I approached Copy Central via email a couple months prior to placing an actual order since my team wanted to produce a zine but didnt have all the artwork or book design yet, but thankfully Eric was really patient with us and worked through all our questions no matter how big or small throughout the process. I really appreciated his thoroughness and must commend him for his responsiveness and professionalism. In the end, the books turned out great! We even ended up with some extra copies as a bonus. If you want quality and thoughtful customer service for printing out some art zines, Copy Central Glendale has my recommendation!

Eric & the team at Copy Central are incredible, I have worked with them for years and I am a very satisfied customer. Ive worked with Copy Central while working at different companies, and now with my own brand and Ive had nothing but amazing experiences with them throughout the years! They are very helpful and help me figure out exactly what I need for each project. Their turnaround is incredible -- I can place an order in the morning and pick it up by noon. Ive worked with Copy Central on several projects all of which have been a smooth process. Keep in mind that these guys get busy and can have multiple projects coming in. As a time management suggestion as well as insight to working with them, provide enough time for feedback and review on your project/product. Last minute turn arounds can be really stressful and youll be more happy with your project/product if you schedule printing appropriately. The guy at Copy Central was an absolute gem! He very graciously cut some sheets to A4 size for me. I was at the end of my rope looking for some for a printout to be sent to Europe. Outstanding service! Eric did an amazing job! His communication was phenomenal, and he completed our project perfectly. While we were initially quoted over $500 at Fedex, Eric was able to get our project done for less than $60! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I went here because I had just received my California Resale License, and I wanted to make a number of copies to be ready for current business. I found this store on Google Maps, and I was promptly greeted and shown the self service copy machines @6 cents a copy. Steven was very helpful and I was finished in less then fifteen minutes. These type of stores are getting much less common, and it was a pleasure to find one which had excellent functioning machines.

After receiving my vaccine for COVID-19, I came here to have my vaccination card laminated. The staff was prompt, professional, and friendly. Unlike the big chain stores, the staff here was more personable, which is almost a rarity these days. Should I need assistance with any upcoming projects, I’ll definitely keep Copy Central in mind.

We use Copy Central for all our print needs, small, large and important. They always provide the best quality. Not always the cheapest but, then, I want my materials to look great, so Im willing to pay for the quality I receive! Plus, I get good customer service.

Tl;dr I Went to the wrong store. Paid too much. Service was meh.So, my girlfriend got a bunch of cheap, nice business cards for handing out at comic-con and talked about how friendly everyone was. She designed me a card really quick and sent me on my way before they closed. Im a writer and we figured I could network a bit while enjoying the con.I walked in and it was an office full of blank-face well-dressed people with an employees only sign past the desk. Very claustrophobic. I hadnt any idea who actually worked there until I cautiously approached the desk and a gentleman got out of his seat to help me. He worked with me on expanding the borders so it would fit their standard size requirements. My girlfriend had sized it 3x2 so she could fit more on each page, but they said it was too difficult to work it out that way, which was weird because my girlfriend had said they were more than happy to work it out for her...Long story short, turns out I had gone down a street too far and was at the wrong place completely. My bad. I ended up paying twice as much as my girlfriend for printing my cards. Not only that, but the cut on some of the cards is uneven so the border on the bottom looks wonky. Overall, not very impressed by this place.

Excellent alternative to the usual major printing/copying business.

Did me a solid and helped me and my GF out with making a bunch of copies including removing coloration on some of the things we needed printed; will also get you the digital images.

Eric was incredible.

I went for a copy and they charge 2 dollars processing fee and 99 cent a page. A bit of a rip off.
