would ride alongside the edge of the ceiling... You can really feel the Armenian hospitality every time you come in everyone so welcome and very helpful! You can find almost everything here from any Armenian pastry to the most amazing Armenian food Hot and ready just a way to my grandma used to make it!

Love this place. Very clean. Nice staff. Great food. I generally go for the lamajoo (probably not spelled correctly) and boncheek (also probably not spelled correctly) and lunch combos (spelled correctly). Great stuff and dont forget the Armenian coffee!!! Woo hoo!!!!!

This place is incredible they bake everything fresh daily they have one of the kindest most delicious lavash entire Los Angeles in the pastries are great and they have a hard food section it’s a must visit spot

Exactly as if you were in a middle eastern version of what a French pastry shop would be like -- going there just to see this is worth it, and the pastries and breads are good. The quarternut cake with fruit for $30 is the star.

Prices went up and quality of the food went down. Before I used to get a plate for less than $10 now its $15. Pastries are okay-ish. Like if your in rush and in need for a quick stop its good but to take for a intimate gathering no. Besides its not worth the attitude youll recieve when you order.

I tried their cream puffs, eclairs and napoleon cake and all of them had this light tasty cream that made me wanting more of it. Napoleon was simply amazing crunchy tasty dough and divine custard cream. Their donuts and perashki were pretty tasty as well. Ive just finished them and really want some more. nice

I told myself it was the last time I went there. They have bad customer service and so expensive no quality.

The Food & Pastry is fabulous, the only problem with this place is you wont get too many smiles from staff. expect delicious food dont expect thank you or a smiles.

Decent european pastry,pastry and lunch spot. In my opinion its one of those places at the pastries look better than they taste, but the few cream items I had out of the case several Napoleons were just acceptable. The Armenian stale bread over look very good in fresh and the selections for lunch look tasty. Also Middle Eastern Armenian selections mostly. It has a few tables inside to sit in a few tables outside. The weather in Burbank Glendale is almost always perfect so it doesnt matter where you are. The interior of the place is gleaming White marble and the pastry cases will Dazzle you with appearance. Its worth another try to sample other stuff out of the pastry case maybe more exciting luck the second time.

The pastries are delicious. But the customer service is not the best... different culture here. Theres a small parking lot in the back with a security guard which is a plus. Dont bother with the coffee though.

Unbelievable cakes and pastries, cupcakes, mousse, cookies and pies and fresh baked breads. I ordered a cake and my friends said it was the best cake they ever had. Fresh and the service is quick even though they are busy.

Poor service in the dining room. Ladies that serve food there are very rude and all the time disgruntled about everything and everyone. Food is always over salted. On 11/16/2020 Ive bought rice with lentil. Rice was overcooked and felt like a glue rather than rice. Besides that rice was filled with a smelly substance instead of oil. I tried to return the product but they didnt want to give me a refund. After loud arguments and me trying to call the police they decided to give me a refund for a spoiled product.

This bakery only caters to Armenians. I met some friends here for some coffee and pastries. I was next in line because I wanted to order more to take home. The manager knowing I was next in line called the man behind me to help him first. Even when I told her I am next in line, she reluctantly rung me up, I shouldve just left but my friends are already settled in. I am taking my business elsewhere next time.

A favorite place of mine. The bakery is phenomenal. The hot food court side is good too.

Pastries look like theyve been sitting there for a month, not fresh at all save your money do not come here.

There fruit tarts are delicious and I was able to order ahead of time and just walk in to pick it up.

I would walk 20 minutes here 3-4 times a week in the morning because I loved their fresh made meat piroshki. I would usually get that and an additional dessert pastry for later.However, I went there last week and they had raised their prices on their piroshki by 50%! The main reason I would go all the way there was because it was quality product at a great price. I was really surprised they would hike their price that much out of nowhere. Paradise was part of my weekly routine but I likely wont be going there nearly as often now.Their pastries are really tasty but the increase in price does take away from the value.

Their Lavash bread is the best, hands down. Actually all of their breads are great. As to pastries they are good as well. If you are looking to sit down and eat, it has a clean area both indoors and outside. They also offer hot food.

The best Armenian pastry shop around. Worth driving from the west side.Very elaborate cakes range in price from $25 to $35. Wedding quality cakes for $65.Has traditional meat stuffed and potato stuffed pastry buns.Lots of inside and outside seating. Very clean restaurant and bakery.Its an experience to be had.

I used to get food from here for almost 3 years, but for last month the prices went up and the quality dropped down. Would like the management to do some changes to make the place better, not to make it worse than before.

A Clean good looking and tasty Armenian Food place you can visit any number of times. This place has wide variety of desserts and baked foods you will come again for its quality and its prices. I had something like a chicken pizza over here which was my favorite. there is a deli that serves more food varieties too.. Try to go here.

Great pastries, friendly staff, clean place, cozy seating area for coffee, inside and outside, and reasonable prices! Fresh Ponchik and pastries every morning. This is real Ponchik deep fried ones are piroshki.No mattee whats in it, could be meat, cream potatoe...prices are reasonable not too expensive. They have tasty pastries with cheese, feta cheese, meat, apples and everything in between in.. it melts in your mouth. Everything is freshly made everyday sitting in the counter by the cash register desk.

I bought a current scone. I ate the current scone. It was a yummy current scone. Id like to come back to try the pizzas. They looked delicious and overloaded with toppings. google is forcing me to add this review as a tip because its so short but what else can I say??

I dont remember if Ive ever gotten pastries at Paradise, but they certainly look wonderful. I always stop there to take advantage of the hot food, for delicious, quick, and great value meals.Ive never had anything but a great experience there.

The best bakery Shop in Glendale. I have been going there for years. All their goodies are always fresh. Took a friend there with me yesterday for the first time, he was amazed.

After Covid-19 theyve jacked up the prices on everything, specifically Deli foods. $12 per pound + tax for a SMALL bowl of Ikra (mash of eggplants and onions). Deli food is delicious but not by any means worth paying an arm and leg for such small amounts. The so-called fresh patisseries are often old and Un-fresh, and lack flavour besides sugar. Patisserie pieces are pricey. The only products we recommend here are Yerevan Ponchiks, and Yerevan Potato and Meat piroshkis. After years of being patrons, we take most our business to SFV neighborhoods bakeries.

They dont have fresh bread every day. the employees are rude. They have no idea what the customer service is. I entered to store and check the bread and they were not fresh. I went out of store and call them to ask if the breads are fresh. They lied to me. If you dont believe me, go to register and ask them if the breads are fresh( they will yell at you)

Too bad zero was bot available. They sold me old ajarski. Didnt even care to ask. I returned after 1 bite. No refund either. Didnt even ask for it. Total shame. Not suprised

This place is v e ry clean, and Not only they offer exquisite pastries but also delicious foods...great for lunch.

The people at the counter for the bakery are very rude, and not courteous at all! Also, there is no line system! I was waiting for my turn, and the lady started catering to the person way behind me!

Im a sucker for pastries, unfortunately for my waistline, this place is too good. Rows of sweet delicious goodies and treats. Its all so fresh. I binge on this place, I go a lot for a while, then I gotta lay off. So tasty, its addictive.

Heres what you need to do. You can go there for lots of amazing things they have there, but you should really go there and buy everything they have that is mixed with Nutella because omg its sooooo tasty. Theyve really got something special and its definitely worth a try. Also, they have plenty of parking in the back.

We have been going to Paradise bakery for over 20 yrs. They have delicious pastries, made to order cakes and other good foods. A must try when your in the valley.

I ordered a turkey here for Thanksgiving, and it was seasoned, good, they also sell good pastries, cake, tzaki, everything is excellent.

This place is amazing. The pastry shop has the most expansive display of fresh baked delectibles... your eyes will pop out of your head. Decent coffee too!

Their prices are a little high, but almost everything you order is on point and very good. Also when they remodeled it looks beautiful in there.

Wouldnt recommend! I was very happy with my first order but after that all of my orders were wrong and overpriced. Even though I ordered the same stuff every time I went there they charged me different prices and they came in all different sizes! Also their manager is very irresponsible about calling customers back to take care of an issue. I really wish they had better customer service!

Armenian pastries very fresh and very good quality, they have different Armenian bread too.If you like cup of tee or coffee you can stop here and have your drink with the finest pastries.

We have been using the Paradise Pastry products all along for many years, they have nice pastries and warm food to eat there or take out its just after they remodeled the shop the food is too close to Pastries and every pastry has a mixed flavor and taste of difrent foods there and its getting harder to recommend the place, SORRY!
