(the entire staff) was so helpful every step of the way.Its nice to be heard as a customer. Its nice to trust a professionals opinion. My windows and monument sign look great.They care about the quality of their work.. its refreshing!!The price?Fair and reasonable. Lisa and her team are worth every penny!Great company authentic customer service! I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, Lisa the owner is not only rude. She has no customer service skills. While expressing my thoughts about a job they cancelled. That she the owner did not call to explain. She actually told me she didnt care how the customer felt. Too bad for the employees. It was a great store years ago. Before Lisa bought the franchise. I cannot recommend this location at all.

I have known Deborah Campbell for years. She and her staff at FASTSIGNS offer an outstanding customer experience. I had been given a gift certificate for a canvas print and chose one of my favorite photos taken in a photography class. I was amazed at how great it looked on canvas. When we purchased a new bed, I knew I wanted a headboard that was uncommon. I took another photo to FASTSIGNS to see if they could blow it up for a huge canvas print. They made it happen! I now have a 4 x 6 canvas print hanging above my bed. Deb and company make great signs and tools needed for your business, but they also have the creativity to think out of the box and make your wishes come to life!

It was all about the service for me. I initiated the project with plenty of time to get it done for my event, but that doesnt mean I wanted the process to drag on forever. I was very pleased that the rep (Nadine) stayed on it (quick replies to email and phone) until we got all the details worked out. My involvement was spread over only a couple days, so I was able to get on with my work, knowing that my banners would be completed to my satisfaction.

I received truly excellent customer service at Fast Signs in Glendale. They printed a scientific research poster for me with same day turnaround and better quality job than any Ive had from an office print shop. Then, when I got stuck in traffic on the way to pick it up, they stayed open for an extra 10 minutes so that I could have it for the weekend! I will definitely be back.

Everyone at FastSigns was GREAT! They really went above and beyond to get our banner finished. They not only installed it in our retractable stand, they also made sure the pole for holding the banner was the correct height, and then swapped out the one I had with one that actually worked. Your work-product has always been stellar and as a seated Director of the Sonoran Mountain Ranch, you are highly respected. On the downside, the sticker shock is humbling. The same general product, a skin for my laptop under $30 online with a two-day turn round. I was initially quoted $90 + and it was reduced to $60+. That is nearly three times what I paid the first time I had you do a skin for me. I taught a class yesterday and when asked about my skin, I mentioned the online resource instead of your facility.

They did both an acrylic sign with our logo for Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, Inc. and a wall decal which emphasizes our mission. They really communicate what we are about. I have used FastSigns since 2000. Fisrt in Dublin CA and now in Glendale AZ on Bell Rd. I always have a deadline to meet and they are always on time with what I need. The quality is high. The banner they made in 2000 is still on our building. It was supose to be temporary but was so durable it is still there in 2016. That is quality and getting your moneys worth. Great people to work with, fantastic products.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. One of the female employees inside threw a fit, ranting and screaming about getting those people out of here in regards to a couple of kids playing games on their phone outside of their storefront. It got to the point where it seemed she was on the verge of violence. Will never recommend this business to anyone, and suggest you go somewhere else for your needs.
