Ive been patronizing this shop for years, primarily because I know I can expect fair prices on tires and service, and I dont have to worry about quality of service or workmanship. Theyve always been good to my family.I bought tires there again a couple of months ago and developed a vibration. Pat and the team worked with me without hesitation to help resolve my problem. Todays tech, Danny, worked really hard to balance, remount, balance some more until he got my wheels and tires to their optimum position and balance. This was my second visit to this location and I was very pleased. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Pat was very thorough in explaining everything that needed done, the time it’ll take, and the cost. Very transparent and precise, and I didn’t feel pressured. My car runs much more smoothly since having my mounts replaced (they were practically gone!) look forward to coming here again for my next service.

Gina was extra sweet when we picked up the car, and made sure we were all set. If I could give the shop a 10 star rating, then I would! They went above and beyond in every sense of the term. They worked around my schedule and even provided a ride for my toddler and I. I have a strict schedule because I pick up my twins from school and I work from home and only have a certain amount of time on my lunch. I was able to get my tire changed and they even called me about my AC and offered to fix that too. I was so so grateful for them! I did not have to worry about anything with the shot. I passed my emissions test and I was able to get my registration renewed and a matter of a day. Some thing I have been putting off for months because of my schedule with my children. Thank you guys so much for your amazing customer service. This will be my go to shop from here on out!

The Staff at Community Tire Pros at 51st Ave. & Catcus Rd. are awesome. I had a tire that could not be repaired due to a nail in the sidewall. Pat was able to order a tire for me and get it delivered same day. My tire was installed on my vehicle by Pat himself to get me on my way and free me from the donut spare that same day.For safety reasons I could not drive freeway speeds on the donut spare. Pat and his two coworkers all had a hand in getting my tire issue resolved.Thank you all for your outstanding customer service!!!

They were nice when I first went in, they found what I needed for my Teardrop trailer and made sure it would hold the weight on the trailer.When I went to pick up my trailer they did not put the space tire back up under the trailer, when I asked they said they did not have the tool. The tool is a 4 way just like what I/we use to take off a tire. Because that is what I used when I got home to put it back up. Also they changed me $11 for tire disposal, when I loaded both tires up and took them with me. They did not disposal of anything.All in all I learned a lot so I guess I can thank them for that.

My 3rd time with Community Tire. Went in thinking it was a repair covered by their warranty. Bad starter that was replaced by them 1 year before. They replaced the starter twice over 2 days (under their warranty) before zeroing in on defective wiring. New wires run and no charge for the new starter. I appreciate an honest shop that honors their warranty, even though that wasnt the problem. I highly recommend them and I tell everyone I can.

Went in to get a tire patch/plug due to a screw I ran over. Service at the desk was great. The technician examined my tire to make sure it was repairable before I dropped my car off, which was reassuring. (In the past Ive taken my car to get a tire plugged at other places, only to be called 2 hours later saying they couldnt repair it due to the location of the foreign object).Service was fast and my vehicle was ready for pickup in less than an hour.Very affordable and great service, especially compared to Big O tires. Will visit again next time I need tires or a repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I always receive the best service possible. All the people I deal with are friendly and helpful. This is the one place that truly honors the warranty on their tires and the repairs they do. I don’t go anywhere else anymore.

We had a great experience with the whole team at community tire pros. Needed tires and an alignment for our mothers vehicle and they had the best price he could find for quality tires and work. We will definitely be using them from now on. They were able to get our vehicle done in one day and had the tires on hand.

Unfortunately, after spending several thousands of dollars and years of myself and my family’s time doing business with these people, I have to draw the conclusion that they are much like your typical mechanics: they want your money and don’t care for a quality job. On numerous occasions, and with multiple vehicles, they have lied about the source of a problem and charged a hefty dollar to “fix” said problems, only to find that what they had assured me was the broken part(s), was not at all the source of the problems that my vehicle would be having at that time. Again, this has happened to myself and other members of my family with MULTIPLE vehicles. I cannot say with certainty that the representatives you speak with are intentionally lying, but somewhere along the lines the technicians either don’t know what they’re doing, or they are lying to the representatives that you speak with at the counter, in turn never assuring that what they tell you is the problem is actually the problem. It is unfortunate that after years of trusting this Community Tire, I now am certain that their business is unprofessional, not thorough, not transparent, and downright dishonest. Unless you’re going for a simple oil change, don’t waste your time and hard earned money on another run of the mill mechanic shop that is going to almost certainly not get the work done correctly. I promise, this is NOT an honest mechanic that you can trust to have your best interest. Only thing I can say positive about them, is that Pat is a friendly person who I believe does care about his job. As for the rest, ain’t nothing community oriented about it. I’ve lived down the street my whole life, the title is simply disingenuous.

I had a great experience with Community Tire. From the receptionist to the mechanic to the manager everyone was awesome. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in on the date that I needed it. The mechanic Rick told me all about my car when I was there to pick it up. The manager Pat was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back there again.

Being a woman, it’s difficult to find a reputable and honest mechanic. They will always try to upsell or push things you don’t need but will make them money. I am never concerned about this with Pat. I tell them what I need and I get what I ask for. Sometimes I choose extras that they recommend but they are fairly priced and honest about it. I will always bring my vehicles here for service and recommend them to others.

Spoke with Pat about my car stalling out; he listened attentively and scheduled me in, being up front about the busy shop. Ricky assisted me when I dropped the car off, called me when he said he would for repair estimate and thoroughly explained the issue. My car was ready the afternoon they made the repairs. I’ve trusted my automotive needs with Community Tire Pros for years; previously at the University location and now Glendale. I won’t trust anyone else.

Pat was awesome! My tires were not there the day of my appointment but he made sure to get them by driving to the warehouse. I was going out of town the next day and needed the tires badly before leaving. Pat took care of me and also made sure not to over charge me as the tires were more expensive than what was to be ordered.

Tire quote on phone wasnt noted on file.Tire that was put on was a better tire Im sure but not notified of price change because quote was not on file and quoter was on his day off. Price was negotiated to half the difference. Witch I was ok with. But then I noticed that there was no nitrogen green stem covers on the valve stems.Now I have doubts if the tires have nitrogen in them.I have been coming to this store for over 25 years and have always been very satisfied with there honesty and professionalism.Ill just chalk this visit as a bad day and hope it goes better next time.

Update 4/30/21 Same story as before. Quality service with knowledgeable staff!!! Love this place!They are on the higher end of price but give excellent customer service! I went in to get some tires mounted and was very impressed with my overall experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me on a unique alignment issue. My recommendation is strictly on quality of work and customer service. These guys know what’s up!

Went in because of a nail in my tire. They were able to patch it up, roughly taking 30 minutes. In and out really fast!! The service was 10/10

This is a solid shop. I got new tires here and the staff is professional, the service was good and the price was what they quoted me for. Actually saved almost $100 going here as opposed to the other place I was looking into. Oh, I also really like their rewards point system they have. I was a first time customer and I dont think I got the $25 off that was advertised but again, I cant complain about the prices for their tires. Overall it was a positive experience and I would go again.

We have been taking our cars here for years. Recently I took my new-to-me Carvana car here for an inspection. They found a few things that needed repair and coordinated with the Carvana warranty folks to get the work approved and done. It wasnt an authorized Carvana shop but it was worth paying a few bucks to have the work done by folks I trust.

The only shop I trust in Arizona. They took great care of us when buying tires. Their warranty replaced my tire when I got a screw in it. They are honest with oil changes. We went to pep boys to get our brakes checked and they wanted 500 to replace our rotors. Community tires took a look and charged us 27$ and said our bolt for our control arm was coming out but our brakes were fine. We will never take our cars anywhere else

Pat, the Manager at this Community Tire, is very helpful and kind. I had repairs which would have cost more to make than the value of my car. We talked and he helped me to decide to not repair my car, but donate it. He even gave me advice on what type of car to purchase which would yield lower cost repairs.

Absolutely trust Pat and the team! Amazing group that does quality work and looks out for you. They always undersell and overdeliver, never giving me that “surprise” $1500 phone call. They are up front and honest and work with their clients to make sure they know what is going on and what is most important to take care of. I have had 2 “lemons” and always felt they were on top of it. They were always willing to show me the issues before they did anything! I had Community tire replace my engine and many other worn out parts of my vehicle. Pat took the time to consult with me about pros and cons and details about the different work that would be done, warranties, etc. My vehicle has been running great now for a couple months. I am very happy with the work they did. When I have questions, they are willing to give me time and good explanations. They continue to give me very good follow up service that comes with a replaced engine. The mechanics at Community are knowledgeable and do good work.

My go to tire place. Great employees and quick service

I went in for a basic full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I showed up early and they said that was great and would get me in soon. I went to she grocery store next door and came back about 45 minutes later to find my car was still not in the bay. It was now taken back about 45 minutes after my appointment time. I sat in the lobby while I watch a team of 1 put out a ton of fires (very impressive) but he had a few other guys there who could have been helping him. It was very chaotic and extremely unorganized. I have no idea if that’s normal for this shop since it was my first time there. It’s now been another 45 minutes or so and I haven’t had any update but I need to leave (I called ahead and let them know I needed to be out of there at a specific time). He then let me know if I wanted the other inspections done on my car it would be almost another 2 hours so I declined. Then I was charged for my stuff- a different price than I was told over the phone earlier in the week. He also told me I need tires and gave me a few options and that was it. Overall it was just ok, I’m not extremely impressed like I thought I would be.

I needed an alignment done on my truck after buying some new tires. I could tell something was off in my front end as it was pulling to the right and made some funky noises on bumps. They were able to fix my front end and get the alignment done for me in about 2 days which worked out great as they were my days off. They initially told me 900$ and when I showed up it ended up almost 200 less so that was a great surprise. Id certainly use this shop again!

Ive purchased tires from them twice and theyve been quick and fair priced each time. Truthfully though tires are easy (should be - so another point for them). Heres what makes them great though: A few months ago my AC blew out and I had no idea why. I took it in for a free inspection and they found a crack underneath my AC compressor. For reference, this meant they would either have to have the car on a lift and look thoroughly or look through the tiniest nook to find the crack. They did this for FREE. I ended up doing the repair myself but heres why they were so important. Had I just come here first, I could have saved myself $200, time, and the trouble of being lied to by my Honda dealership.I work on my own cars, as well as family, and friends. If theres something I dont know about or cant do, I always come to and suggest this place. Their prices are reasonable and they do great work. But most of all, theyre honest. They dont try to scare you into repairs you dont need, inflate problems, or suggest things for the sake of a quick buck. Do yourself a favor, big job or small job, let these folks take care of your car.

What can I say I had an appointment arrived there And waited in the lobby 4 hours to get my tires Installed. Front desk & techs were nice but 4 hours ruin my whole day. Thanks

Well, no problems with how the oil change I came in for was handled, in and out in under an hour, much improved from my last oil change. But, before my van was ready I was informed that the mechanic working on my van was recommending 4 new tires due to insufficient tread depth and sidewall cracking/checking. The rear tires were purchased less than 2 years ago and have 20,000 miles on them. The front tires were sold and installed by Community on 9/10/20, just under a year ago. They have 14, 248 miles on them. If the mechanic says they need to be replaced should we be having a warranty discussion? There is absolutely zero cracking and/or checking on the sidewall of any of the 4 tires. So Im puzzled. Anyway, have used Community since arriving in the valley 2 years ago and will continue to do so. Overall great service and fair competitive pricing.

Absolutely an amazing job that this team does! I have a Nissan Frontier that has been to dealerships and they couldnt figure out the issues. Mind you, this truck has 268,000 miles on it! It was running rough, I spoke with Pat, explained to him that his company has taken care of some of my vehicles I had in the past and could they diagnose it?They did, replaced the MAF and had a broken EGR..So I went and picked up the truck! Well mind you, I bought this truck knowing it had headaches..Truck ran great when they fixed it..The AC was also having some issues, so I took it to back to them..They sent me pictures of the issue, explained to me what it was going to take.I agreed to the repair, and the next day, went and picked up the truck!They are an amazing team! Great Service, and Great Communication! I highly recommend this company and team!!

I have a 73 Chevelle (barn find) and before I could get a Arizona title for it, it had to pass emissions because it came from out of state. Well it was a long wait, and not real busy to have take. That long. Plus the tires where dirty on the side walls . Looks like they came out of a garbage can. I had to clean them with some tire cleaner .
