I would just like to say thank you very much for all the guys at Meineke on 51st Avenue and Glendale.! I can honestly say these are a bunch of honest, hard-working men. I took my truck over to Kerrys Auto on 43rd Avenue and Dunlap and they quoted me $ 5 600 to do my diffential, I guess they thought because I was a girl I would go for it or something I dont know but never take your vehicle there, when I got to Meineke I told him about my experience I asked them to please be honest and they went outside walked around my truck with me and he quoted me $1,300 for the same thing that I was just quoted $5,600 they did a very good job, on time and I highly recommend them thanks again!

They went above and beyond to make sure my sons car was safe. I appreciate their honesty and their quality work. I wont go anywhere else!

This place is awesome theyre very professional, courteous and very kind I went for a free A/C check up and theyre very straightforward about what needs to be changed in order to make my a/c works again like it they have a new satisfy client keep up the good work guys .

Horrible horrible horrible attitude I had placed an order with tire rack and tire rack sent them my tires for install I arrive for my 12:00 pm appointment and they put my car in the shop to just sit there for 30 minutes with no attention what so ever I had asked the floor manager why there’s 4 guys, that had told me they work on tires just sitting there looking at my car he pointed at a worker and said he’s doing it I then asked if his worker can get started on it instead of just standing there looking at it. The floor manager then takes the tires puts them into my back seat and said “leave we don’t want your business”I would stay away from them for any car needs go to someone who wants to work on your car

Great service with every visit. Had a check light engine on and technicians explained in details the codes that they seen and what the probably cause may be. After completing an oil change they let me know there was a minor issue under the hood and fixed it free of charge and if any other problems occur to come back for a free diagnosis.

Trusted this place with my car and when I received it back I had noticed some things. They went through my belonging my work bag was opened and my items where out which means they went through my things! Stole a couple of minor things but it’s about the respect and privacy. Don’t go unless you want to be upset missing your personal belongings or them going through your things. Like they could of put it back but it was uncovered and left everything out in the open as if I was robbed. Never again! Cs was good but this was all I needed to experience to never recommend this place!

Very nice gentlemen. They were very kind. They told me exactly what was wrong with my AC and fixed it right away. I was probably there for about an hour tops. Totally recommend.

Didnt feel they valued my car or me

The service was very helpful. I just went in for a oil change and they texted /showed pictures what need to be done to the car. Such as battery was low so I had that replaced right away. I am going back to have my breaks done next week.The guy at the front desk is AMAZING!

They had my car back the same day. They were professional and understanding about me needing my vehicle back. The work was also done right the first time and did not have to take it back a second time for them to fox it. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Staff was rude. The didnt have my filter and had my car in the air for almost 2 hours. Then put my old filter back on my car because they couldnt get a new one after having me wait almost 2hrs. And I made my appointment 3days prior to this. I was told I needed brakes and my tires was never taken off for the brakes to be checked. RUDE STAFF AND BAD BUSINESS

My oil plug was stripped REAL bad. Almost gave up but Im glad they didnt or I would have had to replace the oil pan! Definitely dedicated to get get the job done! Id recommend this location to everyone!!!! Very friendly staff all around! You guys are awesome!!!

They already knew who I was as I entered the store which is a plus in my book. I purchased their series of 5 oil changes plan which costed $238 (full synthetic). I own a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta. They seemed to do a great job on my car. My only complaints are that the store cleanliness/appeal isnt all that great. But that would be the least of my worry.. To me, their employees (all) seem a little unprofessional, in my book. And also a little slow. They seemed to be somewhat busy at the time and I was waiting for an hour even though I came on time (give or take a few minutes) to the appointment I scheduled a couple days prior (via telephone call). Last but not least, on my report on the link I receive from Meineke via text message, it says that I need a coolant flush AND a transmission fluid exchange, with a needs future attention heading, even though I literally just had that completed at the Volkswagen dealership in Peoria, not even 2 weeks now were talking. To wrap this review up, the front desk man was on the telephone for a good 5 minutes or so after the young man that took my car in and parked it back out left my keys hanging on the front desk. He did not prioritize me and so I stood up from the chair I was sitting on the whole time in the lobby and was walking around for another 5 minutes until I decided to speak up and mention my car was finished. He told me to wait a couple minutes and called me Sir even though I am not a Sir... And Im pretty sure he is well aware of that.. It ticked me off slightly... But I will not judge them for these minor actions. Although, I want to mention that professionalism is always the standard for any given establishment, ESPECIALLY a business that has many physical establishments and plenty of employees. I regret coming here, buying their package deal. [I was referred to Meineke by an AutoNation (Dodge Ram dealership) employee, which is where I bought my car from, used.]

The technicians are professional and are more like car doctors the way they all worked together in making sure our vehicle was running the way its supposed to and they also did an inspection and advised us of any other problems that we had and were able to repair it before it got worse we are pleased with the price and labor and mechanics, all in all extremely professional courteous 👍.

They were on time with my appt. Good customerservice . Very quickly and efficiently check my vehicle told me what it needed. Unfortunately they were a little in the pricey side, they would only replace the part with rebuilt instead of trying to fix it.

Great customer service at this Meineke shop. They stayed late on a Saturday to make sure my car got a courtesy inspection same-day, and then stayed late another day so I could pick it up earlier. Cost of service was fair and we werent pressured into getting more work done than what was needed.

So disappointed read all the reviews was looking forward to a great experience got the opposite. Dropped off vehicle for a 1pm appointment was told it would be 45min theyd call when ready. Called at 3pm was told it would be another 30 min. Got there at 3:40pm to pick up they never touched the car shop was closing in 20 min excuse told them I had to leave no apology or anything. Horrible Service.

Took care of me and my vehicle.Were nothing but professional and fair.They COULD have added this and that needless part, and didnt.I got completely new rear brakes and rotors, and my a/c serviced for a slow leak, which ended up being the low pressure intake line needing to be replaced.Everything out the door was $ 866.04 - which was hundreds less than the worst case scenario price the manager quoted me, which he could have easily padded, but didnt.It has been 3 days now, the brakes are perfect, the a/c blows colder than it EVER DID BEFORE, since we purchased the vehicle.I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and service, and they were fast, 3 hours for everything.Id highly recommend this particular Meineke Service Shop to anyone in need. Theyve earned my future business, Ill tell you that much.Thanks, guys! Great job!They didnt even get mad about my 2 toddlers running wild in the waiting room. Also if you have bad credit no money but have a income and your car brakes down they will tow the car for free and you can make payments on the price it is a lot of interest but it saved me. Good place to take care of your car

I was taken in right away and had my vehicle worked on in a timely manner. Never had auto repair work done so quick. Also Brett diagnosed my vehicle in less than five minutes and had repairs started immediately. This was a very pleasant situation. Will be doing business with them again.

Went in today I had went to ford dealership to get my oil changed and everything else checked they said I needed brake linings and struts. I went in Meineke and had to wait 2 hrs just to get my car checked. When they were finally done they said I needed many more things then the ford dealership had said. They wanted to charge me $800 for everything smh. I went down to a mechanic he looked at my car and said that I didn’t need everything they had said. I’m paying less then $800 which was not needed to do this type of work. Don’t go here.

The guys there took really good care of me! They did excellent job on my car and It was easy and fast! But the most important thing to me as a single mother is they didnt try to sell me a bunch of fixes that I didnt need. If you need your car fixed just call and talk to Ryan. Brought in my car because it was riding really rough while on the freeway. They told me it was due to transmission problems and quoted me between $1,300 and $2,300 for the repairs. I refused service. A few days later I had a tire blowout. Turns out, that was the only problem. Once I had the tire replaced issues disappeared. The shop is either incompetent or dishonest.

Definitely NOT A PLACE TO GO TO. Let me explain...I’m a huge believer on communication and honesty. I simply came in for a Uber car inspection and THAT WAS IT! I understand fees MAY apply at some locations for this type of work (having learned) they did NOT inform me of the $21 cost I’d be paying BEFOREHAND and when it was time to go I was surprised. I’ve had 3 friends go to various locations and got FREE checks.I feel this location in Glendale and Peoria are line dirty sales men for cars looking to make a quick buck. At least tell someone “and you’re aware it’s 18.99 plus tax for this service.” Highly disgusting as I even went to Peoria and the lady was rude to how she spoke to a customer on the phone. I felt like Matilda watching her dad rip people off selling cars doing bad business...

Derrick and his team were so amazing! My job consists of driving 8 hours a day and yesterday my check engine light came on and something was “screaming” at me under the hood. I knew I couldn’t make it to Surprise where I live and they were right down the road. Derrick pulled my car right in and had it diagnosed it within an hour. It did take a few hours to fix which is great (dealership would have been an overnight fix). I drove a few miles down the road and the check engine light came back on so I bring right back. Derrick met me in the parking lot I explained what happened, once again pulled it right back and fixed the issue. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back and will recommend this Meineke to anyone! Thank you!

Went to this location with a transmission leak in October. The manager Derek and his staff were extremely professional and polite. Even though it was bad news and the transmission needed to be repaired, Derek was kind enough to troubleshoot and inspect the car at no cost. I will gladly be going back to this location with any car maintenance needs in the future.

Well I was happy leaving you one star but sense you think this is a fake review I actually had some work done on a car and had a spotlight installed and the thing must have been wired wrong because it just goes in and out. Id love to have it fixed. Id be happy to come to the store and have that done when I originally paid over a 100 dollars and supplied most of the parts. It would be great if it worked as promised.

Very helpful among fast serviced was able to get tire replaced and go get burger king from across the street in the connected lot. Very nice mechanics and giving tips is allowed.

I told the guy you should not have told me their was no wait then you go to lunch he was like sorry I was real hungry I havent had lunch.then the paper work said they did my tire rotation I told them no you didnt you can see through the window I saw the guy he never did it. It was not to Good of service. Their was another guy customer waiting for over like an hour for a part to be dropped of from 1 of their places the guy mechanic didnt seem to care.

I really wish I could give them a million star review. This was my first experience with Meineke & this store does the brand justice. I have the utmost respect for the employees at this facility and want to give a special shout out to Derek the manager. He has truly been a blessing to my life as well as my childrens life. He stands by his work & is so knowledgeable. I have a 2015 Kia Sorrento and have gone to 2 Kia Dealerships and 1 Kia Certified shop and they all told me they didnt know what was wrong with my vehicle and that it was fine (But the check engine light was on constantly). I went to Meineke and within minutes Derek was able to confirm that the Catalytic converter was bad and within hours I was able to finance the repairs & set up a repair date. I needed this to get my vehicle inspection done and once I dropped my car off he had it completed in less than a day. Talk about service considering the dealerships were quoting me an arm and a leg as well as saying this would take over a week for the repairs to be completed. I then needed to take my vehicle to pass inspection & had a problem with something draining the power on my vehicle and Derek was able to find a solution to my problem within minutes & I was able to pass inspection. Derek I just want to say thank you. You have saved me so much money and as a single mom amidst all of this madness that means the world to me. I will continue to get my vehicle service and work completed at this location because these folks know what they are doing. They are good honest people and you can tell that they love and care about what they do. If you want to be treated like a customer go somewhere else but if you want to be treated like family go here. I really enjoy Meineke, I dont mind the drive to their locations. I purchased a 5 pack oil change in 2017 and just completed my last one. The service they offer is great and they know about cars and if they dont they will figure it out for you. I would glady be purchasing another 5 oil change package.

My vehicle had a verity of issues and oil leaks. The advisor Derek, Tech Ned and crew were able to look at my vehicle sooner than I thought since I did not have an appointment. After it was looked at I was provided a text that gave me a link showing the analysis of my vehicle with actual pictures of everything for me to review and talk about on the phone. Derek kept in good communication with me, the issues were fixed, the oil leaks were isolated, fixed with new gaskets, no more leaks. Thank you guys great job.
